great stay, definitely will come back

Despite traveling on work, I really enjoyed my stay. it was comfortable, the surrounding area was pristine and scenic. The host was quite friendly, professional and helpful. Great place to enjoy a quiet and peaceful holiday.

Great stay would stay again

Modern property, really nice and clean, good facilities good shower and aircon. owner was very friendly and helped us a lot with renting a scooter which is needed as the place is a little far out along some winding paths.

Good Budget Hotel around Dambulla - Recommend 👍

If you are looking for budget place to stay around Dambulla , this is really good place , worth the money , the place located near to a lake, surrounded by nature.. (not lake front exactly ) but you do get lake view little bit. But definitely u will feel the nature . Big room , facilities like TV, Hot water, Tea coffee maker available in the room. You can wake up with bird singing , calm and peaceful environment. Manager was friendly and really helpful .. around 15 min ride from dambulla city. Definitely Can recommend to anyone ...

Bathroom had small smell sometimes which unpleasant... nothing much to un like for a budget place.

My family loved Lake Bliss!

We had a great time at Lake Bliss. It is located out by a beautiful lake. At first we were worried with how far out the hotel was, but we found that the seclusion was wonderful. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we had outdoor spaces to relax also. Our hosts were extremely helpful to us, answering every question we had, helping us plan our itinerary, and work through some personal issues we needed to tend to. I could not recommend Lake Bliss enough.

The shower water pressure was lower than I'd like, but the water was quite warm.

Very relaxing rural stay. Great hospitality and catering.

Very comfortable rooms with aircon big beds and nice linen. Ranjit is a great host and familiar with western standards of accommodation and hospitality.

I liked everything about this stay. No WiFi but ranjit provided a top up card for my phone. Fan and modern aircon were good but unnecessary as it's cool here. The apartment doesn't have a lake view but the gardens are nice and peaceful.

Exceptional and Eco friendly place

The green garden with many kind of fruits like papaya, passion fruit, mango, banana, guava etc. And also home gardened vegetables like Casava, Brinjals, lady finger, lime, etc etc made me feel the Eco surrounding and happy. The place is so clean. The owner Mr. Ranjith is exceptional with his smile, services and care. Very very nice place, it's with a lake and very calm to relax and chill SUPER NICE BEDS. Very comfortable pillows as well. The owner must have thought of our comfort than his wallet to buy such a good quality mattress and pillows 👍 Very recommended place for the couples to have privacy and relaxation ❤️ I loved it and for sure I will stay there again 🙏👍

Exceptional

We stayed two nights at Lake Bliss. We arrived at around noon and were very hungry so our host and his uncle made us a delicious lunch for a very reasonable price! It is very peaceful here if you want a getaway from all the happenings around the city. The staff organised a scooter for us straight to the property for one and a half days so we could roam around and look for elephants on our own. We saw a hornbill, a peacock and plenty of beautiful birds around. The bed was super big and comfortable and the room had A/C and a hot shower. Most of all, the staff was so pleasant to us. Thank you for everything!
