On Whitley Bay’s stunning coastline, yards from a sandy beach, you will be sure to enjoy year round holidays in this beautiful spacious apartment.. 2 steps to entrance.

Private parking for 1 car (maximum length 4.8 metres). No smoking.. With magnificent views over the sea and towards St Mary’s Lighthouse, The Links, and The Spanish City Dome, Bay View is perfectly located in a prime position to enjoy the perfect seaside holiday. With three beaches within 2 miles, you will be spoilt for choice. The large airy living room has a custom built window seat wrapped around the large bay window where you can relax and soak in the ever-changing sea views, as well as high ceilings and a wonderful homely feel. The England Coastal Path runs within 150 yards of the property and the beautiful regenerated promenade is an absolute delight taking in all The Links from St Mary’s Lighthouse to the Spanish City. A highlight of Whitley Bay is the iconic Spanish City Dome regeneration finished in July 2018 but built in 1910, a beautiful space with something for everyone from pancakes and seafood to champagne and special events through the year all housed in this iconic building. This historic white domed building overlooks the sea and the splendid promenade.
An ideal holiday home for couples and friends, Bay View is perfect for exploring the many bespoke shops and cafés, and is a great location for spoiling yourself with a few drinks and lovely food in one of the many local restaurants and bistros. There are some beautiful walks around Whitley Bay and Tynemouth including the lovely walk along the seafront with views of the sandy beaches. The local metro stops in Whitley Bay and is great if you want to visit Newcastle upon Tyne or even Tynemouth if you don’t want to walk or drive. Whitley Bay has a playhouse with shows every week, Waves Swimming Pool, mini golf, plenty of ice cream and fish and chips, as well as fine dining and locally sourced food. Bay View is ideally located to travel all the county. Head north to the Heritage Coast up to Alnwick with the famous castle featured in Harry Potter, or west to Corbridge, an old Roman town near Hadrian’s Wall. With easy access to all the main roads making it ideal for exploring, Bay View really has everything to offer the discerning visitor with an abundance of facilities on your doorstep. Beach 100 yards. Shop and restaurant 300 yards, pub 200 yards.

Lovely apartment. Main bedroom is simply stunning, as are the views from there & from the lounge. It feels very luxurious but is also really comfortable.
All the places that matter are spotlessly clean & there is plenty of everything that you would need.
It is just a wonderful place to stay with lots of things to do in the area.
