Fabulous. Perfect hotel, location, staff, breakfast. Will be back.

Everything. From the our arrival to departure all the staff were extremely kind and attentive. Every detail is thought through, the amenities in the room are fabulous, the pillow menu is very pleasant. The rooms are big and very nicely decorated. We could use the changing room in the spa including the steam room as we had a very late flight, was very appreciated. Breakfast is fantastic. We stayed in other hotels in Hong Kong before, it’s by far the best ever. Will definitely be back when in Hong Kong.

Wonderful & relaxing stay!

It is a gorgeous hotel! Loved the design everywhere, the room, the service. The bed was extremely comfortable - slept so well. Was great to stay with kids as well.

The only thing I did not like was the coffee.

오랫만에 만족스러운 호텔 경험

직원이 정말 친절하더군요 버틀러 서비스도 만족스러웠구요 조식도 저한테는 부페스타일보다 더 좋았습니다 5시 30분에하는 샴페인 오픈행사도 재미있고 추억에 남더라구요 시간 되면 꼭 참여해보세요 수영장은 작지만 사람이 없어서 오히려 즐기기 좋더라구요

위치가 약간 아쉽습니다 약간 애매한 위치라고나 할까요 교통편은 편한 편이지만 아주 근처에 샵들이 있는건 아니어서 좀 아쉬운 부분이 있어요 버틀러 서비스로 제공되는 커피는 약간 맛이 아쉽습니다. 티 종류는 매우 만족하구요 따로 얼음을 준비해 달라고 해서 아이스티로 만들어 드시면 좋습니다

Location is perfect, very welcoming team&taff. Hotel is rather 'cold' in ambiance

Very friendly and helpfull staff. The team goes for the extra mile to let you feel good .

Very big open 'hall' for breakfast and lunch. Spa facilieties (Steaming room) needs update for this range/price of hotel. The rooms are big which is exceptional for Hong Kong and I suppose this makes the price. We wanted to book a premium hotel experience for a special occasion but it left us dissapointed. There are many boutique hotels in Hong kong that offer another ambiance, have extra complementary services/drinks and breakfast is even better for 50% less expensive... (only room will be smaller:-))

Excellent Hotel, great facilities, excellent staffs, really nice room, it should be a 6 Star Hotel.

Breakfast was excellent, MTR station is really close, or you can use the Flyover bridge to go out to take Tram or Bus.

an overall nice stay

room is nice and big , staff are friendly,

breakfast is so so, it is in sets, Japanese one are not very up to them level. I would prefer buffet, the location is central but slightly difficult to find even some taxi drivers don’t know where it is and how to drive to the entrance

staff were very friendly and helpful. house keeping delivery can be more efficient, location is just okay. pool a bit sm

modern design very low key yet elegant. room was spotlessly clean and new.

the housekeeping service speed can be improved a bit. there were a few times that I had to call for second time to remind them after 30-45 min of waiting, location isn’t exactly convenient. kinda need to get taxi to everywhere although there’s an MRT nearby.

Exceptional Stay at St. Regis Hong Kong for Art Basel with Great Location and Service

St. Regis Hong Kong provided exceptional service and a great location for my Art Basel trip. The staff, including Viki Ho, were attentive and made my stay enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Some taxi drivers refused to send us back to the hotel due to hectic traffic especially during rush hour.

Exceptional room & property!

The room was very very well decorated, spacious and its layout was well planned. The bed & pillow were heavenly. In-room amenities were plenty. Check-in staff was smart and attentive. Service was overall great.

The motorized window coverings in the room is a bit loud. Closet size is relatively small as compared to the size of the room.
