The outside areas are all fenced in and enclosed for privacy, as well as for the security of your dogs and the little ones. • Hot tub (Optional extra) not to be used after 10.30 PM - To comply with Health & Safety hot tubs are emptied and re-filled. Therefore, we are unable to provide any guarantees that the hot tub will be up to full working temperature until the morning after arrival.
• We regret we are unable to accept bookings that are; Hen, Stag, Party, event and all adult groups under 23 years of age.
• We would respectfully ask that dog(s) are not permitted on furniture, in bedrooms, left unattended nor to cause a disturbance to neighbours.
