The apartment is a perfectly sized and located apartment. Just outside of the main town it means you are a little bit away from the main hub but still within walking distance. Next door is a fantastic restaurant and worth a visit! The roof terrace is lovely but due to the weather we never used it. The apartment is a bright new build. Loved the parking! The lady who met us was really friendly and helpful. The check out was easy.
On the beds they have placed plastic protectors which made sleeping on them really uncomfortable and they kept coming untucked so you would wake in the night in a hot mess. My advice, which I wish I had done but I didn't and suffered for 5 nights, is remove this protector. I was there for work and found the wifi was too slow I ended up just connecting on my phone. But other than those 2 annoyances everything else was great.

Recent built flat nicely decorated and a few 100 meters north of the busy city Center. Underground parking and elevator and silent AC. 2 terraces with stretched sea view. Rooftop sun beds available. 50m from sea.
Some defect lamps and the roller shutter that could open fully. The bed sheets did not fit on the bed. We woke up in an undressed bed each morning. Hopefully this will het fixed quickly.
Ongoing building construction next door causing heavy truck traffic and rusty crane view. We were lucky our stay was Fri-Mon. May take another year or so to complete.

The lady that met with us at the time of arrival was very pleasant and nice. She gave us all instruction and was available whenever we needed her. Beautiful and clean place. Nice bright rooms and comfy place. Place has garage.
The construction is not finished. It is terrible dust (outside) and noise. Oh the noise. Beautiful terrace on a top was not usable from construction noise and dust. One section was locked. Construction was terrible. I was so sad one day when I wanted to sleep in and the noise woke me up so early I could have cried. The place is advertising Polignano a mare beach pictures and restaurants. Don't be fooled. This is farther down or up the road. I think you can find better location for the price in the area. This is good 15-20 minutes walk to the restaurant on the cliff as pictured. Now, having said that this is not the end of the world. For me, though, it was a challenge and I wanted to rest not work. Carrying a little kid in the hot afternoon even 5 minutes was not fun. The beach across - that is not in this place' ad pictures had no good access at all. Road was more than dusty. Another big thing I did not like here that mattered was broken stove. Only one burner was working with (some) adaptor. One burner at the time means my coffee got cold by the time I am able to worm up the milk. Plus it took forever to heat up and boil water. I walked to a store 15 minutes away and bought coffee. The place did not have/offer coffee. In the end, before we left, the host, Enrico, called me to remind me I had to be out by 10:00. Who does that? He messaged a night before and on top of that he called me to tell me again we must leave at 10:00.

Lovely house close to the center and to the seaside but in a quite area. The house is nicely decorated and has all the necessities, garage and lift included.

Nice modern location with more or less everything you need including a garage a little outside of the city (walking distance)
100 % wonderful it will be when building works at some buildings nearby will be finalized
the sea is nearby but for a serviced beach (with umbrella etc) you better go to the region around Monopoli
