Hot Tub with Red Rock View Deck!
Adventure & Amenity Oasis! - Raintree - S051
The perfect home for a family or adventure-seeking group of friends! Recent renovations throughout the home include an amazing deck with furnishings for entertaining with great views!
Nestled between the pine trees and the red rocks, you’ll discover Villa Barranca, a hidden oasis waiting to be your 4-bedroom 2-bathroom vacation home away from home! From the moment you get out of your car on this almost half-acre villa, you will hardly know you have neighbors. The 40-foot redwood deck has a hot tub and boasts breathtaking views of the red rocks of Lee Mountain. Just 3 miles East of the Village of Oak Creek, the community of Pine Valley is a secluded oasis! You can easily get to to the Bell Rock Trail and Courthouse Butte Loop Trail from the home.
The custom-built tri-level 2,314 square foot home was inspired by the design of the Aztecs with triangular wings giving shape to the two wings of the U-shaped house that surrounds a central courtyard. The home underwent an extensive 7-month remodel and opened up in 2019. All four bedrooms feature large closets with plenty of space to hang and organize your clothes. Each bedroom has a desk and a TV with HDMI cable so everyone can get work done away from home if they need to! Wi-Fi is throughout the home as well as plenty of USB outlets for charging devices. The first floor includes the garage, laundry room, and downstairs bedroom. Above that, are the living room and the master bedroom. On the middle level, there is a wing that includes the kitchen and dining room and the other wing features two more bedrooms along with the main bathroom.
The vaulted ceiling master bedroom is designed in a modern fashion with turquoise accents and has red rock views with direct access to the hot tub deck. It features a king bed, walk-in closet, double sinks, toilet, bathtub, shower, and TV. The 2nd bedroom is downstairs with a contemporary world travel design and includes a king bed. This room also includes a vanity sink, allowing guests to not always have to use the main bathroom. The 3rd bedroom is the Arizona-themed room and features a queen bed and a private mini patio outside the French doors. The 4th bedroom is named after the famous architect Frank Lloyd Wright - designed in a mid-century modern fashion – and features a queen bed with a sliding door to the central courtyard as well as a private mini patio.
There is an inflatable Queen mattress to sleep two additional guests with room to set it up in the master bedroom or living room. If your family includes children, we are happy to offer a Pack n Play with a mattress as well as a high chair so the little ones can sit at the dining table too! The master bedroom includes two robes as well as two jackets for those chilly nights if you forgot yours! Two yoga mats are provided if you wish to do yoga on the deck, two umbrellas if it rains and two pairs of
hiking sticks are provided for your outdoor pleasure. The pair of binoculars may be used to look at birds in the area or to spot animals on the rocks.
The vaulted ceiling living room includes a 55” TV and 3 couches that form a U-shape offering plenty of seating for 10 guests. Enjoy a nice family movie night with the complimentary microwave popcorn. In addition, there is a high-top bar counter with 4 bar stools that can be used for socializing. Behind this table, one will find the crown jewel of the house – our stained glass window which is quite incredible! Grab a glass of wine and enjoy our foot and leg massager as well as the shoulder massager! Board games and playing cards are provided. In addition, there is a wood-burning stove to give the room a nice warm touch in those cold winter months - one may use Duraflame-type logs if one wishes.
TALK ABOUT AMENITIES! The outdoor deck is accessible by both the master bedroom and the living room and includes two swinging pod chairs, an outdoor dining table for 8 guests as well as lounge chairs and is a great place for sunset happy hour! When it’s time to relax, hop into the hot tub and enjoy red rock views! The labyrinth in the yard can provide a central focal point for meditation, while a play area on the opposite side of the house can delight the kids. Read a book in one of the two hammocks adjacent to the deck under the trees! Or take in some AZ sunshine on our sun deck featuring two chaise lounge chairs. There is a full-size cornhole set and horseshoe game set up in the backyard – fun for the whole family! We have a large fire pit with plenty of room for everyone to gather around, roast marshmallows, and tell campfire stories. Inside the garage you will find five mountain bikes that await you, one small adult/child bike, two medium frames (5’ to 6’ adult) and two large (6’+ adult) sized bikes for your complimentary use, along with helmets. You can bike to the Bell Rock trail system from the house. There are a total of three outdoor patio tables on 3 sides of the house so you can enjoy whatever view you wish whenever you wish! We also have 8 Indian Blankets so guests may keep warm in cooler weather while enjoying the red rock views from the patio deck. The dining room is part of the kitchen and includes a table with chairs for 8 guests. The kitchen includes enough glasses and dishes for 16, allowing two meals before having to run the dishwasher. Just outside the kitchen is a gas BBQ grill to help you prepare a great feast! Coffee, sugar, and creamer are provided with our compliments. Our well water is refreshingly delicious, cold,
and filtered right out of the fridge!
The home features mini-split HVAC systems in each room except the downstairs bedroom where a space heater keeps this room as warm as desired in the winter months, and it stays naturally cool in the summer! Every room features a ceiling fan as well. All of the linens, as well as soap and shampoo, are provided. Pets allowed with $200 per pet fee (no more than 2), under 45lbs (over 45lbs with owner approval). NO SMOKING. The tri-level home has steps inside of it as well as steps to approach the front door. The two-car garage may be used by guests. U-shape driveway offers plenty of parking for your guests. Welcome to your home away from home in Sedona!

Clean house - close to everything We would highly recommend this place to everyone and would totally stay here again!!

We had a great stay in Oak Creek. The house was perfect for our family. Loved the horseshoe pits and cornhole games. The updates inside were nice, however the house wasn't as clean as we would have liked. Some tender loving care is needed on the outdoor furniture, and be aware if you have pets, we were having a campfire and three coyotes came right into the backyard and were 15 feet away from us at 9pm at night! Scared the pants off of us. Coyotes are quite frequent in the area. The hiking was fantastic and we golfed at the Oak Creek golf course which was a nice course! Great stay overall!

This property was nice but not exceptional as stated. When first arriving there was a musty smell when we walked in. The coffee maker was dirty and we had to buy vinegar to clean it so that it would work properly and there were ants in the kitchen. One of the drains is the master was terribly slow and the shower toilet area was very small. Nice bit not exceptional.

We were attending a cousin’s wedding at Red Agave and had family coming from TX and NV; easier to rent a house together than be spread out in a hotel. The house was great, very clean and beautifully decorated, lots of amenities, close to stores/restaurants right down the road. Great space to hang out in the living room, multiple outdoor areas and the back deck. Owners are proactive and send emails so you are very aware of how to handle everything so we didn’t have any questions or issues that warranted communication with them. I appreciate how it’s set up, checking in and out was a breeze. Just a heads up- there is no cell reception at the house. We all have AT&T and nobody had service, the way around it for us was FaceTime calls (audio or video) since we were connected to WiFi. Luckily most of our family has iPhones but you can’t communicate iPhone to Android. Even with that small issue (which truly wasn’t a terrible issue to us) it was a great stay and I would highly recommend!

I was tempted to give the rating a four but could not because it was such a great place to stay. First the negatives: the grill was broken, the water filter in refrigerator was old, two of the four fire alarms did not work and a fallen tree prevented access to the front door. I notified property manager and the issues were resolved except for the fire alarms were not replaced. An issue for the downstairs bedroom.
Now for the positives. Secluded and very quiet neighborhood. I like being away from the bustling activities and noise of Sedona yet close enough to get to places in a few miles. The house was very clean and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. I have a cranky back so I was very happy with the mattresses. The view from the hot tub was amazing and the different patios and places to relax outside were really nice. The house has things like shampoo etc. that you might have forgotten to pack which is always nice. I liked the layout of the house with the kitchen on the main level away from bedrooms. It helped the noise from the kitchen when the early risers were up before the children. The sandboxes were great for the kids and several fun games kept them entertained.
Overall a rental I would go back to if I'm in that area again.

Four of us took our talents to Sedona for a fellas trip full of hiking, good eating and relaxing and the region did not disappoint. The home provided a safe haven to relax with plenty of space to chill out. It's about 20 minutes away from the main hangouts in Sedona so be mindful of that when making plans.

Good Family Stay
House was nice for a family stay. Close to plenty of restaurants and hikes. So much different things to do in Sedona. Was nice to be able to come back and make a meal and relax in the family room. Plenty of room to sit back and watch movies together.

Beautiful views, beautiful home!
Very spacious, beautiful home! Has a lot of variety of entertainment for families! Horse shoes, corn hole, kids swings, sand pit, hammocks, swing chairs, jacuzzi, board games and Wi-Fi with tvs in every room. Wi-Fi wasn’t as good in every room but overall worked great! We enjoyed are stay and would recommend this house to anyone! I can’t even describe the breath taking views you just have to stay and see for yourself!

What an amazing home! The furnishings are all modern and the remodel they did was very nice! Great views from the deck - was nice to entertain guests from out of town! The master bedroom is huge and all the guest rooms are furnished with excellent taste. Lots of natural light and the architecture makes this home so unique! 3 bedrooms have patios which was a nice bonus! The mini split HVAC's allowed each guest room to set their own temperature! Just outside the Village of Oak Creek, you are close enough to everything yet off the beaten path to enjoy nature and feel secluded! Spacious yard with plenty of parking and you can see the stars at night quite well from this area! Highly recommended! Everyone is very helpful!

Fantastic Find in Sedona
We had a great stay at this home. It is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but close to trails and amenities. The entire house was very comfortable, including the beds and pillow, which I am very picky about. Everything you could need during a stay away from home was provided. Communication with the property management company was also very good. They were very responsive. My only complaint was the duct tape holding the shower head and hose together in the master bath, which affected the water pressure. I would expect this out of a Motel 6, not a rental for over $700 per night. Other than that, everything was great.

Perfect weekend getaway
I went to Sedona with friends for a girls weekend away. This property was perfect! We spent our nights on the patio drinking wine and enjoying the hot tub. In the mornings the patio was also enjoyed - with coffee in hand and views in sight! The beds were comfortable. Being walking distance away from hiking was awesome. Communication with the property management company was super simple. They emailed and texted check in/out instructions. Highly recommend!

Great girls' getaway
We really enjoyed our stay at Oak Creek. The property is clean, spacious and well appointed. It's located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood about 20 minutes from Sedona. Overall, we had a great experience. A few drawbacks. One, we wanted to enjoy more time in the hot tub at night, but there is a noise ordinance that prevents outdoor conversation at night. However, the living room/bar area is a great indoor alternative. Secondly, there are a lot of instructions (more don'ts than do's) with the house including a lengthy list for check out. We were happy to accommodate the list, but were also charged a high cleaning fee after doing a significant amount of cleaning before leaving.

Wonderful Girls Getaway!
We had an amazing stay! This property was very comfortable, clean and fully stocked. The views off the back deck are gorgeous! Master bed/bedding was extremely comfortable and there was an ample selection of pillows. The kitchen had everything we needed. And the jacuzzi was perfect for the four of us to soak in while we gazed at the stars. House was close to many great hikes. Would definitely stay here again!

Despite some technical hiccups, this was a great house!
This was a great property, we loved the location. We did, however have a few issues. The tv wouldn't connect to the internet and it took over an hour after arrival to get it working (the instructions in the guest book didn't work) then the entrance to the walking trails that was advertised in the guest book took another hour there and back to realize the entrance was closed and covered in barbed wire (wasted morning) and finally the remote to the downstairs bedroom fan is controlled upstairs which cost a way too early wake up to discover. So we did loose some time getting past these issues, but I still give the house a good rating because the house was very clean, well laid out, well decorated, and had a great location with a beautiful view.

Girls trip
This is a nice property, however the bed in the basement definitely has to go. It made so much noise that we couldn't sleep. Very uncomfortable.
We also had lizards in one of the other rooms. I think the people that stayed before us left the sliding doors open.
Again, the property is nice and spacious as well. It is stocked with almost everything! Needs an ironing board though.
I would strongly suggest checking in before dark for your first night's stay. We saw javalinas the first night...that was pretty cool.
