Absolutely Perfect is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival. We pay special attention to high touch areas like remotes, light switches and doorknobs, etc... All bedding is professionally laundered and sanitized with fresh clean comforters or duvets.
The Absolutely Perfect Beach House, located at 3009 Avenue F in Holmes Beach is just that – absolutely perfect! This is a spectacular four bedroom, three and one half bath gulf front home with an extra media room. It has its own private beach and heated pool. This beautiful home is hidden away on a dead-end street, away from it all yet close to shopping and restaurants. A private heated pool lies secluded in the tropically landscaped yard. The pool features a built-in table and benches for relaxing after swimming as well as a shallow area for young children. At poolside there is a large outdoor kitchen featuring a refrigerator, built in grill, sink, shaded eating area and a large flat screen television.
The front of this home features a private beach leading out to the shimmering waters of the Gulf of Mexico. A pristine beach stretches for miles in either direction! Enjoy the romantic sunsets from virtually every room.
There is a rooftop observation deck that features panoramic views from the Gulf of Mexico to the Intracoastal Waterway. The decks off of the living room and upper level feature clear glass railings so that your view of the Gulf is not impeded. This superior home features a spacious gourmet kitchen with upscale appliances and marble countertops overlooking a large living area and out to the beach.
The Absolutely Perfect Beach House also features a single car garage, many walk in closets as well as a full size laundry room complete with laundry tub. More special touches include crown molding throughout, tray ceilings in the upper level, travertine marble floors, vessel sinks in all of the bathrooms and exceptional wood trim and doors. The master bathroom features a large soaking tub, double vessel sinks, and a walk in shower with a rain head and well as four body sprays.
This home has been decorator furnished with top of the line furnishings and amenities. It will sleep eight comfortably. There is a master bedroom on the first level with a queen size bed. The upper level has a master suite with a king size bed, a queen bed in the third bedroom and a queen bed in the fourth bedroom. The living room as well as every bedroom has a flat screen television. Naturally, the expanded cable television package is included with wireless internet and free domestic long distance calling. The home was beautiful. My only recommendation is that a hand rail be installed for getting in and out of the swimming pool. I have trouble with balance and walking and was unable to get in and out of the pool on my own.

My wife walking disabilities were minimized due to the close location of the property to the beach. The family (children and grandchildren) loved the house amenities. For example, the balconies overlooking the beach also provided a spectacular sunset view. The elevator greatly assisted with the luggage and minimizing the physical effort for my wife to travel between floors. The swimming pool was perfect for both the children and grandchildren. My wife enjoyed the pool benefits due to the easy access to the pool. The kitchen appliances performed perfectly.
The BBQ grill and nearby cooler was embraced by the adults. I personally, was up at 5am each morning to enjoy the moonlight view of the beach and harmony of the surf below the starlight. An absolutely perfect vacation property and property location.

Absolutely perfect was just perfect for our family vacation with our 2 daughters, their husbands and our 2 grandkids. The house is in a fabulous spot. We had breakfast on the deck overlooking the beach and also enjoyed every sunset there as well. We went to the beach in the morning and enjoyed the pool in the afternoons. The house is quite large with many places to hang out together or enjoy a quiet moment by yourself. I highly recommend the house! Lots of pool and beach toys and also plenty of kitchen items as we had small children and ate in more than we have in past years when we didn’t have the grandkids.

We’ve stayed in VRBO homes on Anna Maria Island 3 different times now, and this home was the best yet! From the home itself that had everything we could ever need, to the pool, to the location so close to the ocean, to the closeness of some excellent restaurants and shops, it truly was absolutely perfect. This home is so perfectly located it is hard to describe. The beach is literally steps from the house. The patio allowed for all our outdoor dining with the sound of the ocean as we ate. The pool was a nice addition.

My family and I stayed at Absolutely Perfect for a week. In total there was six of us. The home is as advertised - clean, right on the beach and well appointed. The management team is very prepared and responsive. I will point out a few items that can be improved on - there are not many. This property is beginning to show signs of wear and tear in some places. For example the bathroom toilet or shower on the main floor leaked that we had to soak up daily. The pool heater kept turning off - it was chilly (60-70 degrees) while we were there and the pool is quite shaded and too cold to enjoy. Lastly the home needs screens for the windows. Seemed odd not to have and bugs/mosquitos were an issue. All other aspects of our stay was perfect. The home is a gem.

This was our 3rd family vacation at this perfect location. The house is set up well for all of us to be together but still have space. The pool was well used as well as the grill. You are walking distance to Walgreens and a great little shopping mall with ice cream, bagels and beach shopping as well as a dollar store. Another wonderful vacation ... the only issue is the rates have gone up some much, we can not afford to return. :(.

Great house right on the beach! House is in great condition, adequate supplies , beautiful sunset views and lush pool area. Nice floor plan, master suite overlooking gulf. Beach can get busy as there are a couple public beach access areas nearby. Not an issue though, when sun gets too hot, head back to the house and take a swim in backyard pool with bbq grill, outdoor tv. Very nice, I’d go again!

This house is in a great location. The house itself has plenty of room as well and was very clean. The best part is the kitchen and living area. The house is very well appointed with what you need when you first get there. Also the management office is very nice and prompt. The only suggestion would be that the ground level needs an update in furnishings and other extras to make it even more comfortable. Other than a touch up on new furnishings and finishes etc always seems to help but this is more a pet peeve lol.

We thoroughly enjoyed this property. Seven adults, two children and the ability to spread out, relax and have our own space when needed. Sunsets were priceless!! Access to the beach was walking out the door. (need shoes to cross gravel road)It was very clean. Toys, 8 chairs and 2 umbrellas for the beach were all provided. Only one umbrella worked. We had wished the fridge was bigger. Food for all of us was difficult to fit. Ice maker was not working well. Overall, the place was really spectacular and worth the price.

We have found our happy place. This rental went above and beyond all expectations. We could not have found a better house on AMI. The location is ideal as everything you need is just around the corner (stores, restaurants, etc.), yet the house and private beach are quietly tucked away. Perfect balance of logistics and paradise. I would have stayed here forever if I could. The house is just beautiful and the beachfront (and shells and sometime dolphin sightings) is steps away. The views are breathtaking and so serene. We will be back as soon as we can!

This house was amazing!!! Our family loved renting this place and highly recommend it to anyone else visiting Holmes Beach. It is right on the ocean so you can watch beautiful sunsets from various decks/rooms. The pool is heated and shaded at parts of the day which was great for my fair skinned kids. Absolutely perfect was just that. We had a family vacation with my kids and grandkids and their significant others. Couldn’t have been a more perfect house to accommodate everyone The pool was wonderful with the outside grill Nd beverage refrigerator. Spacious laundry room and big kitchen. The dinig table was great for our game nights. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t there ..... had a small maintenance issue that was quickly addressed and fixed We plan to rent again I don’t want no too many people to know about it though because then it will book up and we can’t get in lol. Great place.

We were very happy with the home and location. Beautiful beachfront property, very clean and convenient to all AMI amenities. There were 2 beach umbrellas provided, neither was in working condition. The pool area & outside kitchen were great. Only issue is no bathroom on the first level/pool deck level of the home. Although there is an elevator, not having a bathroom on this level is somewhat inconvenient for elders and probably children as well, we did not have youngsters with us. The bed pillows in all rooms need an upgrade and additional bed linens (pillow cases) should be provided. It was a great week, perfect weather and we would definitely recommend Absolutely Perfect as a great choice for a stay on beautiful Anna Maria Isalnd.
