We have 6 kids ranging from 7-12. Private cabins, golf carts were a big hit (with adults driving of course), arcade, outside community area with Jenga and fireplaces, daily crafts for activities out of the sun, big swimming pool and hot tubs, mining sluice was super cool for the kids, staff always driving by offering ice and firewood (although we brought our own), two Adirondack chairs on outside deck. Private fire pit, picnic table, parking space, and really nice grill. General store saved our butts because I forgot to pack the hamburger and hot dog buns and they happened to have a couple packages.
The descriptions advertised a small kitchen space stocked with “the” necessities. The pictures showed a small area with microwave and fridge. In hindsight, I suppose this was all accurate. But it would be helpful to know what ISN’T included, like a dedicated inside counter space for prepping any kind of decent meal, mixing/serving bowls, cutting board(s), a drip coffee machine (there was a Keurig with limited variety of pods, but if we’d known we could’ve brought our own pods from home), and fridge was so small it only fit some drinks and some leftovers. Thank goodness we brought a huge cooler to keep all of our food (eggs, meats, mayo, OJ, fruit, etc) cold for the three days and two nights we were there. Also, no chairs provided for the fire pit. Again, there were none shown in the advertisements, fair enough, but a heads-up to bring your own would go a long way. Finally, only one blanket for the whole cabin, when it states specifically sleeps four on two beds. Granted, we did not reach out to the welcome center for a second blanket (they would probably have given us one), because by the time we realized it, it was after hours, then of course we forgot until the next night at the same time. I guess it would’ve just been nice to have two blankets stocked already.

There a lot to do onsite and very close to other activities. Was nice to feel taken care of by the staff from showing us to our rental to the friendly smile from the staff.
The vacation rental could have been cleaner on arrival but overall great experience!

Very clean, great facilities, Tiny house was great
The pillows were awful, everything about the set up is top notch, why cheap out on pillows??? Could barely sleep, nearly ruined everything else. Pillows, blankets, and trash bags were so cheap and worthless. Pay a little more and up grade these. Also no dish soap was included had to buy a tiny bottle from shop for 5$?? We bought fire wood one night but there was nothing to light the wood, had to buy matches….the gift shop only sold boxes of 250!! What the heck? Give people a book of matches. I loved the property but these little details really made a big negative impact on our stay.

Tiny house cabin was cute, clean, well furnished, and private. Amenities were terrific for our group of 5 adults and 7 children.
Some amenities, such as bike rentals and live music, were not available during our Monday-Thursday.

Kitchen pots and pans were in very poor shape. We couldn't use them. All scratched, loose handles, very old.

Ease of check-in and check-out and good price for value.

Convenient location to Lake Granby, cabin is nice for a short stay.
I realize that they have a lot of snow, but they don’t do a good job of removing it from around the cabins. There is barely enough room to park a pickup in the space designated and you have to get out into a snow bank! The cabin was okay clean, but could be a lot better. There needs to be some maintenance done (lightbulbs out, faucet loose, etc).

Great resort near the town of Granby. While there are a few other hotels around, this resort is on another level. Brand new bungaloos with all the needed amenities; easy access and plenty of services offered.

We had 5 families stay for a weekend and there was something for everyone. Stay in your own RV, a tiny cabin, airstream, or Pioneer wagon! Check out the pool, jump pad, mini bowling, arcade, putting course and so much more! We are already planning our next trip.
The property is huge - definitely consider renting one of their golf carts or bring your bikes to get around!

The mountains and the hot tubs are great.
We loved it, but where the bed is place in the room the sun glares on to eyes.
