Les chambres sont très propres et l’hôtel est très beau

Ambiance nocturne étrange dans cet hôtel. On ne se sent pas à l’aise quand on voyage entre femmes. Le personnel n’est pas à la hauteur et il manque énormément pour en faire un hôtel de standing . Le petit déjeuner n’est pas à la hauteur non plus même si quelques plats maison sont bons.

Je ne retournerai plus jamais dans cet hotel et je ne le conseillerai pas.

1/check in: très long personnel non qualifié, la literie doit être complètement revue: les matelas n'ont plus que les ressorts, camouflés avec des sur matelas. La restauration n'a plus de vrais Chefs , la cuisine laisse à désirer , au petit déjeuner on ne vous offre qu'un seul JUS de fruit mais INDUSTRIEL que du sucre !!!!. Enfin On se rend compte qu'il n'y plus de Chef dans cet Etablissement que j'ai connu d'antan dans un bien meilleur ETAT . CET HOTEL NE MERITE SURTOUT PAS 5 étoiles, au plus je lui en octroi 4. Seul point positif dans cet Hôtel aujourd'hui : c'est son Emplacement géographique au centre de la ville

Excellent pour un court séjour seulement

La propreté des installations , tout est nickel , la gentillesse du personnel. Le confort du matelas et l’insonorisation de la chambre qui font que l’on dort très paisiblement.

Les alentours , très mal fréquentés et qui gâchent complètement le cadre. Pour un hôtel 5 étoiles , il n’est pas normal de ne pas pouvoir profiter de chaînes internationales en nombre ( peu de chaînes disponibles )

Hôtel haut de gamme qui ne tient que partiellement sa promesse.

La localisation est parfaite. La décoration et le mobilier sont d’un très bon niveau, très belle ambiance. Hotel extrêmement propre. Personnel aimable et très serviable. Petit déjeuner avec crêpes à la demande, msemen et berlile.

Les rideaux de la chambre ne ferment pas correctement et laissent donc passer la lumière. La literie molle très étrange avec un dôme au milieu du lit. Enfin, le café proposé au petit déjeuner est mauvais de type Nescafé

J’ai aimé cet hôtel , je m’y sentais bien entourés de ces tableaux , meubles et objets anciens.

C’est un vrai musée cet hôtel ! De très beaux tableaux orientalistes exposés partout dans l’établissement Un bar très coquet Un spa immense Le personnel aux petits soins Je recommande vivement Félicitation au Chef pour sa soupe Harira 👍👍

Le jus d’orange frais au petit déjeuner pourrait être offert vu le standing de l’hôtel Les Orange en Algérie ne coûte vraiment pas cher !!

Ideal for Businessmen

It is the perfect place for business man. Enormous variety of drinks with all famous european brands. Well furnished bar lounge with a lot of company. In the center of the city in good and safe location for a walk around.

Quality of food into restaurant is not super. Good but not dreamingfull.

Hard to say when you agree that someone will pick you up and nobody shows up and you end up getting a taxi and once at the hotel you show the pick up confirmation , and they will be like we were waiting for another confirmation , are you guys for real ???

We had a price city tax included by booking.com They charged us again 1 more city tax on the reception. Be careful about city tax, they play game

very good stay

Even if the prices are exagerated but I really liked the Ambassadeurs's restaurant. The breakfast was poor

However I didn't like the Hambra's restaurant : the same prices as the ambassadeur's one, the same menue but less comfort, the napkinss were in paper, the water bottles are in Plastic PET instead in glass. it's a five star hotel , no?
