Overall the location was nice and the place was modern and clean. Added bonus was heated floors in the bathroom. I wish the towels were a little nicer. The kitchen was nice and spacious and perfect for our group.

Had fantastic stay at Vicki’s place. It was clean, luxurious, spacious and in a fantastic location. Vicki was quick to communicate everything with us and helped coordinate with us when we forgot something at the location. Heartily reccomend

We had two of the 4 bedroom 4 bath units with views of the mountains. We had a group of 12 family members, ages 9-77 and everyone agreed it was perfect! It did get hot during the day and having air conditioning saved the day. Canmore is quite lovely and not as touristy as Banff, more like a small town feel. We agreed that we would all return next summer and would stay in exactly the same place. Hostess was great before the trip and never needed to call her for anything!

Location was amazing, short walk to almost everything. Checkin and out was fast and easy. Well stocked with what you need and layout is good for large groups. My only complaint was the cleanliness and some minor things that needed maintenance. 3/5 for cleanliness. We had to do some cleaning of our own when we got there and had to use some of our own tools we had to fix the patio sliding door and fridge handles that were about to fall off. Overall very minor things. I would go back to this unit again!

This home was perfect for our large family. Celebrating our 50th Anniversary weekend as a family under one roof was very special. This spacious townhouse gave us plenty of room to enjoy our time together. The location was ideal for leaving our vehicles parked for the weekend and walking to all the great sites Canmore offers. The townhouse was well stocked with all the needed items; we did not lack any items you might have at home. Rick and Brendalee

We had a great time staying at this property. There were a few minor issues, however, with a broken couch back, broken shower knob, and the garage keypad didn’t work so we had to go into the main entrance, take off our shoes, then go down to the garage to open it from the inside to unload our ski gear. All minor inconveniences that the owner will hopefully resolve for the next renter.

The condo is huge and for our family of 6 adults and 3 children it worked very well. Having bathrooms attached to each bedroom was great Lots of room in the kitchen area for cooking and visiting The only thing I would recommend would be to fix the sectional. It was hard for us to sit I. The family room as the sectional seemed to be broken The condo could use a good dusting g and maybe a couple of more tea towels and dishcloths But over all I would recommend this space for a group Host was very accommodating when we added a day thank you

Love the place . Lots of space and each bedroom has a bathroom. The pic shows a hot tub but that’s not the case . It’s in a public place that’s about 800 meters and you have to pay. All in all we would stay there again.

The host was very responsive when I had questions leading up to the booking. Great communication for check in and important information for during our stay. The Mercer condos are a beautiful development. Lots of windows with 360 degree views. This unit was spacious and tastefully decorated. It has all the things needed for a comfortable stay and more. We were a big group so the multiple bathrooms and spacious floor plan was very enjoyable. I would suggest additional kitchen towels to be available. Cleanliness was 3/5. Where it mattered most it was excellent (bathrooms,bedding etc) however there were areas that were neglected (dust, baseboards, inside kitchen drawers, floors). The back of the couch was broken as well which was a space we spent a lot of time in. Still useable, but just awkward to sit at. All in all I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and I would recommend it to others.

Pros: We had a great time here. We have stayed in these townhouses for many years and always enjoy them. Nice and spacious with lots of dishes and towels. The owner left some goodies for us for Christmas which was very nice, and it was cozy and comfy in general. Great location, great parking. Cons: no cheese grater so bring your own, and the main floor couch is broken - it’s usable but anyone sitting in the broken area won’t be comfortable. We stayed here over Christmas so we didn’t want to call the property manager to have cleaners come back on Christmas Eve so we dealt with the uncleanliness - clearly floors haven’t been vacuumed or washed in a longtime, the was quite a bit of hair around the bathroom, and lots of personal items and empty drink bottles left under beds and in the corner of rooms. When we pay top dollar for a townhouse and a cleaning fee, we expect it to be reasonably clean. Counters, sinks and toilets were clean but no floors at all. The mop provided was broken. Vacuum worked ok but not great at all. We ended up bringing our own for our own basic cleaning. Otherwise not a bad place to stay!

Property is really nice, great location with nice views, and a well thought out floorplan. Tiny Suggestion to owner - fix the broken living room couch or get a new one, not the most comfortable. Had an amazing time with our friends and family. Would stay here again :)

We traveled with no agenda in order to rest, catch up with each other and shop in Canmore and Banff. The property was lovely . We ate out mostly ( breakfast excluded) Even the Escalade fit in the garage! Whew! Overall great house.

Our daughter was getting married in Banff which is just a 20 minute drive from Canmore so the location was perfect! There were 8 adults staying in the house, plenty of space and privacy. The bedrooms were spacious with an ensuite bathroom in each room which was wonderful! The kitchen had everything we needed, well stocked with spices, tea, coffee filters, soap etc. Lots of grocery stores and restaurants' very close by. Excellent place to rent and it was exactly as it looked in the photos! Would definitely rent there again.

This townhouse worked great for our family. It was close to everything so we would walk. Finding parking in Canmore was sometimes difficult. It was nice to have the levels so no-one was below us, especially with kids. We had so much fun and would absolutely stay at the townhouse again!!!

This unit (+ the one next door) was the perfect homebase for our family reunion of 20+ in the greater Banff area. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and space for everyone to spread out - and gather! Many things to do beside Banff & Lake Louise. Canmore has a gravel driving tour through the mountains that was beautiful. Many hiking trails within walking distance.

First time in 9 years that we have all been together at the same time and place. Grandkids ranging from almost 18 to 27 plus a three week newborn. The condo had two great gathering places - the kitchen/dining and the living room. Although technically it sleeps 12, it means everyone shares a bed.. Not always practical. We improvised. Overall, our time here was great.

Good location....one of the bedrooms on the third level had a baby bed in it that took up a great deal of the space....we only had adults....no closet in that bedroom also....bedroom on second floor had bed too close to closet door.....had to move bed over to get into closet....master bedroom was good....sheets on bed did not fit properly...over all we enjoyed our stay.....grandparents, children & their spouses & 2 adult grandsons...

This property served us so well both in location and layout. We had our four children ages 16 to 23 with us, were grateful to have a washer/ dryer in the home. We enjoyed Canmore for the wonderful restaurants, trails and other activities. It served as a great base as we took advantage of so many nearby activities, including horseback riding, the sunshine gondola and the hiking trails at the top of it, Lake Louise— including the very strenuous climb to big beehive. Parking there is no joke, plan ahead. We also drove up and back to the Columbia Ice Field, including a short walk on a glacier. Amazing scenery and a wonderful place to come back to each night. Highly recommend.

We stayed in Canmore for three nights, and definitely enjoyed our stay. The bedrooms are large, and all have their own big bathrooms, everyone got a great amount of privacy. The house is very comfortable and clean, all the beds were really cosy as well. A few minor things needed to be fixed, but it didn’t negatively impact our stay, and the host responded quickly. The only thing I would warn people about is that there is no main floor bathroom, only one bathroom in the basement, and then all other bathrooms are in the bedrooms up the stairs. Prepare to do a lot of stairs during your stay, especially if you’re staying at the top floor. We would definitely recommend this location as it’s very close to downtown Canmore and would stay again.
