Come experience the most spectacular sunsets in Arrowhead Lake right from the private dock of lakefront home located on the big lake in Arrowhead Lake.

Our home is the perfect 4-season retreat with so much to enjoy in each season. We have an open layout with a wood burning fireplace, screened in porch overlooking the lake, spacious game room with view of the lake, an indoor hot tub room with views of the lake and plenty of games and outdoor toys to enjoy.

THE SPACE:

The first floor offers an open layout with a fireside living room, fully stocked kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area with sliders to the screened in porch overlooking the lake and private dock. A full bath and laundry room as well as a main bedroom with king sized bed.

The lower level offer a spacious game room with pool table, air hockey, foosball, poker table that converts to bumper pool and plenty of board games along with amazing views of the lake. There is also a private hot tub room with amazing lake views.

The second floor has two bedrooms each with a full bed and a twin bed. There is also a bonus room with a king bed with lake views. Also on this level is a full bath with stall shower.

OUTDOOR SPACE

Ready to be wowed?! Step outside and enjoy the gorgeous view of the lake with the most spectacular sun sets. Take the kayak or canoe out into the lake and enjoy the day fishing. Guests can also enjoy taking the paddle board out on the lake or relax on the dock and watch the boats pass by. You will surely find happiness in this most serene setting! Once the sun sets enjoy gathering with friends and family around the fire pit roasting marshmallows and enjoying the cool mountain air.

The fishing in this stocked lake is great! We offer a canoe, 2 person kayak, individual kayak, a paddle board and a 2 seat rowboat which can all be launched right into the lake from the backyard. We also provide life jackets which must be worn when on the boats. You can kayak right over to the island pool or take a short walk to one of the many beaches.


THE COMMUNITY:

We are located in desirable Arrowhead Lake.
- The community has four beaches one of which is walking distance (beach 3)
- Three pools
- Two lakes
- A clubhouse with fitness room, game room, activity room and reading room
- Many outdoor activities including basketball, tennis and volleyball
- A calendar full of activities and entertainment for children and adults
- Plenty of areas for sledding some within walking distance. We also sled right down our driveway to the back of our home. In winter months the lake once fully frozen is a great place to ice skate.

PARKING

A maximum of 4 cars all of which need to be in the driveway per the rules of the association.

Arrowhead lake is a closed gated community. Rental fees are paid by the owner including one gate card for one car. If additional gate cards are needed there is a $20 fee per car

Other things to note

Please note, registration with the community is required at least 3 days prior to arrival. You will be denied access into the community without prior registration and no refunds will be given. We will need information on the total number of guests as well as make, model, year and state registered for each car

PLEASE DO NOT book if your arrival date is less than 3 days away. Last minute reservations are not allowed due to HOA per-registration requirements.

Sorry - no pets, no smoking. (fees apply) Linens and towels are provided. Minimum age to rent is 25. ID must be provided for person booking. Township Registration #- 004462

Our home is close to major shopping outlets, antique shops, restaurants, casinos, horseback riding, golf, skiing, Jack Frost, Camelback, Kalahari, and lots of hiking trails.

There is also a camera doorbell located at the front door and one on the back deck facing the lake these are used as a security measure. Tampering with them is a violation of our rental agreement and guests may be cancelled and not refunded.
