Welcoming and spacious family home, facing South Southwest, can accommodate up to 8 people, in a private residential area and very quiet. You are close to the golf courses and the Esterel mountains, very quiet, just 4kms from the beaches, and halfway to Cannes and St Tropez.
The house consists of a very large air-conditioned and bright living room, with 3 sofas, directly open an infinity pool and the garden via a large terrace. The large windows with brick partition provide a sense of space by the extension of the living room to the outside. The pool is serviced weekly.
The American kitchen also ideally opens with a sliding door on the terrace, where you can spend pleasant moments around a table, sheltered by a large electric sun awning very useful, including integrated lighting is very appreciable in the evening, while enjoying a BBQ weber no less essential.
The fully equipped kitchen also opens onto the large dining room table via the central island, and benefits from a valuable storeroom (2nd combi fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, storage).
The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The 1st bedroom faces south-west and enjoys a nice view of the pool and beautiful sunsets on the Roquebrune. Just renovated, it is comfortable and is equipped with a bed 160x200 and a TV and DVD.
The 2nd bedroom is also south-west facing, air-conditioned and overlooks the pool. It is equipped with 2x 90x190 single beds easily accessible in king-size mode.
It has a private bathroom with shower very nice in summer.
The 3rd bedroom is oriented East and overlooks the course side enjoying the morning sun. It is equipped with 2x single beds 90x190 also easily reachable.
The bathroom is spacious with 2 basins, and functional with an additional independent shower.
The house also has 2 separate toilets with windows.
East side, you will enjoy a very sunny morning in the morning with its garden furniture and a large BBQ Weber available. The house also has a ping pong table and a playground with many other outdoor games.
