Ok for Indian business men, but not ok for international tourists.

This is a new hotel. The hotel is set up 100% Indian. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is 100% Indian. In general the hotel is not as clean as required for its price. It is ok for Indian business men, but in no way for tourists.

Cleaning of room not ok. General cleaniness in hotel not ok.

The rooms were nicely updated, the rooftop bar had great views and good food, the staff was very helpful and attentive and the location was central.

clean and elite property

breakfast spread was limited and even they repeated same breakfast 2 days in a row. over night kitchen had just 6 items to choose from so we couldn’t have choice of dinner as we were usually going out till late night

It is a good hotel to stay.

Breakfast was very good. Room sizes and comfort of bed really impressed us. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Superb

Except for the location which is a bit away from Thamel, The value you get for the price is amazing. Preferable to stay here if you have your own vehicle as they have a secured parking as commuting to and from Thamel gets expensive. The day staff is well trained in customer service.

Exceptional

This is a great hotel and I had a fantastic time staying here. The food was amazing and so was the room service. My room was incredibly spacious with awesome views. It was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. I would 100 percent come back and stay here again.

Overall a very pleasant stay.

The staff was very polite and helpful (like all Nepalese people it seems to me). The room was big and clean, bathroom had both shower and bathtub, wifi was adequate for my needs.

The gym was locked and had to ask for it to be unlocked to use. Just an inconvenience really, but also the reason I didn't used it.

The hotel is worth it. I don't give it 10 stars because in our first stay, some details were missing in the room (shower curtain. They need to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the rooms, improve wifi). Breakfast normal. The dinners were good. The restaurant staff is spectacular, I would like to remember the names of all of them in order to highlight them. The guys and girls are very friendly, helpful, cooperative, professional. I really have to highlight the excellent staff of the dining room. Excellent service.

They need to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the rooms.

Enjoyed my stay & will surely be booking another one in the future

The cleanliness of the hotel, the fabulous bathroom and the very accommodating staff. Especially enjoyed my cooked breakfast and the Nasi Goreng I had for dinner was excellet. Will be returning for sure.

The internet connection was a bit slow. Struggled a bit with loading the pages at times.

When we came to hotel by taxi we were just comming out from taxi suddenly security guard he spoke loudly saying we can’t park here 😡😡atleast we need 2 mins to drop he must have to understand

Pleasant stay at Kathmandu

The location was good, the hotel was not too crowded and big. The property is big and has many facilities but looks very dull. The staff were attentive and helpful always starting from the security to the restaurant. The chef too was quite nice and attended to needs at the breakfast buffet.

1. Very Dull 2. The water glasses were smelly 3. The restaurants were good but fod varities at the buffet was limited and no action station.
