Excelente hotel pero hay que mejorar el restaurante

Es la tercera o cuarta vez que nos alojamos aquí. El hotel es maravilloso, aunque aún hay algunas áreas a mejorar.

El restaurante, un inconveniente de olor desagradable en las instalaciones del baño.

Instalaciones hermosas, pésima atención al huésped.

La hacienda es muy hermosa, el clima fue perfecto y se podía disfrutar de sus vistas

El gerente muy antipático, nunca nos mencionó que podíamos subir a ver las dos cúpulas. Lo supimos ya hasta que nos estábamos retirando, el chico de la caseta nos lo dijo. Adicional, un meserillo que se quiso hacer el simpático al ver que no quisimos cenar la primera noche, le dijo al gerente antipático “no, pues ya sabes son de los que no traen…”, independientemente de su falsedad al atendernos, no teníamos apetito. Con esas palabras nos quitó las ganas de probar lo que sea del restaurante.

Me robaron y me corrieron con mi bebé recién nacido el día de mi cumpleaños.

Llegué con mi espos u mi bebé, en la recepción me corrieron, porque no leí que el hotel era solo adultos. Fui a festejar mi cumpleaños, y el personal fue desalmado, la mujer en su escritorio grosera y sin ningún interés de dar solución. Pedí mi reembolso y tras corrernos a mi bebé y a mí, dijo que ella no podía ayudarme y que era mi equivocación. Entonces en mi cumpleaños, nos corrieron y se quedaron con mi dinero. ¿De verdad esto es servicio? El dinero es fruto del esfuerzo y la energía, y con la mano en la cintura me trataron de la peor forma y se burlaron de que no habría reembolso. Es la peor atención que he recibido en mi vida.

The pool

It was our anniversary. When we arrived we asked if we needed to make a reservation for the restaurant, they said we can do this from reception for you so we asked for 7 30pm . When we arrived at the restaurant there was no reservation made by the front desk and no room available anymore, so we had to sit outside and eat there in Clothes not warm enough as we were meant to eat inside and dressed for inside.. Thanks reception for putting a dampener on a ten year celebration because of your Mistake ..

EVER, never, ever I return yo this hotel

The building…

The manager sent a man to wake up at 8:52am on a Saturday because he needed us to check out early. The man mocked us. We didn't sleep the night before because the air conditioner made a lot of noise. The floor was really dirty.

Apart from some issues a great place to stay Ok

The restaurant staff were Amazing and friendly , the reception staff were ok , efficient but not as warm.when you think they only have to deal with max of 7 rooms booking in, Room one had decent Internet, we stayed in 3 last time and that was intermittent.so that was an Improvement .The pool was clean and you could smell the chlorine so it proves they take the cleaning seriously.

Bathroom door is perfect for a Hobbit, anyone over 160 cm has to bend down to enter, we had to leave the bathroom light on overnight as to make sure when you use it at 2 am you can see how low the doorframe is, when Half asleep.after the first few times of Banging head you soon Learn.

Superb

Great location, lush garden, wonderful pool. The restaurant is good, the breakfast was excellent. The rooms are spacious. The whole hacienda is well maintained, and the old building are carefully restored.

There is a little conversation problem because most of the staff is not speaking English at all, and our Spanish is not really good. It would be nice they would give more information about trips and restaurants in the region.

Great location

It is a great location in an old Hacienda with a lush green garden. There is a great pool, all rooms and the whole hotel is well maintained, and carefully restored. The parking is for free. The staff is very friendly.

It was a bit complicated in the restaurant, and getting information because of a language problem: Us speaking only a bit Spanish, and most of the staff not speaking English at all.

Everybody is very nice and the attention is very good. The hotel is beautiful, as a recomendation I would suggest to enjou walking in all the hacienda.

There was a cockroach in my room, and the rail of the shower gives you electrick shocks. That could be very very dangerous for anyone. Room 4 be carefull

Terrible

They have events and weddings. Both nights I had to bare the noise of construction from the events that were going to happen during the weekend. They started at 8am. The pool had no privacy and the restaurante was bad and expensive. Not returning.

Fantastic restaurant, quiet retreat as no children are allowed to stay in the rooms.

Problems having to keep asking for the WiFi password at reception, they kept giving us the wrong information, I was not happy because I urgently needed to hold a quick meeting. Please just leave the information in the room or on the card with the room numbers, such an easy solution.

Wonderful stay at a magnificent small hotel!

This is a very small boutique hotel in what used to be a hacienda. We stayed in a deluxe suite, which was spacious and well appointed. The grounds are beautiful and pleasant to walk around. Breakfast had many options and everything we tried was perfect & delicious. I wish we could have stayed longer, but the hotel was hosting a wedding for the weekend and had booked all of the rooms. Next time!

This is the best hotel to stay at during a visit to Atlixco.

Stunning beautiful property with an amazing restaurant. The room was comfortable, the WIFI was strong and you can’t beat the food.

Exceptional

Cozy hacienda at the edge of the town so you need a car to get here but once arrived you can enjoy the spacious rooms, the pool and the the great restaurant opposite the hacienda, very recommended. The breakfast is very good too.

Groups of tourists walk around the hotel / garden ground in day time which could spoil a bit the fun when living in the ground floor but I was fine with that.

Amazing Hotel in Atlixco! Great experience.

The Hacienda building itself is amazing! The structure keeps most of its original essence while introducing lots of amenities. Gardens are beautifully illuminated during night and the whole place creates a cozzy atmosphere. Staff is great, food is great. It has been a GREAT experience!

Watch your head as this colonial-style buildings have some low-heighted corridors. Just that. Everything else was fine :)
