Parfait, plein centre

Though the room was a bit sober decorated and had hardly day light, it was a lovely stay.

The atomosphere, the service, the pool (quitet and lovely water), the boutique style of the complex, the super nice restaurant terras overlooking the sea. The food offered by the restaurant. Very nice breakfast. Lots of choices. Daily specials. Super friendly and helpful staff, personal demands were met with dedication. Staff Ahmed for example helped really nice with the taxis. The location, very nice area and close to Blue mosque.

We booked a standard room at the ground floor. The pictures did not match the reality. The room had a window but another wall outside the window was so close that hardly no daylight enters the room. When we first entered the room. Also the design of the room didn’t match the pictures, as the room was much more sober decorated. Bathroom was good and matched pictures. Friends stayed at upgraded rooms that did match the pictures.

Contentos en general pero mejorando algo

Esta muy bien ubicado.

No dan de cenar después de las 21:00! Teníamos 30 min de SPA y estaba mal organizado.No contaron por adelantado en qué iba a consistir. Una vez en el SPA el personal no tenía cuidado cuando estabas en vestuarios, dejando las puertas abiertas.

Красивое и удобное место

Красивый отель, хорошие завтраки, спасибо, что переселили в номер в основном корпусе. Приятный персонал! Расположение очень удобное. В следующий раз только в этом районе будем останавливаться. Летом наверно вообще прекрасно! Море через дорогу и прекрасная набережная, по которой можно погулять далеко к центру города

Номер очень маленький. Не понятно, что было бесплатного в СПА. Спустились, но так и не поняли.

A fantastic stay. We will be back again.

The hotel room and toilet are very clean. We were given an upgrade and had a huge room. The breakfast in restaurant are varied daily and fresh.

Prachtige en ruime kamer. Badkamer met bubbelbad. Lekker restaurant. Schitterende ligging voor bezoek oude stad (Aya Sophia, sultanahmet, Topkapi, Grand bazar)

Relaxing, beautiful place

From arrival to departure the staff couldn't have been better they were so friendly and attentive! The facilities were immaculate, the cleaning staff did an excellent job - above and beyond. We used the spa which was fantastic and relaxing and also ate in the restaurant - the food was DEVINE! The location was a walkable under 2km along the sea front to the main city but just a 5-10 minute walk to shops and local restaurants and bars. All in all Thank you for such a lovely experience we would LOVE to return

Nicht schlecht aber definitiv auch nicht gut

Der Poolbereich ist schön und die Anlage von aussen ansprechend. Das Personal war freundlich.

Das Zimmer war nicht wirklich schön und das Hotel entspricht definitiv keinem 4 oder 5 Sterne Hotel. Die Lage ist ganz okay da nahe an den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten von Sultanamed. Das Frühstück war nicht nach unserem Geschmack

Bellissimo hotel ad un prezzo ragionevole

Hotel bellissimo la stanza era grande, la sala della colazione molto bella, la colazione abbondante e la posizione comoda. Peccato che in dicembre non abbia potuto usufruire della piscina. Staff molto gentile e disponibile, sono stata benissimo.

The hotel was exceptional! The staff were phenomenal, they were so friendly and they couldn’t do enough to help you! The location was perfect for exploring the city! The facilities were fabulous and breakfast was great! Would definitely stay again thank you for making our trip so memorable!

The perfect place if you want to feel like you are actually in Istanbul.

This felt like staying in an exclusive family villa with a great staff. It is so well located but doesn't feel like you could just be anywhere. We arrived very early and we were welcomed to settle into the hotel even though our room wasn't ready and had the first amazing breakfast provided. What a selection! It feels very family run, people remember you and what you have been up to. Not at all corporate. That's before I get onto how pretty it is, feels like an oasis in town. Felt very special and very much like we were in a particular place.

There isn't tons of space around the pool but we didn't struggle for loungers ect.

Memorable holiday and a amazing Hotel.

Amazing Hotel,close to blue mosque,aya Sofia and Topkapi palace..Very clean,amazing friendly and helpful staff,good selection of breakfast .swimming pool and Hamam.

The use of sauna and steam should be extended.The times they are open between 12/7 pm we were out mostly at these times.
