You have to clear the guest it’s just accommodation and we don’t provide daily cleaning and daily toiletary. Overall it’

Only location was good, rest all very bad and below the average

They didn’t provide dental kit, they don’t do cleaning, they don’t provide water, they don’t provide tea bags and milk on daily basis Milk at all they don’t provide but why they mention all these in booking.com

The rooms were not clean, bedsheets were with stains & pests on the bed & in the toilet. So sofas or place to sit in the rooms. No daily housekeeping.

Don’t stay here. Find better alternative

Nothing. The property is managed by agents who don’t operate the front desk. So anything you need like toilet paper you need to ask the agent.

The rooms were very basic. They haven’t been upgraded since the start of the building - maybe 30 or more years. The air conditioning was noisy. The bathroom was a mess with a whole tile missing and grout had come off the edge of the bath tub.

Very poor directions to property No one to attend at reception or phone Poor rooms decor and facilities Shower door broken and room flooding during shower, despite complain no one came to fix Only 4 towels for 6 people, no one came to deliver additional despite request Very noisy ACs Smelly corridor

موقع ممتاز بحكم قربها من الحرم

مستوى النظافة اقل من المتوقع. نوافذ الغرف تطل على منور مع انه بالمكان استغلال المنور بشكل أفضل لخلق اطلالة جميله للغرف الداخليه التي لا تطل على الحرم وعدم وجود صالة جلوس كنب او صوفا

Disappointing

- The rooms and the place is spacious - It was well prepared according to the requested number of beds - It has great facilities ( washing machine, dryer, fridge, and microwave). - Close to Masjid Al-Nabawai

- No clear reception ( on arrival, I had to call the person who communicated with me to meet him on the floor after walking around with kids and the bags asking where the hotel is ! ) - No clear signs for the hotel location there - Very dirty with rusted things and cracked walls and leaking water from the cracked roof - Very expensive - Need an upgrade for the furniture and TV ( TV remote was broken )

The Location

The room with 4 beds with out any side table or table, without any closet, only one socket for 4 persons mobile charging, without any lamps, the apartment for 6 persons with only ONE Shower, got very difficult for showering six persons at the same short time before Friday prayer.

Madinah Masjid Visit

Prime location next to Madinah Masjid and inside the commercial building with all the shops and facilities. Large apartment with fully equipped kitchen and washing, clean and comfortable bedrooms, large and nicely furnished living room and dining area. Great price for the location and facilities. Plenty of underground parking.

The apartment although fully furnished but very outdated and needs renovating and updating. The kicker was the staff came to room and stood right outside half an hour before checkout time and insisted on leaving asap, without considering that we were a large family with both elderly and children in our group. That was distasteful and rude. I would not recommend this property for that reason and condemn the main management for having staff and policies of this type.

the is very good, but I was not comfortable in my accommodation.

The location is excellent, it has direct passage to the prophet mosque .

first of all there is no reception and we kept on asking the security for the reception and he said that “ maintenance is on progress “ no reception. luckily we found a guy he knows the number of the owner representative, but it was hard time for me and my family to stay roaming outside, it was about 40 minutes. keeping in mind the weather was hot . secondly the name is confusing, in booking. com the is ZADALEMAN , but when you ask about it no body knows this name even the taxi driver from airport, it’s actual name is TAIBAH , it’s value is less than 3 star , but I paid for 5 stars. The apartment doors was cracked, toilet towels and shampoo was not clean , no regular cleaning, you have to request the guy .

Poor maintenance of facilities and utilities. Water supply stopped In the morning and no alternate arrangements to shift us to any other room. No sense of urgency and apology. We paid very high charger for 1 night SAR 2100+ for such a poor service.
