Looking for the perfect location for your Panama City Beach vacation? Look no further than Breezy Blue Cottage. This home, which has the capacity to accommodate twelve people, is located directly across the street from public beach access. You’ll be just steps away from the sugar white sands and emerald colored water of the Gulf of Mexico.

This four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom home features a large bunk room with two queen-over-queen-size bunk beds that are built for adults as well as children. Additional guests can be accommodated by a queen-size sleeper sofa and a queen-size chest bed located in the living room area. There is also a full-size sleeper sofa located in the downstairs den which is a separate living space. Three of Breezy Blue Cottage’s four bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, including the bunk room as well as the primary. The primary bedroom is a perfect place to relax with its plush bed and 55-inch flat-screen TV. The primary bathroom is an oasis of luxury with a spacious walk-in shower and separate soaking tub.

Foodies will rejoice at the wide variety of cuisine in Panama City Beach, all just a short drive from Breezy Blue Cottage. But if you prefer to cook up your own delicious meals, there is a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal featuring upscale stainless-steel appliances with marble backsplashes and gorgeous granite countertops.

The home features a private balcony which is a great place to start and end the day. Drink your first cup of coffee of the morning and take in the view of the Gulf of Mexico. The water is especially beautiful in the morning, it has a Caribbean look to it as the sunlight shines down upon it. At the end of the day, take in the colors of the sunset. The house was very roomy and had plenty of space for everything. Large rooms for all of my family. The private pool was the icing on the cake for all of us to enjoy water time by ourselves. Will definitely book this property again.

It was perfect for my family! We had enough room for everyone. The pool would have been a great asset if the weather would have been warmer. Overall we lived our best life for a week. Thank you for letting us use your home for the week!

We really enjoyed our trip and the house was a great size for our family of 10! The location to the beach was hard to beat. Pool area was awesome and the kitchen and living room was big enough for everyone.

Our ALL Adult travel group really enjoyed our stay. We have an annual beach trip, and this location ranks at the very top. We were all comfortable in our respective and shared spaces. It seems the location was recently renovated. The location was great. You are able to have an ocean view, although this property is not oceanfront. The location was close to the action but not too close. We are planning on going back next year but for a longer stay. Also, the pool was wonderful. I would suggest that additional tools be made available to skim the pool. I would also suggest bringing your hair dryer. There was not one available. The beach is only steps away. You will not regret choosing this location.

This house was wonderful! Accurate listing, location was fabulous. Directly across from public beach access. We already want to go back! Rooms were clean, and there was plenty of seating for everyone. Pool was beautiful, but a little chilly for us.

This house was SO NICE! Very clean when we came in, a VERY short walk to the beach, and the pool was perfect! The one and only “bad” thing was the lack of shade around the pool, but we positioned our beach umbrellas and made it work. The check in was so easy and we had everything we needed in the kitchen.

We had a great stay! Loved the private pool and close location to the beach. There was still a lot of run down houses/under developed houses and businesses around us so that was a bummer. Also I felt like the house could have been cleaned a bit better. The kitchen was also less equipped than other houses we have stayed in. The space was great and rooms were very spacious! The upstairs was a nice open concept. Overall we had a great stay!

We had a crew of adults and children. The property was overall very good! I would stay here again if the price wasn't going up so much next year. It was great! The only reason it didn't get 5 stars from me was because when we arrived, the master bedroom door handle was broken, the towel rack in the downstairs bathroom was broken, the dishes were not the clean. We fixed the door handle and didn't use the towel rack. The dishwasher may have some issues not getting dishes clean, maybe. Either way, it wasn't enough to deter me from this property. It was a beautiful home, And having a PRIVATE pool was worth it! The beach access is literally across the road. I have had longer walks staying on the beach in a condo. The beds were also very comfortable. I love that each bedroom has it's own bathroom and closet. There was a foldout bed in the living room as well as this really neat bed that I thought was a dresser in the living room. Everything was very spacious! We would book this property again.

Great location! Across the street from the ocean and out of the way of pier park traffic! The code to the door did not work originally, but guest services was right on it and got us in. The house had enough space for the 4 families that stayed. Kids camped out in living room with the Murphy bed and pull out sofa. Each family had their own bed room and bathroom. We enjoyed the view from the living porch every day. The kids had fun playing in the warm pool. Was nice to throw a load of laundry in at night and have clean beach towels in the morning. The only compliant i would have is that the sheets on the sofa bed were not clean and the floor in living room looks like it wasn’t cleaned either. All in all- we all would totally stay here again! Thank you for allowing us to make memories with our family!
