Holiday apartment on the ground floor with private entrance, on a hill overlooking the city, not far from the sea and the historic centre of Pesaro, a famous city because it is the birthplace of the composer Rossini. Nowadays, Pesaro is a favourite destination for families. In addition to the interesting historical centre, which you can easily visit on foot through the old pedestrian streets, it is important to know that every summer the ROF, the Rossini Opera Festival, takes place, attracting fans from all over the world. This event alone deserves a stay in Pesaro. The flat is located on a green hill and offers suggestive views, which are however limited at certain times of the season by the lush vegetation. The apartment is surrounded by a large garden with small shrubs and flowering plants: the owner's hobby. Guests have access to a large and fresh garden, which is shared with the owners. You can relax in the garden, lying on a comfortable bed or on the cool veranda in front of the house equipped with tables and chairs. The favourable location offers numerous tourist hotspots: Urbino, the city of the Renaissance about 30 km, Ancona with its famous beaches of Conero 65 km, the San Bartolo Park, with the famous panoramic road known by cyclists of all levels about 5 km. It is possible to take part in excursions with artistic, naturalistic and / or archaeological routes by renting a Fiat Panda with four-wheel drive. In common with the owners are equipment for physical activity: treadmill, small stepper and a special tool for the abdominal muscles. Available in the garden: Swing, table tennis, table football and barbecue.
