The Villa was amazing, the facilities the cleanliness and the service from Antonio was second to none

Beautiful villa. Just needs a deep cleaning and bathrooms need modernising. Needs Air conditioning.

The kitchen area was immaculately clean. Lovely living area and the sitting room upstairs was a hit with my children due to the TV, comfie couches, balcony and beautiful view. I loved the pool. It was very clean and well maintained. The host, Antonio was pleasant and helpful.

Bedsheets were stainedBathroom accessories(towel rail and toilet roll holder are rusty and toilet seats old and not clean. All Bedroom and bathroom surfaces need a good cleaning. No air conditioning which was insufferable as the heat was unbearable during the day and even worse at night.

Loved the villa so much I have told all friends and family about it - perfect for an extended family

We loved how spacious the villa was. Our two teenage boys especially loved the second floor lounge with the large tv (including netflix) and the heated pool. Location was perfect, albiet a little hilly for grandad but when the hills were too much taxies were plentyful and cheap. We have stayed in the new town before but would much prefer the serenity of the old town now.

Good

The swimming pool was lovely. Cleaned twice in our 1 week there. Towels were replaced mid-week. Three showers, one for each bedroom, perfect for families. 2 minute walk from local shop. Tv downstairs was excellent, full sky package and English channels.

It sleeps 6, yet only 4 mugs. 3 bowls. Little utensils to say it’s self catering. Only one parasol which didn’t work in the garden area (this has been mentioned in previous reviews and nothing has been done) We were broken into, they forced open the back patio door, this ruined our holiday as they stool so much.

Absolutely brilliant stay, excellent location nice and quiet

Location was excellent, brilliant views over the harbour, handy for shop and restaurants. Antonio was an excellent host nothing was too much trouble. We had a pool problem and he had it sorted out straight away.

Villa could have done with a little tlc. Window in the front bedroom wouldn't shut so we had to keep shutters closed. Fittings in bathrooms were a little rusty

Wonderful stay in Villa Felicidad. Would stay here again should we visit Lanzarote

this Villa is extremely comfortable. it has everything you would need, spotlessly clean, and loads of room. It’s in a great location. quiet area, walking distance to the old town where you will find lots of lovely restaurants and a short and very inexpensive taxi ride to the main strip, shops, bars, restaurants etc.

there is nothing I disliked. It does not have air conditioning but that wasn’t a problem for us in Oct/Nov . In the height of Summer all the windows have shutters and there are fans provided if necessary. If I was to be very picky the large towel stands should be changed as they are quite rusty and stand out in an otherwise immaculate property

overall great stay, a few minor things and it would have been perfect.

Villa is huge, pictures really don’t show just how much space you have. The pool is amazing, really clean (over 10 days the pool cleaner came 4 times) and bigger than it appears in pictures.

If I had one complaint it would be a few of the fixtures like towel stands/toilet roll holders that sort of thing could be replaced with new ones. The ones we had were quite worn and rusted. It kind of took away from the overall beauty of the property, it’s just those little things that make everything come together.

Villa was gorgeous, spotless clean, spacious. Towels & hairdryers supplied. Pool area was fab, plenty of sun loungers.

Could of used a couple more parasols around the pool area.

Wonderful holiday with incredible accomodation

Fantastic Villa- rooms were beautifully decorated. Plenty of space for our group of 6. 2 sitting rooms 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs which provided fantastic communal areas as well as the gorgeous kitchen. The pool and outdoor areas and wraparound balcony were amazing. Pool great temperature even though we went in March- we were expecting that the pool might be very cold but it was very pleasant temperature each day. Antonio the host was great- he met us at the villa when we arrived- gave us the keys and showed us around and had provided water for us at the villa as it was almost 9pm when we arrived and shops were closing. Location was very close to old town- down some steps and a hill- 5-10 minute walk depending on where you were going in old town. Slightly further to the strip but very managable to walk into and out from the strip for meals and in the evenings. Also taxis in the area are very affordable and often cost less than €3 to get home from the strip if needed. Beautiful views from the balcony of the surrounding areas. great beaces nearby and a wonderful cliff walk to the next town over which started 2 minutes from the Villa. Would definitely recommend. Our flight home was late in the evening and Antonio graciously allowed us late check out as there was no guest arriving that day. Overall fantastic fantastic experience. 10/10 would recommend.

Beautiful stay

A great location, villa very well maintained, it’s a home from home everything you need is there, there’s a spar shop and a couple of places to eat less than 3 mins walk, The Old Harbour is about a 10 min walk down hill, taxi back is roughly €2.65, if I was to nitpick it could do with another parasol as the one there is small especially for a hot day as it’s a sun trap. The host is very welcoming and helpful.

Pleasant

The location was great and the pool was an ideal size for the two of us.

The property is sparsely furnished. The front garden is a cat’s toilet. In three weeks we had a cleaning twice and that wasn’t really up to standard. Very noisy neighbours they live there full time and like to party into the night at weekends.
