2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Penthouse with private hot tub NEW EXECUTIVE PENTHOUSE Sleeps 4-5 This is a brand new unit in a new building. Top floor new construction in the heart of downtown Whitefish, Montana. Breathtaking views of vibrant downtown, Central Avenue and Big Mountain can be enjoyed from the wall of windows in the living room or from the spacious balcony overlooking the wonderful town. This is a fantastic location, just steps away from: parks, trails, hiking, kayaking, golfing, skiing, fishing, shopping, breweries, restaurants, and nightlife, along with being a short drive to Whitefish Mountain Ski Area and Glacier National Park. Easy access from the covered, off street parking, leads you into the building where guests can easily take their bags up to the penthouse units with the new elevator. The outdoor patio is perfect for entertaining friends, watching downtown, sitting around the fire pit, or hoping in the large hot tub.317 Loft Unit 302 features a king bedroom suite with walk-in shower, dual sinks, built in closets with overhead storage, and TV with cable and internet service. We loved the mountain view from the rooftop hot tub. The rental was clean and comfortable. Convenient to grab a bite to eat in the heart of Whitefish. Would stay there again.

Our family of 4 loved this stay in a cute, well appointed 2/2 downtown Whitefish. The home was very well maintained, the location can’t be beat, and the dedicated, covered parking was an unexpected bonus we really enjoyed. Zero complaints and I hope to return!!!

This is the perfect place to stay! The property is downtown and close to everything, but still quiet and private. The outdoor space is wonderful, and the property managers are extremely responsive and helpful.

Such a great location! We were able to walk to all the shops, restaurant and bars very easily. We were there as a group of 5 for a girls trip, it fit us perfectly! It might not work for a group any bigger or a family that needs separate beds/rooms. The hot tub was clean and amazing after a day of shopping.

Our 2nd trip to Whitefish & this condo did not disappoint....1st time we stayed in a local resort & although wonderful we wanted a view & more room for 5 days! Convenient location over downtown stores yet quiet at night. Fantastic views of the mountains with good, comfortable outdoor seating & hot tub! Cole was most accommodating to work with & we had plenty of room to relax in our den & kitchen. Not to mention the elevator was wonderful when bringing in / taking out luggage!! We will rent again! 5 stars!!

This was our first time staying in this rental and we are so pleased we booked with him. It was immaculate and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Cole was always quick to respond if we needed anything. The location was perfect! Right in the heart of downtown Whitefish with the most beautiful sunset views! We look forward to returning to this unit again and again!

I had some girlfriends fly into town for a moms weekend. I live here but I wanted a kid free weekend so I rented this place for the staycation. There were 4 of us and it was perfect. Hot tub was amazing, the condo was warm and comfortable. Only thing i would suggest it needs are some towel hooks in the bathrooms. We had to hang our towels to dry over the doors and I don’t like doing that for obvious reasons. Other than that it was great!! I would definitely stay there again.

Great location - definitely a great spot to stay with your family. We drove to the ski area every day and that worked out just fine. There is an option to take a bus that comes about every 20 minutes that would’ve worked well also. The condo itself is fantastic and the manager was very responsive anytime I reached out

The condo was beautiful, clean, and was a perfect retreat for the both of us. The owner came out and took care of a small issue with the lock on the door, and was in and out in a timely manner. I would recommend this property to anyone. I would definitely return.

Everything was clean, views were great, walking distance to all of downtown whitefish. Hot tub was wonderful. A great place to relax. Only suggestion is maybe some more rugs in the hallways and maybe more stuff on the walls. It was very loud and you can hear everything in all the rooms.

Condo exactly as advertised. It seems brand new. Hot tub was really awesome. Beds super comfortable. Nice decor. Tons of TV Viewing options (but we barely used them) A/C worked very well. 1 block from all of Whitefish's restaurants and bars. Just perfect after a full day of outdoor activities. Great coffee shop directly downstairs. Plenty of towels for bathroom and hot tub. Washer and Dryer. Great kitchen. Nice sunset views from the deck. Probably the best VRBO property I have ever stayed at. Owners were very communicative. JUST PERFECT Only thing missing... a towel hook or 2 in the bathrooms to hang swimsuits
