This condo is located at the center of it all - the "Seven-South" area of Hot Springs. You'll be right on the waterfront, enjoying incredible 180° views of Lake Hamilton. Featuring modern decor and an outstanding location near Oaklawn Racetrack, restaurants, art galleries, shopping, movie theaters, outdoor activities and more, this lovely condo leaves nothing to be desired. Enjoy the lake activity and serene sunsets from your oversized private balcony providing some of the best views on Lake Hamilton.

We are located on the beautiful bay of Lookout Point, which is an upscale, quiet community. - No wild parties here.

Guest staying at this top-floor Hot Springs vacation rental can look forward to starting each day with gorgeous waterfront views inside a comfortable and carefully designed home. Boasting 1560 square feet of living space, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (and an oversized 240 square foot private balcony), you and your travel companions will find plenty of space to spread out and relax throughout your stay. You'll have one assigned parking spot near the elevator, and we have keyless entry, so no fumbling with keys! Extra parking spots are just steps away, too.

Both bedrooms have queen-size beds with ultra plush mattresses. We can officially sleep 4 adults. Both bathrooms feature their own separate showers, with a jetted tub in the master bath. There are 4 full sets of towels in each bathroom, as well as blow dryers, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

There are flat screen televisions in the living room (55"), master bedroom (48"), and 2nd bedroom (42"). All televisions offer complimentary Netflix, HBO Max, Amazon Prime, and Roku channels to keep you thoroughly relaxed and entertained each day. You'll also have access to private hi-speed WiFi throughout the property. Enjoy our fully stocked kitchen featuring all the utensils and cookware you would need to channel your inner chef during your stay. The wine bar features a Keurig coffee maker, margarita blender, and wine openers. The dining room table will comfortably seat 6 people, along with additional seating at the kitchen bar area. Take care of all your laundry with our washer/dryer, along with detergent, dryer sheets, etc. There is also an iron, ironing board, and luggage racks in the walk-in master closet for your convenience.

Whether you choose to be active or relaxed, we invite you to restore yourself at this beautiful Hot Springs location.

-Not handicap accessible. Complex is not well equipped for handicap persons as well.

For your comfort we supply all of our guests with complimentary K-cups of coffee with sweetener and creamer to take in the morning lake views. We also provide large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, bath towels & cloths, a blow dryer, and an iron with ironing board. We try to think of everything you may need in advance!

This property was perfect in every way! Great location, super clean, quiet, well stocked, incredible view and patio, comfy beds. Appreciated the complimentary coffee/creamer and shampoo/conditioner/soap. So relaxing to sit on the patio and watch the boats and enjoy the view. I will definitely be back!

Had a great time in Hot Springs,Arkansas! The Condo we stayed in was absolutely wonderful. Very clean, very spacious, and very well appointed. Communication with owner was great, we felt right at home. I can not find one negative thing about this place. Loved it!

This condo was a great get away for 2 senior friends. The sunsets were breathtaking. The beds and linens were comfortable as was the living room furniture. A great kitchen with everything you need. The host was great to work with and a fantastic restaurant is just around the corner.

This place has ALL the comforts of home and then some! Probably the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed and view of lake is absolutely breathtaking. Very conveniently located and Frank was super easy and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend, 10/10!

We are three ladies all over 60. My first thought is about safety, cleanliness and ease of booking. This was our second stay here and the destination was the goal of our trip. We plan to go back next year if Frank will have us.

My husband and I stayed here in late April celebrating our Anniversary. The condo was just as described, it was very clean and came supplied with all the extras. The balcony was very relaxing right above the water. It was too cold to enjoy the pool, but it did look very clean and well maintained. The location was perfect, some of the best restaurants were very close and the downtown area was a quick drive away. All and all the property was exactly what we were looking for and we enjoyed our stay very much. We would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at this home. The views of the lake from the living room and master bedroom were lovely. The condo had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The area was quiet and safe. The kitchen had everything needed to cook in and the blender was useful to make my morning green smoothie. The only suggestion I have is to please provide extra pillows for the bed, the pillow completely deflated and flattened when I laid down. I am used to 2 pillows per person or firmer pillows, but apart from that everything was perfect. Overall a great choice for families visiting the Lake Hamilton, Hot Springs area.

We enjoyed a very pleasant and comfortable weekend at this condo. Our family of 4 were visiting for a 50th birthday celebration. The weather was quite chilly so we didn’t spend much time enjoying any lake activities or the nice balcony. The condo was well-equipped with all desired amenities and very comfortable.
