About this cabin rental
This charming 1 bedroom cabin is truly a hidden gem, nestled in the tall oaks in the town of Glenwood Springs. It is a fully modernized log cabin, equipped with all the modern conveniences necessary to make your vacation comfortable and relaxing.
The cabin is just steps away from everything Glenwood has to offer...
The Red Mountain/Jeanne Golay hiking trail is literally across the street, providing panoramic views of the Roaring Fork Valley below. A short walk through the trees places you at Veltus Park, which lies along the Roaring Fork River for rafting, fishing or a cool dip in the water. And you'll find tennis and basketball courts there also.
PLUS just a short drive and you are in the heart of the Roaring Fork Valley with all of it's skiing, rafting, hiking, rock climbing, and fine dining, including the glamour of Aspen or Vail.
Or you may choose to stay at the cabin to just sit back and relax on the porch or under the shade of the trees, enjoying the beautifully landscaped yard and the sound of the birds overhead.
The cabin is able to accommodate 4, as there is a loft with queen mattress OR use the pull out sofa in the living room.
However, when the living room couch is pulled out, there is little room for anyone to move about. and though the loft has a queen mattress on the floor, the ceiling is very low and there is no room for anyone to stand upright.
Please be respectful of the 4 person maximum.

My little family really enjoyed our stay here! It’s small, but cozy. Stocked with everything you’d expect and need. The location is really great! Walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants and a couple blocks from a trailhead.

Couldn't have been any easier. Everything was perfect. Secluded property in a quiet neighborhood. Clean and comfortable. Easy access to town. We'd choose this one again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful visit! Our girls (8 &10) loved the little loft where they slept each night. We enjoyed the privacy of the cabin sitting back from the road. We hope to visit again!

On arrival we found Dirty dishes left in the dishwasher with no detergent available for us to wash them. We were provided with a 1/2 roll of toilet paper.

This cozy cabin is in a very safe neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beautiful non-motorized path for walking and cycling along the Roaring Fork and Colorado River. The cabin was very clean and had everything one needs to be comfortable.
Highly recommended for a stay in Glenwood Springs.

What a beautiful place to stay! If I could give location a higher rating I would!
The cabin was clean, and comfortable. My wife and I didn't do any cooking there, it was definitely well stocked for a small barbecue, or a nice meal in the kitchen.
The cabin was clean and comfortable when we arrived. It had been a long drive for us, and we were happy that it was so.
The location is amazing! Minutes from downtown Glenwood Springs for shopping and dining and the hot springs in the area for relaxing. The cabin is also close to plenty hiking options in the area.
I highly recommend this gem of a cabin for anyone looking to stay in the area!

Our family stayed here for two nights. We came to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. Our kids are 8 and 6. We all loved staying here! Very quaint and secluded. Our kids loved the little loft up above, they made it their hangout. We will definitely be going back!

I love this place. This was my second stay and will do it again … feels like home away from home. I was by myself this time and felt very safe. It’s clean, cozy, close to downtown, river trail and hiking trail across the street. Hiked Red Mountain this time to the cross on the top of the mountain. Through the snow was an extra bonus! I Loved it! I do wish there was a fireplace … I’m a fireplace girl. But that won’t keep me from returning. Thank you so much …

Our family has stayed in this cabin twice now and it is one of our favorite places. You feel like you’re in the woods when you’re there, but it’s a short walk into town. We didn’t even have a car this trip and didn’t miss it. Great place!

This cabin is fantastic! We stayed over the Christmas holiday and it was the perfect cozy Christmas vacation. Property is close enough to walk downtown to eat/drink, yet feels remote where you can sit and relax without bother. Would recommend and stay again. Easy check in and out process Tish was great to work with.

Great little cabin down the road from my daughter's home and family. The cabin was so cute. And produced good vibes. Nicely decorated and comfortable during our cold winter visit to Glenwood.

My son and I stayed in this cabin absolutely loved it. It's secluded from other properties and very quiet. We spent two days relaxing, watching movies on the large flat-screen TV, and enjoying the Glenwood Springs area. It had everything we needed and was super clean. Check in/out was smooth and communication was great. We'll be back!

So close to everything!
Very private yet close to town.
The park is within walking distance and offers a great walking path.
This town is a perfect base for all kinds of activities: hikes, adventure park, hot springs etc. Plus so many other fun towns (Vail & Aspen) within one hour drive.
We enjoyed this little gem and plan on returning and on telling family/friends.

Hard to know where to start! The cabin is beautiful, well equipped and ideally located within 1 mile of the train station. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.
Although small, the cabin was comfortable for 4 adults, 1 couple, 2 singles.
Owner was very communicative, so thorough with instructions that I never had to contact her during the stay but felt that if I had needed anything she’d have been available. I also appreciate not having to check in or check out with the owners as long as everything was going according to well communicated ‘house rules’.
Thank you for sharing your beautiful little get-away, I hope to return with other friends and family, it really is a perfect place to stay for bicycling the many trails around Glenwood Springs!

This little cabin is so cute, cozy, comfortable, clean and was absolutely perfect for my birthday get away with my daughter. We were only there for two nights and plan on going back ... didn't get enough! Bar-B-Qed the first night; hiked Hanging Lake which was gorgeous the next day; walked downtown after to scope out places for dinner but decided to bring in pizza and enjoy the coziness of the this "hidden gem". Can't wait to return!!

We loved our stay at the cabin! 3 minutes from downtown Glenwood Springs, adorable decor and appreciated the chairs to take in the woodsy outdoors as well.

We come up to Glenwood almost every year and decided to stay somewhere with more room than your typical hotel. We were so happy to come across this cabin. It's so charming and tucked away that you feel like you're on a retreat. There was room to relax and for my 3 year old to play outside. We will definitely be staying here again!

My mom and I stayed here when she came to visit. She was already talking about booking it again for a trip next year. Such a beautiful little property. So close to everything but the layout makes it seem secluded. Everything was as described and the owner was so sweet and helpful.

This cozy little gem was the perfect couple's getaway. The little stream next to the house with a seating area was relaxing and beautiful. Nothing was too far away and just a quick drive to downtown. Great restaurants with outdoor seating and The Iron Mountain Hot Springs was only 5 minutes away. The trails close by were beautiful and we will be back to explore more. It really is a charming cabin in the cutest little town.

This cabin is so cozy and adorable! It is private and hidden, but perfectly located within walking distance of downtown, the Glenwood and Iron Mountain Hot Springs, the gondola to Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park, the Rio Grande Trail, Two Rivers Park, Veltus Park, etc. The yard chairs are peaceful to relax in and a bonus while we were there was that the creek was flowing due to spring runoff. It was a nice sound the whole time. The cabin is small, but had everything we needed. A full kitchen for cooking, a full bathroom, a dining room table, a little living room with a nice big TV, and a washer and dryer if you need it. The bedroom even had a cozy little reading nook. You park your car in a private space on the street and have to walk down stairs to get to the cabin. There is a sleeping loft with a mattress. The ladder to get up to it might not be doable by everyone. We didn’t need it, but there is A/C which isn’t always the case with such an old building. We would definitely stay here again!

The cottage is a wonderful gem just a 10 minute walk from downtown Glenwood springs. The beds were very comfortable and the cottage was cosy and warm. The cottage was stocked with all the amenities one would need. Highly recommend the cottage for a couple or small groups who are hoping for a quiet, tranquil alcove close to downtown.

This cabin is so thoughtfully put together. It was a close walk to downtown and everything I needed for my stay was there. Lots of options for cooking, laundry, and the decor was really fun and welcoming. Thanks Trish and Dean for sharing this space.

It was absolutely perfect for us… quiet, private, and romantic too; with all the needed amenities. It snowed and snowed and snowed but not enough to keep us from doing all we wanted to do in the area as well. You can’t go wrong with this gem of a cottage! ❤️❤️❤️
