Excellent breakfast spread as usual. Great buffet.
Hotel location is central to everything. The mall is steps away. Everything is at the Chipichape Mall: Food, clothing , Pharmacies(5) Spas, Dentist. Everything you need from Head to toe. Yes. It here. My second visit and we might just visit again next year. Safety 10/10. My kid (15) leaves from the hotel to go to the restaurants on his own all the time. He love the variety of food choices here and of course the price. Don't hesitate. Very safe here. If I knew more Spanish I would consider buying a place here.

La ubicación, la atención y la comida
Muchas cosas en mal estado: TV no funciona bien, ducha no sale suficiente agua y tampoco tan caliente, dañado el teléfono, aire acondicionado fallando (no subía la temperatura). Estuve en dos habitaciones este hospedaje y en ambas con problemas. Y la vez anterior que me quedé una gotera en el cuarto daño mojo el sofá, mi maleta y hasta el tapete.

I have stayed at this hotel before and had no problems at that time. What a difference compared to this time! This time, the service was truly subpar and simply terrible.
- A taxi was requested the day before to ensure we would be on time for an event, but this communication was not passed on at all. As a result, there was no taxi to be found on the day, and we had to search for one ourselves on the street.
- The bathroom flooded when you showered because the drain was most likely clogged with hair residue.
- I was woken up by the cleaning team around 9:30 AM, even though there was clearly a DO NOT DISTURB sign hanging on the door handle outside. After that, I was woken up again by a phone call asking if I was happy with my stay. Check-out is clearly until 1:00 PM, so they should leave you alone until then.
When I reported all these complaints, I was kept waiting for hours because there were no managers available. I decided to leave for a few hours and come back, but still, there was no news. After a long wait and leaving all my information, they said they would contact me.
This never happened. I contacted them myself, and they took all my information again to call me back.
Again, this was to no avail and without results.
I don't write many reviews, but I simply couldn't let this one pass.
If you want the worst service in Cali, definitely stay here.

Un hotel sin comodidades , con una piscina, una recepción y ya .
Personas sin actitud de servicio.
Teníamos 2 habitaciones y las dos con problemas
Viaje con mis padres adultos mayores , la nevera de su habitación se descongeló , arreglaron pero no se les ocurrió limpiar el charco que se había hecho esto pudiendo ocasionar un accidente , nos tocó a nosotros limpiar el piso.
La segunda habitación tuvimos que cambiarla dos veces
Habitaciones con mal olor , baños dañados , según la recepcionista las habitaciones solo se arreglan cada 3 días y esa fue mi estadía , es decir mi habitación no fue arreglada nunca.
La cama durísima, y las almohadas llenas bultos .
El área de la piscina insuficiente, ni un para sol , 4 sillas de asolearse para toda los huéspedes del hotel . La abren a las 10 es decir del tiempo que habíamos destinado para esto en nuestro viaje solo logré disfrutarla 1 hora en mi estadía.
Una edificación descuidada , sucia . Una mala imagen para el spiwak que es su aliado.
El parqueadero lo cobran , no tienen un proceso en esto, todos los días hubo una instrucción diferente para pagar , un total desorden.
Un hotel con un equipo humano desinteresado, cero diligentes.
La relación precio calidad totalmente des balanceada.tremendamente caro para lo que ofrecen.

Ubicación adecuada y cerca a Chipichape. El desayuno en el hotel del frente estuvo excelente y con muchas buenas opciones.
El personal de recepción no fue agradable cuando se hizo el check-in. Tenía otra expectativa de mayor amabilidad y en sí, el edificio y las habitaciones se ven algo descuidadas. Me pareció muy costoso en relación al hotel.

The car park system and charges were ridiculous. Nice hotel but unfortunately the car par staff and their ridiculous charges make me never want to stay there again. Also the restaurant and bar closes at 11pm which is not ideal for a hotel at this level.

that my wife was finally able to check in after using all the cash she had left to get in, instead of the virtual charge they agreed to and for which I completed all documents and provided copies of everything. THEY WERE RUDE TO BOTH OF US AND WERE DISHONEST

Super Lage vor allem weil daneben direkt die Mall ist. Das Hotel gehört zum Hotel in der Mall so kann man auch dort den Pool und das Fitnessstudio benutzen. Die Zimmer sind super.

Una vez al dirigirnos a la habitación proporcionada 904, descubrimos que la llave proporcionada no abría, y al regresar a recepción, nos indicaron que nuestra habitación era la 924 y quedó escrito en el sobre de la llave 904. Aunque solventado, este incidente fue inconveniente. Adicionalmente, al notar que la habitación tenía dos camas separadas, intentamos abordar el tema con la recepcionista, quien simplemente sugirió juntarlas sin ofrecer disculpas por los inconvenientes anteriores. En la mañana siguiente, al dirigirnos al desayuno, enfrentamos otra complicación al no aparecer en la lista ni estar registrados en la habitación 924, y al ir a la recepción nos dicen que estamos registrados en la 825 según el sistema. Lamento expresar mi descontento ante la falta de protocolo y la evidente falta de interés en brindar un servicio de calidad. Great location, next to the mall. Friendly and helpful staff. We were attending a wedding so were in and out of the room all day. I asked reception if they could refresh the room and they sent someone immediately to suit our movements.

En la habitación estaban dañados el control del aire acondicionado, la cerradura de la puerta, las cortinas y la puerta del balcón. Hubo un incendio frente al hotel y la habitación se llenó de humo y ceniza debido a que la puerta del balcón no sellaba totalmente. Tardaron tres días limpiando la piscina y nunca se pudo utilizar. El agua de la ducha se filtraba fuera y se encharcaba el piso.

EL hotel es muy confortable, con camas grandes y mucho espacio incluyendo un escritorio para trabajar. El desayuno es maravilloso con una gran variedad de productos de gran calidad. La piscina es muy grande y con unas vistas muy buenas.
No tengo grandes quejar. Lo único, que ya lo sabía cuando reservé, es que se encuentra un poco lejos del centro histórico y toca tomar taxi (10 min) para ir por ejemplo a San Antonio.
