I really loved the location - overlooking the sea and close to a very nice beach (tip: the main beach which has the 2 or 3 restaurants is very nice, but the one adjacent to it - where the Deep Blue Beach Bar is is even nicer, also within a short walk from the hotel).
I feel as though the jacuzzi water was not very clean, and because of the wind on the island, it was hard to sleep (drafts because the windows weren’t sealed properly and because things outside kept rattling). I also found it rather awkward that you had to order your breakfast (including delivery time) the day before.

We loved everything, it's on a quieter part of the island which was perfect to relax and unwind. Breakfast each morning was amazing and watching the sun go down from the spa was the cherry on top. We couldn't fault the accomodation at all!

What a gorgeous hotel, the views are lovely! The staff were excellent, very responsive and helpful. If you want to relax in Greece, this is a great spot. The outdoor jacuzzi was the cherry on top.

The service is outstanding, the stuff makes everything easier, from renting a scooter for you to remind you to book your breakfast (that is served personally to your room). The food is also amazing, you can have It in your room or at the wonderful restourant near the see at 100m from the hotel.

This was probably the best experience we have had of small boutique hotel ever. Maria the host was absolutely exceptional in helping us before the visit with logistics , in crafting our time in Milos, in suggesting restaurants and beaches. The accommodation was so tastefully decorated and the view world class..the breakfast and hospitality was world class. I would have stayed many more days if I could
That i had to go home!!!!

Amazing service from Maria who helped us with all food recommendations and bookings which were all spot on. Also suggested a boat trip which was the highlight of our trip! Room was pretty and comfortable, toiletries smelt amazing (and I usually bring my own and don't use the hotel ones). Breakfast was far too abundant and tasty. It's in a more quiet part of the island, but that's what we liked about it!
My fault really for not checking - I had this idea it was right by the sea and it wasn't, so the view from all the balconies is the road, lots of wires, a run down construction site and a glimpse of the sea. NOT like the photos displayed. It was still lovely at night though! I think we would even have preferred facing the hills even!

We loved Volcano Luxury Suites--we had a beautiful room, the breakfasts were AMAZING and our host could not have been nicer. Every day she greeted us with a smile and tremendous kindness. The location is very near the beach and an amazing restaurant (Scirocco)--the island is small so to drive to some of the other hotspots is quite easy. (It is about a 20-25 minute drive to Sarakiniko Beach for example.
Would have loved it if the property was right on the beach but the walk is easy!

The room was one of the cleanest I have ever seen. The breakfast was delicious and there were a lot of options. The staff was amazing and very helpful. The jacuzzi was so relaxing and we had the best view. My wife and I were extremely happy and we will definitely come back as soon as we can.
We recommend Volcano Luxury Suites without a doubt!

Everything was perfect. The breakfast we had was one of the best we had with my husband. The stuff was very heartwarming and welcome and Stella the owner was very helpful. We will definitely visit again in one of our next trips.

Beyond compare. Would rather it was a secret so I could be sure of getting a room every time I come. Service is exceptional. The attention to detail is exquisite. The interior design and attention to detail is stunning. The breakfast is the one of the best I’ve had at any hotel anywhere in the world. This place is the creation of someone with a vision for chic excellence, and is fulfilled by a fantastic team.

The room was great, clean, very good equipment. The quality of the breakfast was also very good so as the dinner ordered from the restaurant next to the beach. The personal at the reception on the afternoon was very nice and helpful.
The reception lady working on morning and beginning of afternoon was not really nice and helpful.
We have missed our first day in the hotel because of a ferry issue so we just spent 2 days. The last day, we could ot have our breakfast due to an unfortunate incident with the chef, something that I can understand perfectly but when I ask for a commecial gesture since in my case, when I missed the first day, did not asked anything since it was my fault, it should work both ways, the lady was not understanding at all and just offered yogurt and bread...For such a luxury hotel and price, I am really suprised but she did not forgot to ask to pay for the dinner. Not really pro attitude and not good for this kind of hotel.
Last point is the WIFI connection that is really not good, important to know if like me, you need internet to work.

From the hot tub to the in room breakfast, everything was so enjoyable. The entire staff was wonderful and very helpful planning our days spent in Milos!

Breakfast was incredible, and the facility itself was lovely. Very clean, and they provided us with wine and snacks when we arrived. It is really beautiful, and there is a beach just down the road that has several restaurants on it. They do provide beach towels, but beach chairs are thirty euros. The staff was also so kind and sweet to us, and made us feel very welcome.
We also had our stay shortened by one night because of a canceled ferry from Athens. All flights were also booked, so we were unable to get there until the second day of our stay. Our missed night was eventually refunded, which we are very grateful for, but it took several hours on the phone and getting booking.com involved to get it done, so just be sure to have a possible contingency plan.
Some small issues;
-The location is just very remote, much more so than we were expecting since this was our first time in Milos. It's quite a ways from several of the more popular beaches as well as Plaka and the fisherman's village. We did not rent a car, and there are no markets within walking distance. The hotel advertises room service, but the menu is very limited, and they could not recommend anywhere for takeout food besides their own restaurant. Without transportation, we were pretty much stuck.
-The staff was also wonderful while we were there, but I had some trouble with communications before our trip. We ended up without a car or ATV because I was told at least twice that the hotel would help me arrange it and then did not follow up at all.
- we had several issues with things not working in the suite - the tv is not a smart tv and has no English language channels. the hot tub also would not heat up.
- we stayed in the Presidential Suite, which from what I could tell, is the biggest suite. The room is advertised as a "suite," but is just one room, which is fine, but we had expected multiple bedrooms and more privacy.
Overall, this is a beautiful hotel with a wonderful and kind staff. We just found it too expensive for the remote location and all of the issues that we had during our stay.

The top class equipment and the kindness of the treatment
Nothing, all super good

Very clean, spacious and comfortable room.
The hotel is very quiet but very isolated. So you definitely need a car to move around.
One important issue: the beach is affiliated to the hotel but the umbrella and beds rental is far the most expensive of the island (double price!)

The best thing was the service and the room, it completely deserve the price. We selected it as our last honey moon day, and we would do It 1000 times again. The room, sea views, the staff, the location, the restaurant.. everithing got a 10 for us.
Thank you again for all. We Will come back as soon as posible.
Everything was perfect, i cant find anything wrong to say.
