Отличный отдых

Большие, просторные апартаменты. Мы легко разместились 5 человек. Есть все для комфортного времяпрепровождения. Стиральная машина, сушильная комната, большой холодильник, кофемашина с капсулами, тостер, плита, духовой шкаф и микроволновая печь, также посудомоечная машина с капсулами. Вся необходимая посуда. Очень хорошая локация, рядом рестораны, достопримечательности, остановки общественного транспорта. Легкое заселение и связь с хозяином. Чувствуется забота и внимание. Спасибо за отличный отдых.

Would not recommend

The location was good, with many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The mattresses were convenient.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building, so if you want to open a window - it will be facing the public area of the building, with no privacy. There is no air conditioning, and the owner provided only one fan (although it's a 3 bedroom apartment!). We asked for an additional fan (after a horrible sleepless night for us and thw kids due to the unberale heat in the appartment ), and the owner said he will try to arrange something , but he never did! He did reply at 5:15 pm suggesting that I will buy a fan myself and he will reimburse me (how exactly was he planning to reimburse me , as we never met him ?... and why he told me this so late, when the stores are closing ? Totally not ok). Also, to reach the 3rd bedroom you need to climb very steep staircase, it's totally not safe. And the ceiling of this bedroom is super low, so if you are over 165 cm hight, it's not for you. Also there is no windows or air flow in that room. The whole experience was extremely bad.

Perfect to discover that great town!

Great apartment in the heart of the city, short way to the next subway or tram station. Located in the backhouse, no noise from the streets around. Perfect location for a great stay in Budapest. For longer stays a washing machine can be used, the beds were perfect for relaxing.

Lovely, clean apartment in an ideal location

Lovely, clean, modern property in a perfect location for exploring Budapest. Metro is at the bottom of the road, where the airport bus also stops. Fully equipped apartment, more than everything you need. Shops and restaurants just outside but quiet and peaceful in the courtyard. Excellent communication from host and really helpful. Would 100% recommend.

Perfect location, clean, comfortable and fantastic value for money. We'd definitely stay here again.

One of the bedrooms is a mezzanine room with very narrow access via ladder type steps. This wasn't a problem for us but may not be ideal for all travellers

Dirty, especially the couch. The moldy bread was in the accommodation and it smelled bad. The dorm was on the double floor, but the double floor was too low and the bathroom was uncomfortable

We are highly recommend this apartment.

It was wonderful place in terms of location and condition! We had a lot of space for all of us. Everything was done for our pleasant staying! We had a very good feeling in a hotel, almost like at home! The entrance doesn't have any stairs, what is very convenient with the bags and trolley. Internal yard is very nice and safe for the kids. There is no any tourist or any other people passing through it, because it is only for those who live there and have a key to the main gate. Also we had all the small stuff we need, starting from coffee machine, sugar, washing powder in the bathroom.

The stairs in apartment doesn't have a proper banister. So, for kids it is not safe. The door in one of the rooms is not possible to lock, because it is defected. But I guess it can be easily done with the small work on it from the owner. The glass fence on a second floor is a bit "loose", and need to be glued to the frame, because it might fall completely.

Cheap and comfortable stay in the heart of the city

I loved that the house was always really warm. it was really close to the city center, you can walk anywhere. the beds were really comfortable, it was a lovely experience.

the blinds were broken a people could see inside the house. but it’s pretty fixable.

- During our 2nd day someone came in and took money from my luggage. Days later I discovered I asked for support because there are cameras outside the Apartment. Didn't have any help which it is a bit suspicious. I cannot prove the money was there.... - Bedrooms were dirty. Living room OK

would highly recommend to stay here, it’s close to the metro and Aldi is the next street across for any food you want to

Great location, clean and tidy. nice and comfy to relax in when not out exploring.

the stairs to the upper room, no banister on the outside of the stairs as it’s the same side of the wall so wouldn’t be ideal for kids or someone with mobility issues to use

Excellent location, well equipped kitchen for self catering city hopping group of friends 👏 Will definitely recommend this place!

Gets flaming hot during Summer, an Aircond will be a big plus, but otherwise very comfy room 😀

Great space for a family of five or for two couples and one teenager. Great facilities more than our expectations, location amazing right in the centre all close to walk to. Good hosts.

The property was clean but needed a fresh wipe and mop as if it was cleaned a while ago. Walking around with socks proved a bad idea.

We loved the apartment and its decor. It had all facilities and the location was excellent. No doubt, we will stay there again.

There were some issues with the cleaning in some areas. This matter has been passed on to the management and we have been advised that they will take care of it.
