About this apartment rental
Lovely newly renovated private two bedroom apartment with large kitchen and deck off the kitchen. Queen size bedroom and two twin beds. Walking distance from eating establishments, town park, swimming, boating and paddling. There is Ice skating, (free skate rentals across the street) and snow shoeing in winter. Kayaks and paddle boards can be rented by the hour at Haley Pond, as well as snow shoes in the winter. All either across the street or within a very short distance from your accommodations. Haley Pond is across from my house and all you do is CROSS THE POND TO ACCESS SNOWMOBILE TRAILS . The driveway will accommodate two trailers. The village is a fun place. IN SEASON: 2 NIGHT MINIMUM ON SNOWDEO WEEKEND
THE BASE PRICE IS FOR 2 PEOPLE. There is an additional price of $15. per night for each additional person up to 4 guests. DO NOT exceed the number of guest you have booked, they will not be allowed to stay.
A small well-behaved dog (12pounds) is okay. Just don't leave it alone in the apartment.

Our family had a wonderful stay. The apartment is so lovely and steps to restaurants and shopping. Our reservation was a last minute booking and the Host was very easy to communicate with and the space was immaculate. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future stays in the area.

Such a beautiful host and beautiful home! This was our second stay and we will be back many times in the future. It’s spotless, cozy, fully furnished and the main bed is so comfortable!! Walking distance to the shops and restaurants, across from the pond with an amazing view. So many more things to mention too. Thanks for another memorable stay !!

Came to hike and see angel falls. We came unaware that it was the wet season. Marie and Abbigale ( the house cat ) were great. They made us feel comfortable and it was like we were home. We will be back if ever in the area again

Stayed are Marie's place for 3 nights. It is perfectly in the downtown of Rangeley Maine. Marie is a wonderful and gracious host, make sure to say hello to her and Abigail the cat when you arrive. The apt is spacious, clean, quiet, and well stocked with anything you could need. We wish we could have stayed another 3 nights there. All the surrounding restaurants are great, but we loved the Corner Bar, which has a back door entrance about a 35 second walk rom Marie's rental. Stay here, ski at Saddleback, and enjoy the nightlife downtown. Perfect getaway.

Property was spotless and very accommodating. We drove thru a snowstorm and the property was definitely a sight for tired eyes. Marie met us on the way in and couldn’t have been more pleasant and inviting. Looking forward to making this an annual getaway. Thank you Marie.

We enjoyed our stay and it was a great layout for our family. We love the location because you can walk to various restaurants in town, even on cold nights. We are planning to stay several more times this season.

The house looks much better than it has been shown in the online picture. The decorations inside the house made us feel like to be home. It is supper clean and has everything we need. Marie is very thoughtful, kind and sweet. We received warm greeting when arriving and goodbye when leaving. she recommended Height of Land, a wonderful place to visit in Rangeley Lake. We definitely stay here again or will not hesitate to recommend our friends to stay in Marie's house. Thank you, Marie, for sharing your beautiful house with us.

We absolutely loved our stay. The property has a view of a beautiful pond, a very short walk to a town park on the water. We loved being able to be within walking distance to restaurants and stores.
The apartment itself is beautiful with lovely furnishings, a complete kitchen and balcony.

Super clean apartment that has everything you need! The kitchen is huge with a small deck that would have been nice to sit out on and grill if it hadn’t rained. The host is very friendly. If we had time to explore , it’s walking distance to downtown . The lake is just across the street !
Parking is off street and in the yard . I hope to come back !

The place was spotless as far as being clean, I was very comfortable, got to meet Marie outside, she is just a sweet nice lady. Stayed up late and was listening to the loons on Haley pond, very special, Thank You for having me

I recently (May 2023) stayed at this nice vacation rental with my family. We loved the cleanliness of the apartment as well as all the space. Also, the host was very communicative and accommodating. I would highly recommend this property for this area.

Marie was very nice and welcoming. She's a friendly person, and that's nice. The property is really nicely done, very clean, spacious, very comfortable to spread out... and had everything we needed for cooking our meals. The host and the property are gems. Marie and her place are wonderful!! I enjoyed staying there for a few days. Everything you need is supplied, and the place is lovely and immaculate. Traveling alone I felt very safe staying here. Very close proximity to Saddleback and the town center. I cannot say enough good about my experience. My only complaint is that my stay wasn't longer!

My son and I stayed one night at Marie's sweet apartment for an overnight ski trip. The apartment is great and the location is amazing--right downtown and 15 mins from Saddleback. I highly recommend this property for a stay!

This was our 2nd time staying with Marie and her apartment across from Haley Pond in Rangeley. It is clean and well equipped with everything you would need while staying there. We were arriving late, and she literally left the porch light on for us & greeted us. Felt like coming home!
