The Resort is beautiful and has been done up very well. It's quaint and very relaxing. The staff is very affable and the food is extremely good, the local cuisine being prepared there is definitely a must try.

There were a few instances of hygiene with food, which needs to be looked into. The staff acknowledged the mistake and ensured that it was well taken and assured no repetition.

Calm beautiful well managed- staff in F&B, Housekeeping, spa and buggy - exceptional

Takes time to reach - should try to have a rudimentary chemist or basic medication near/on property Front office staff are indifferent rude and incompetent. Double charged us our entire bill. Shocking to see such level of poor management

location was great

the extra bed was very uncomfortable, breakfast was tasteless . the rooms very ordinary plus we couldn’t use the balconies as there was a threat from wild animals. They should have put safety nets.

Taj hospitality, like always, is unparalleled. The property is quite far from the main market of Rishikesh but it's well-worth it if you're looking to relax and unwind. It's beautifully designed with elegant rooms and the food was wonderful too.

Time waste trip to that property

A lot of it, there were monkeys drinking water and taking a bath in swimming pool. It’s not safe , unhygienic. Dangerous diseases can be transmitted with the exchange of body fluids between human and monkeys. Monkeys eat food, there is presence of a balcony- filled with monkeys, private pool- bathed, tasted, peed by monkeys, fire area- again monkeys in that area. Food is very very bad.

It was a lovely and mesmerizing experience at the most beautiful property for a staycation.

It was a blissful experience at the serene location with scrumptious food and delicious cuisines.

Electricity supply can be improved. Balconies can be covered with a help of transparent net so that monkeys invasion can be prevented and guests can enjoy the fresh air of Rishīkesh.

The staff were very pleasant and very responsive to our needs. The restaurant had a variety of choices and was very delicious. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel at home

Nice but the hotel charged me for 2 breakfasts each day of our stay and this was supposed to be included in the fee we paid through Booking.com. When we tried to resolve with them, they hung up the phone on us and refused to honor the rate.

They should have honored the price through Booking.com
