We visit the Dells almost every year. Since we found a house in Spring Brooks, we have stayed here Spring Brooks for the last 4 years. We usually spend the last day of vacation at the resort pool, relaxing. We dont have to leave, there is food and beverages on site. We all enjoy the pool, hot tub, playground.

Our family trip to Wisconsin Dells was great! The house and backyard was set up well for hanging out and well as for private spaces.
The kitchen was well stocked. And, the extra refrigerator and wet bar was nice in the basement.
Spring Brook amenities, such as golf and pool area were nice to have.
The downstairs hide-a-bed could be upgraded (springs were missing and unusable).
Overall, the house was in good shape. We would come back again if planning a visit in the area.

Great layout - needs a deep cleaning.
The house layout was great. This property needs a deep cleaning including washing the floors, our feet turned black inside the house. Some maintenance is also needed including fixing a couple beds that squeak terribly, replace dead lightbulbs and add some towel racks.

Nice stay in a wonderful location
The home that we chose to stay in for our long weekend was ideally located in the Spring Brook resort. Upon first inspection it seemed clean and had everything we needed. Unfortunately the floors were really dirty (our socks were black within hours) and the carpeting and rugs were really dirt and stained - that was a problem with 3 infants. The air conditioning system also was an issue. There was a sign that said leave system at 72 on both upper and lower thermostats. It constantly blew cold air and the downstairs was an ice box and even the upstairs was too cold. We tried adjusting and unfortunately there is no comfort level on this property. We couldn’t just shut the air off as it was too warm outside. Out of 15 of us at least 9 went home with a sore throat/allergy/cold that none of us had upon arrival! Also, all the king beds are uncomfortably hard. Aside from those major issues of comfort and rest we tried to make the best of our vacation . We enjoyed the backyard fire pit and patio area. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and accommodate seating for everyone. The kids did enjoy the theater room as long as they were bundled up in blankets! The pools were great and perfect for age group of children. The guys liked the golf course too.

Annual Family Glamping
This was our second year back to this location and property. It fits our age 4-76 year old family member needs and activity levels. We are thinking about next year again.

Amazing way to connect with family.
The property was clean and spacious and it accommodated our entire family. We were able to bbq, sit by the fire pit and have taco night together under one roof. The only issue we had was the security officer was a little annoying. Other than that, I will stay at Spring Brook with no problem again every time I am in Wisconsin Dells.

Best Cabin Trip Ever!!!
This stay was very seamless and the cabin was amazing in size and looks! It nicely fit 15 of my family and friends and had plenty pots and pans. There is a hot tub and pool near and it’s close to Walmart and the liquor store and ski-resorts. I would gladly stay at this property again!!

Nice vacay home near WI Dells
The house was well equipped with enough amenities for a large group. We were four families (15 total various age ranges) and fit us comfortably. The place is in a resort community and close to Dells attractions. House was clean and well kept which was relief during the COVID times. Backyard is not too big but has a large open patio and a fireplace. Although it backs into the golf course, there is a tree line and enough separation. Every room in the house came with a TV and theatre has a big screen with theatre like setting. Overall it is a nice place for a large group and we enjoyed our stay.

Paradise Pines
Great property for large groups, very roomy and good location to activities in the area. House is very nice with a lovely back patio. Our only issue was with a not so clean fitted sheet on our bed on arrival, but we were able to get a replacement. Previously stained sheets should be retired. Overall a fantastic stay and would come back again.

Family Summer Reunion
This was a great place for our family gathering of 16 between the ages of 3 to 75. The clubhouse pools were great for the little ones and the proximity of the Dells activities were great for the older ones. The activities both indoor and outdoor of the house served everyone. Looking forward to going back next year.

Family gathering
We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The house was decorated very nicely. It was very clean! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed.
The game room with pool table was a hit! We gathered down there most of the night. Some people played cards, some people played pool, and the rest watched movies in the theater room! Which was AWESOME! We had guests range from ages 5-65 and everyone enjoyed themselves. Would highly recommend this house and will definitely stay again if in the area.

Great family get together place
We rented the home for a family reunion get together. The accommodations were nice and comfortable. Very spacious and clean. A few things to keep in mind, is they only give you white bath towels, no pool towels, so if you are doing the pool etc. You will need your own or request extra towels. Also, the outdoor grill is charcoal and small. Something to keep in mind when planning meals.
Other than that it was a great place and we’d totally rent again!

Luxury Resort Cabin, Awesome Hang Out Cabin, etc.
Calling Paradise Pines a "Cabin" is a bit of a disservice. This place is a blend of a technofiles dream with a cabin getaway in the Wisconsin Dells. There is a 9 seat theater room with blu-ray, dvd, surround sound. I Hooked my PS4 up to the system for some immersive gaming over the 4 day stay. When I was there the TV was a 1080P Sharp Aquos and at least 70 if not more inches. I had no issues using any features of the theater room. It was Awesome, the theater seats recline as well. The vacation guests consisted of 9 Adults and 7 Children and this place has room for everyone. There is even a TV on the Deck by the Fire Pit, which seems may seem weird at first, but we had the Olympics on when having a bon fire, so if there is a game you don't want to miss while grilling or spending time on the deck with family, you won't have to. Kitchen was large and nice, plenty of cabinet space, cooking space and eating space. The gaming area in the lower level is very nice as well. Full Fridge and sink in the lower level by pool table. My only complaint. Wi Fi speeds were a bit low, 500 k Down/Up (Yes, less than 1 MB) I ended up using my phone and tethering. The wi fi was my only issue, and a very minor issue, this place still gets 5 starts in my book.

I rented this property to celebrate my husbands 60th Birthday. We had a large group 14 adults and two small children. I would start by saying the space worked great for our group. Plenty of room for gathering to play games and visit. The kitchen size worked well for preparing and serving meals. Pretty low end appliances, so be prepared for that. Stove was spotty when it came to oven temps and electric stove top took forever to get a large kettle of water for potatoes to boil. The dishwasher bottom drawer very rickety. There were plenty of dishes and etc., most utensils you would need, but I would recommend brings some good knives. The house has mice so we felt we had to wash everything before using because every morning there were droppings in the drawers and shelves.
I arrived ahead of most of our group and found the entry only had a tiny rug. Since its winter and everyone would have boots and shoes to remove, I phoned my son-in-law, who brought two large rugs for the entry. If I had not done that the floor would have been a wet mess!
The bedrooms and bathrooms are all spacious, beds comfy and clean. We also found them to be pretty quiet. We had an infant and a 3 year old that we put in the lower level back bedrooms and they slept through all of the noise we made talking and laughing in the main living space upstairs. Good floor plan!
Our biggest disappointment was the theatre room and TV Cable reception. We had planned to watch some movies but never could. The Blue-ray player did not work, management couldn't fix it. They brought us another DVD player but it was not Blue-ray so we couldn't use it. Also , whatever TV provider the home owner is using is terrible. The picture quality was so grainy you could barely tell what you were watching. Brought me back to my childhood TV viewing in the 50's. The guys were very disappointed since they were watching football but it was more like just having the radio on. I think if they want to use the theater room as a rental draw they have some improvements to make!!!
We did go over to use the pool and everyone who went enjoyed that.
To recap: Space for a large group was great. The mice a bit of a problem. The entertainment Theater basically unusable.
