Établissement à fuir

L'hôtel en Front de mer . Le petit déjeuner.

Etablissement à fuir! Sur deux chambres que nous avions loué pour quatre . L'une sans pression dans la douche, très compliqué de ce fait de se laver correctement. L'autre non seulement avec une douche dans le même état mais en plus une climatisation hors-service . Évidement pas d'eau chaude. Bien-sûr nous en informons le responsable qui avec un aplomb consternant,nous souri d'un air hautain, fait semblant de bidouiller et repart. Bref rien de réparé. Très très décevant en fonction du tarif. Ne vous attendez pas non plus à pouvoir manger au restaurant le soir, le chef n'est pas là un soir sur deux. Et pas de ménage de proposé durant tout notre séjour.

Personal som inte var intresserade av sitt arbete. Konstant fokuserade på sina mobiltelefoner. Fick be om tex nytt toalettpapper eller städ(tömma papperskorg på toalett) flertal gånger,Inget vatten att tvätta händer, spola toalett eller duscha. Ingen respons av personal vid uppmärksammande. Trasiga och smutsiga lakan/örngott.Det som var positivt var maten, smakrikt och gott, när köket var öppet. Boendet är alldeles för högt rankat på Booking=för högt pris.

Décevant attention !!!!

L accueil, la propreté a revoir!!! , pas frigo, pas télévision, le wifi fonctionne mal dans les chambres. Pour 3 nuits, aucun ménage n a été fait, chambre 18 avec une odeur de refoulement qui accroche les poumons. Tout a été signalés mais personne n' a rien fait . très sale . Petit déjeuner minimaliste et scandaleux avec , comme café du soluble . La distance de l'entrée de l hôtel est inconfortablement et chemin désastreux. Note à revoir sur Booking pour les futurs clients. Très décevant par rapport au tarif. La réservation n était pas conforme.

Ok Hotel, had flaws

Staff were polite and pleasant Nice beach area Nice room and balcony Good view Comfortable beds Bar prices reasonable

Hotel food was awful, although breakfast was ok. Did not have basic foods on the menu. We were there for 9 days and rooms not cleaned enough. Dirty towels which were left on the floor to be replaced were folded up and put back on the bed. Floors not cleaned Bathroom was not cleaned Left without loo roll TV not working

Not worth the daily rate in my opinion

The staff were friendly and tried to be as helpful as possible

The room and especially the bathroom was not very clean. The water pressure was a trickle, the air conditioning unit and fan very very noisy. The internet was slow when we did get access which is not all the time. Not worth the daily rate in my opinion

Nice service but keep expectations low for the room

The service was really nice, though it was a "big" hotel, they didn't have food during our stay. The views of the beach were okay, though we expected something better.

The room could be cleaner. The airconditioning was a bit old and there should be more space beetween the bed and the window. If you are okay finding bugs in your room, then it's okay.

Staying at the Ferellee Inn at Port Barton was one of my favourite places I stayed

The location is superb, right on a wonderful beach with great places to eat just a short walk away. The staff were just lovely, with a particular shout out to the wonderful Mary, she's Port Barton's own little ray of sunshine

The facilities are basic and the mattresses not particularly comfortable. But, that is nitpicking

Perfect place to stay in Port Barton

Great value breakfast. Staff were very helpful and always friendly. Well maintained room, WiFi is available. Perfect location in port Barton, right on the beach in a quiet area. Would definitely stay again & would recommend to anyone!

I think the bathrooms need a fresh refurb...and a deep clean before new guests arrive. Also there were no hair dryer available in the rooms.
