We loved staying here! A beautiful house that is so spacious and comfortable. Even though the location isn’t ideal, lots of lovely villages are a short drive away. We’d stay again.

The house was lovely and very well equipped.
Our main dissappointment was the position of the property - on a VERY BUSY road. The noise from the road made it difficult to sleep - and would be a nightmare in the summer when windows would need to be open.

Lovely property - very clean and comfortable. Lots of interesting Cotswolds towns within easy reach and some great places to eat. Being on a main road with some traffic noise was the only down side but we would still go back.

Very impressive open plan barn conversion with everything in one large room ie lounge, kitchen and dining - all spotless and well equipped. The 3 bedrooms are great, each en suite with very comfy beds.
2 potential issues - right next to a busy main road (you can’t see it - high bushes) so the noise, particularly at night can be a bit intrusive. Secondly there Is little storage in the bedrooms ie no chests of drawers, which was frustrating and a bit bewildering given the highest of standards everywhere else.
Still loved the place and will miss being there.

The house itself was very well equipped to a high standard and was incredibly comfortable, however some extra storage in the bedrooms would have been useful.
The local pub was a 20 min walk away and served excellent food and a variety of shops was a 4 mile drive away which meant a car would be essential for visitors.
The owner was very friendly and helpful.

6 of us stayed for 3 nights, the place was lovely, very clean & well equipped. The only downside was it’s on a busy road so we were unable to have the bedroom window open at night ( it was hot weather)..... this wasn’t mentioned in the description, but overall everything was fine!

Station Lodge is an ideal base for exploring the Cotswolds. It is spacious, tastefully furnished, very clean and comfortable, with everything you need. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable, with lovely bed linen. The ground floor bedroom and bathroom are ideal if you have mobility problems. There isn't much wardrobe space, which may be a problem, if you are a large family or on a longer break. In fact one of the bedrooms, didn't have a wardrobe at all. It's a lovely property, and wouldn't hesitate to visit again.

This is a beautifully appointed cottage that sleeps 6 in comfort. The open plan living space is well designed.
The cottage is adjacent to a busy main road and traffic noise spoilt our enjoyment of the garden. We also found it difficult to turn right out of the cottage as there is poor visibility and very fast traffic.

Lovely modern cottage, comfortable and stylish, great for 3 couples as we had a bathroom each. Some lovely areas to explore within easy reach.
The only downside for us is that the property is situated right next to a very busy main road and we could hear the traffic noise day and night. You needed your wits about you to cross the road but once across the road, the walk to the local pub either via the road or across the fields was nice.
Overall a great place to stay but the road would put me off returning.

It really exceeded all expectations.
It really exceeded all expectations. The cottage has been furnished beautifully with every detail considered! We had nothing negative to say at all.
My only suggestion and it is just that , is to consider more storage for clothes as had we stayed longer than 3 nights would have struggled! It had no bearing on our own stay what so ever and would not hesitate to recommend and book again if the opportunity ever arose.
