Introducing SHIPPENRILL by CROYDE HOLIDAYS - a perfect choice for guests that enjoy the style and sophistication of boutique hotels, but prefer the privacy and convenience of self-catering; Enjoy reverse living with a selection of stylish bedrooms on the ground floor, one En-suite. Open plan kitchen living area on the first floor with a wood burner, football table and garden access via two sets of French doors to a large lawn, table tennis table and patio set for enjoying the afternoon sun and moments in the hot tub*. PROPERTY OVERVIEW
Large statement hallway with exposed natural stone, relax on the library leather sofa and enjoy quiet moments.
• Master Bedroom - Double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, wardrobe and a cosy chair. En-suite wet room with; a shower, wc, and washbasin.
• Bedroom Two - Twin beds and a bedside table.
• Bedroom Three - Twin beds, bedside table and chest of drawers.
• Bedroom Four - Bunk bed and a single bed, chest of drawers and bedside table.
Wet room with a black stone surround; white washbasin, w.c, chrome shower and utility area with washing machine.
UPSTAIRS
• Bedroom Five - Double bed, bedside tables, cosy chair and a wardrobe.
• Bedroom Six - Double bed and a single day bed, wardrobe, 2 seater sofa and 2 bedside tables.
Family bathroom includes a bath, mixer taps, shower over, washbasin, wc and a wall mounted mirror.
The kitchen is the real centre of the home with a large wooden central dining table with bench seating. This kitchen has plenty of the usual gadgets you would expect in a self catering property such as; oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and toaster and some additional fun features including; Induction hob, electric steamer with lots of special options in creating wonderful culinary delights to feed the family.
Living room with a variety of comfortable seating, wooden unit with a flat screen free-view LCD TV and a woodburner for those winter evenings.
OUTSIDE SPACE
Patio doors from the kitchen and living room to the fully enclosed garden with patio furniture, Enjoy days and nights entertaining with toasting marshmallows on the fire pit, dips in the large jacuzzi hot tub*, cook on the coal BBQ while chilling on the decking or join the children on the lawn with a game of handstands or table tennis!
At the front there is a picturesque stream running under the driveway, down a few steps this private area provides a secluded space to relax, sunbathe and listen to the calming stream.

• Towels are not provided.
• Driveway parking for 4 cars
• We regret we are unable to accept bookings that are; all adult groups under 23 years of age.
• Hot tub not to be used after 10.30 PM - To comply with Health & Safety hot tubs are emptied and re-filled. Therefore, we are unable to provide any guarantees that the hot tub will be up to full working temperature until the morning after arrival.
• We would respectfully ask that dog(s) are not permitted on furniture, in bedrooms, left unattended nor to cause a disturbance.

Follow the A361 via the Bypass over the Taw Bridge.

At the main traffic lights in Braunton (Hunter surf shop is on your left) take the left to Saunton, Croyde Georgeham B3231
Follow this road past Saunton into Croyde. Past Unison Croyde bay holiday park on your left hand side and follow into Croyde past the Thatch on your left
Into Croyde village - You will see New Coast Kitchens in front of you, continue round vering round to the right.
The manor pub will be on your left, bare left onto Combas Lane
Shippenrill is the 2nd house on your right.
Approach the driveway with care, it is narrow. Best approach is to access as straight on as possible.

2 families with 3 kids each and grandparents stayed. Amazing property and location. The home is beautiful and spacious. Hot tub and garden thoroughly enjoyed. Croyde is a lovely little village with plenty of options on your doorstep to eat and drink. Croyde bay is within walking distance or a short drive. So many other great local places to visit whilst driving such as Putsborough beach (our favourite), Woolacombe, Mortehoe, Ilfracombe...the list goes on. Tesco 15 mins away in Braunton. Country lanes are a little tricky at times with traffic but we would definitely love to stay here again.
