Agradável e simpático!

Casa super agradável, limpa e confortável. Muito convidativa e o facto de ficar ao pé da estação de metro (5 minutos a pé) é uma mais valia. Ficamos 6 dias e deram-nos toalhas novas a meio da semana. Entrada na casa através de uma APP, e código nos quartos, não foi necessário preocupação com chaves.

A cozinha poderia ter mais loiça. Faltou bandejas para colocar a comida no forno.

L'agencement de la maison, sa propreté, le confort, la possibilité de regarder la télé en français et la proximité du métro pour Séville et d'une multitude de magasins et bars. Quartier très calme et typique. On a adoré

Très agréable au contact d'autres occupants de nationalité différentes

Logement au calme avec une terrasse. Très sécurisé, proche du tram ( 400 m) et près des commerces et d'un centre commercial (800 m). La propriétaire est très à l'écoute. Il y a une salle de bain pour 2 chambres et une cuisine/salon commune très bien équipée..Le logement se trouve à 8km à vélo du centre touristique de Séville ( cathédrale et Alcazar). Como en casa

La casa me sorprendió lo bien conservada y cuidada que está. Decorada con muy buen gusto y todo el menaje de cocina muy completo. Esta a 7 minutos de la estación de metro.

Por decir algo la funda del colchón de plástico no es cómoda aunque si higienica. La almohada creo que era de lana bastante alta. Me faltó un cojin. La habitación muy coqueta.

Good lical experience

It's 40 min from the touristy center, but there is an amazing square where all the locals enjoy foods and wine in the evening. If you want a local experience, definitely stay here.

If you want to use the facilities you have to get out of your room. You share the shower and toilet with the people in the adjacent room. I didn't like the shower because the drainage was "stuck," causing the shower to overflow a bit. The staff immediately tried to fix it when I told them about it. There are many codes: 1 for the outside gate, 1 for the front door and 1 for your room, and they bleep when you get them right or wrong. If you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs because the halls are noisy and you hear everything.

The whole place is absolutely gorgeous and immaculately clean, there were another family staying at the same time as us but we never clashed in terms of kitchen or bathroom use, so it was basically like having the whole gorgeous house and facilities to ourselves!

I made a reservation for accommodation located on C. Cerro de las Flores, 9 (near metro station) but we were asked to change location due to electricity problems. New location was 800 meters away from the previous one, far away from metro. It took time to get there and it corrupted our plan to go to Seville city center that evening. The owner said that we could use a swimming pool. But he didn't give us an entrance card. The staff allowed us to swim only for 20 minutes. Wi-Fi didn't work. A separate topic is English. Several days before check-in the owner contacted me via Booking messages. I was asked to send my ID for getting an access code to the accommodation and room. That was it for English. Later I got answers my questions only in Spanish. Nobody care about translating in English. By the way, in check-in day I didn't get an access code. For what I was asked about my ID? The owner didn't say that rooms, WC didn't have locks. No security, no privacy.

Disappointing

I stayed here for two weeks. My room wasn't cleaned once I had to text the manger 2/3 times for fresh sheets and towels, he used to leave them in the bathroom for me and I had to change them myself. I had about 4 sleepless nights bewteen patries and people having sex. I had to sleep with ear plugs and my ear phones over them. On the second last night when I was going out at 8am there was a couple having sex on the couch. There was also people smoking downstairs. Parking is impossible to find as everywhere says no parking. The first night the neighbours parked inches away from my rental car. Another morning I came out and car wasn't there. I parked outside number fives house as number nine was taken. My car got towed away, I had to go to the gaurds and pay €235. I never usually leave reviews but thought I should for this stay.

Bars on windows in basement did not make me feel safe. Ask for one of the upper rooms.
