About this house rental
SUMMARY
Lilac gardens and 80 year old apricot trees embrace this adobe family compound in the heart of the historic district. Hacienda Rose was hand built between 1968 and 1971 using many custom, traditional and handmade elements. The guest house, Adobe Rose, is much older, dating back to the days when Camino Don Miguel was a busy little mercantile street. Two Casitas is confident that Hacienda and Adobe Rose will become a part of your fond memories of Santa Fe.
LIVING AREA, KITCHEN AND DINING
Natural straw bound adobe walls, handmade doors, traditional vigas and a kiva fireplace; this is vintage Santa Fe. Laid back, easy, comfortable. The dining table can seat ten and there is a separate den with flat-screen TV.
BED AND BATH
Comfortably sleep up to 10 guests in three king beds and two queen beds, one of those king beds being in Adobe Rose, the guest house. Each bedroom has been lovingly appointed with Santa Fe collectibles and treasures from New Mexico. The large guest bath has been recently renovated to feature a double-headed walk-in shower. Additionally it features Mexican tile and a clawfoot tub. The ensuite second bath reflects the larger bathroom with Mexican tile and an arched shower entry.
OUTDOOR SPACE
A charming patio has been added to the property, complete with outdoor seating where you can relax. Additionally, there’s a delightful garden area for you to enjoy.

I brought my 3 daughter in laws for a quick trip to Santa Fe. We LOVED Two Caistas!! I don't think we quite understood the layout but it worked out to be great! I had a bedroom with a private bath with a shower and the other 3 all had a private room but a shared bathroom with a tub and a shower. I thought there were 3 bedrooms in the main house but there are only 2. That was the only surprise and I must have not red it correctly. But again we made it all work! The home is so convenient to all the great restaurants and galleries on Canyon Rd. We were able to walk to dinner each night! The house was very cute! Very, very low ceilings and doorways but we learned to duck!
We would definitely come back!

Hacienda Rose and Adobe Rose were the perfect Santa Fe place for our 3-generation family - 6 adults and three toddlers. The babies needed quiet rooms for their naps and some room to run around. The open kitchen/dining room/ living room was just right for our group. Hacienda Rose’s location is perfect! Authentic Santa Fe and so close to the great galleries on Canyon Road. Even the toddlers enjoyed the sculpture gardens there. We were there in January and, unfortunately, couldn’t enjoy the lovely outdoor spaces. Would be delighted to return to the same place again. THANK YOU!

Our stay at Hacienda Rose was perfect! The house itself is so beautiful and unique, with adobe walls, an open floor plan, outdoor patio, and lovely decor. The location was great- private, and close to galleries, shopping, and restaurants. There was plenty of room to spread out and when gathering in the main living area. It also felt cozy because of the corner fireplace and comfortable furniture. The entire home is immaculate and well equipped. Highly recommend!

Great Location
The house is located approx. 1 mile from shops and the local Starbucks for morning coffee. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. The Tea House has a great breakfast. The home was spacious enough for our family and we enjoyed sitting outside in the evening. The large dining table was perfect and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything that we needed.

This home is full of old world charm and is very clean. Comfortable beds, good toilet paper and a well-stocked kitchen were great not to mention the woodburning fireplace and original art throughout the home. The Host was quick to respond to questions. Trip with Mom... and Friends
Thank you so much! The house and yard are beautiful, very well appointed and comfortable AND very peaceful. Three of us stayed in the main house and one in the casita. LOVE how close it is to Canyon Road (VERY easy walk or park at the public lot) and easy access to historic downtown. Awesome to just sit on the patio in backyard, listen to the wind in trees and enjoy a glass of wine!

I bring my mother to Santa Fe every year.
I bring my mother to Santa Fe every year. This year we traveled with two friends, so needed to find a larger house.
We still wanted an old adobe style... Hacienda Rose exceeded our expectations (it is even better in person than in photographs). Really cool space, well appointed and comfortable. The setting and yard are very peaceful.
Location and proximity to Canyon Road is amazing!
Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful spot for family reunion
Although the house was spotlessly cleaned - it could use a little owner attention. Listing with multiple renting services seemed to create lack of proprietary interest.
