About this house rental
Within a close walk to the gorgeous Boomer Beach is this stunning new holiday home. Upstairs, spacious deck with outdoor setting to relax on and take in the beautiful sea views over the coast to Victor Harbor. Large, beautiful and modern open plan living with flat screen TV, Wifi, DVD player and ceiling fan. Fully self contained kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and Delonghi coffee pod machine. R/C air conditioner to service the living areas. 3rd convenient toilet located off the living area.
The main bedroom is located upstairs with a king size bed, ceiling fan and walk-in robe. Ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet. Private access to the top deck for peace and quiet and what a view!
Downstairs: Spacious second living area with flat screen TV, DVD player, kitchenette area and R/C air conditioner. An extensive of the living space as you open the sliding doors to the front deck area. Access to the deck is also from the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, relaxation all in one. All remaining four bedrooms are located downstairs. Main bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity. Separate toilet off the main bathroom. Laundry facilities include front loader washing machine and ironing facilities.
Webber Q, outdoor hot and cold shower, fully enclosed backyard.
Automatic double garage.

A booking fee may be charged to you at the owner's discretion.
Cancellations or refund requests by guests on arrival or during occupancy as a result of circumstances beyond the control of Escape Holiday Rentals will not be refunded. RLA298101.

Please note that the Owner has various rights as follows: Bookings are subject to confirmation by the Owner, and the Owner reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time. Travel insurance is recommended. If the full amount of rental is not received by the due date, the Owner may Retain ANY Deposit Paid, and re-let the property. Should you need to cancel your booking the owner reserves the right to Retain the payment received if we are unable to re-let for this period. All cancellations must be made in writing. RLA298101.

Great position within walking distance and well appointed

Comfortable, modern, well equiped, and spacious - with a great ocean view to boot. The two living areas and outdoor decks provide ample options for togetherness or a bit of space. With Boomer beach and the shared cycle way 2 mins walk away, it also makes a great location to base from for time outdoors.

A short walk to the beach, beautiful view overlooking Pt Elliott and Victor Harbour coast line. Furnished well with all the amenities you can think of and very clean. Definitely keen to return again!
