Bel hôtel, bien équipé dans une zone industrielle

L’équipement de la chambre ( brosse à dents, émulsion corps..), la grande salle de bain, le design de l’hôtel, le prix attractif.

La Clim ne fonctionnait pas très bien et l’emplacement dans une zone industrielle n’était pas idéal pour nous. Le petit déjeuner malheureusement était assez pauvre.

Nice hotel

The rooms are massive by Korean standards and offer everything you could possibly need (hairstyling products etc).

The location is far from ideal. Though close to the airport, it’s 1.5-2h from everywhere in Busan by metro which is exhausting and impacts the overall trip negatively. Would be great if the breakfast was available a little longer.

가족이 이용하기 너무 좋아요

깨끗하고 친절하고 무엇보다 맛있는 조식 9층 스웨트에 묵었는데 너무 추눠서 베란다 월풀을 이용못한게 아쉽네요 바베큐도 잠깐 하다 포기 ㅜㅜ 그걸 위해 잡았는데 그래도 전반적으로 좋았어요

Ramen for breakfast? I had to try it! They have toast and croissants too but saw lots of young people cook ramen so just had to try it on the last of our stay. It's clean with a large bathroom. The bed is a queen, not full with a twin bed. (Most places have a full size bed). The stay was comfortable.

Location. Had I known what the surrounding neighborhood was like I wouldn't have booked this hotel. It's safe but not pretty.

room is nice and comfy. good size staff so nice and helpfull service of ordering food outside hotel is ideal easy to get to the airport taxi is fast to order, but busstops is also not too far from hotel

the bathroom division (shower to close to toilet, no curtain of anything to divide) It doenst really a big thing, yet will be more comfortable if there is a bit divison.

Great hotel in the outskirts of Busan

Prima hotel is a lovely little hotel with nice and clean rooms, great service and everything you could ever need available. We even got gaming PCs in our room which we greatly appreciated when the weather was poor.

The location is a bit away from city center which made it slightly harder to travel around with ease. The room had cigarette smell from time to time but nothing that wasn’t manageable with the AC.

The services, the staff, the room was excellent for a 3* hotel. There are 4* Hotels less comfortable.

The position is not the best possible. Also, breakfast could be better.

An excellent hotel with great service

We miss this hotel already! Greeted with enthusiasm, we got a free upgrade to a suite on arrival with complimentary welcome drinks. The hotel is kept in great condition, it is clean and up to date. There is Netflix, a gaming pc (used lots during our stay!) and a very comfortable bed. Room is clean and modern. The free breakfast was a great addition each morning plus the ramen came in handy most days. The owner of the hotel is exceptional. He is willing to help with anything you need - ordering food, taxis, day trip ideas. He is very passionate about making his hotel the best experience for guests. Location was great in terms of price point - small walk to the station (which got us everywhere we needed) and bus stops just outside. Convenience store at the top of the street or a vending machine inside the hotel also. A great hotel!

Drains in the bathroom has a slight smell but nothing we couldn’t handle. Could have more storage in bathroom too like a shelf for things. All minor things in a fantastic hotel!

Modern Hotel, very clean, friendly english speaking reception and well equipped room. The hotel gave us a free room upgrade for our stay. For this price it's hard to find anything better in Busan.

It's located not in the city center but rather far from any attraction or even super market.

There was sufficient parking space. The room was spacious, modern, and clean.

The bed was hard. if you like hard beds then this is the place for you.

Recommand the place but not a desk clerk.

Recently renovated place. It was very cozy and clean place.

When I arrived, the desk clerk said to me very rudely "Are you sure? did you really booked? I cannot find your name." (with very grumpy face) When I heard that, I was so annoyed though. I answered "I did, throught the booking dot com." Then she said, "Oh! sorry! I didnt check the booking.com things! I really sorry." What a funny woman... but after all she turned nicely. but I can't forget her face when I arrived. ;-(

A peaceful experience which could have been improved by myself being better at the local language.

The staff was willing to work with us even though there was a language barrier. Even with that barrier reception always worked to talk to us and ask how our day had been.

Not many sidewalks nearby, which is standard for the area.

This place was so clean... spacious bathroom, clean bed and towels. I was with my family, my mom finally can sleep easily

Good for the price but could be better!

Size, price, Netflix, bathtub, desktop computers, and lovely front desk lady!

There was only one full size towel in the room and it had a hole in it. I couldn’t open the window. The bed was rock hard!

Superb

Excellent value, clean and super comfortable rooms. Great bathroom. The staff were amazingly helpful and kind. A secure place for our bikes. A very short walk to a variety of restaurants and the subway. Ten minutes walk to the intercity bus.

In an light industrial area but that was not a problem. It’s easy to find the subway.
