About this house rental
Maui Bay's very own Slice of Heaven. Located on Fiji's stunning Coral Coast, the Villa boasts panoramic scenic views and what our locals call Sunset Point. The perfect location for a family holiday minus all the bustle of the resorts. Also a most beautiful location for weddings or special occasions. The sunsets (weather permitting) are unbeatable at any other location along the Coral Coast.
The Villa has two bedrooms that comfortably sleep 6. Two full baths. Our kitchen is complete with nearly any desired amenity including a blender and an on-demand ice maker. The Villa's high ceilings lend a very breezy feel complete with indoor-outdoor living and unfettered ocean views. The bathrooms have great lighting, which is not easily found in Fiji. Also, there is great water pressure in both baths. Both bedrooms have ocean views. Full laundry facilities onsite. Just ask Saleshni and she will make sure all of your needs are attended. We also have complimentary Pure Fiji shower products on hand.
There are a grocery store, coffee shop, and spa all within a 10-minute walking distance. The coffee shop has an adorable breakfast. The spa will treat you to true Fijian style services. Saleshni or Epeli can help coordinate services for you if you require. There is an onsite, local phone for you to make local phone calls as well.
Take a walk past the fruit garden to the beach. We neighbor Namolevu, the only Fijian owned resort. If you feel compelled, ask there for Lukey and aid a hand in the coral nursery. Or, take a leisurely stroll along the beautiful coastline. Be sure to look for the fish (who love to eat bread) as well as Fiji's beautiful blue starfish. Kayaks and snorkel gear are available on-site. A kayak ride allows you to take in the pristine ocean as well as shoreline. Find Mesa and he will happily haul your kayak.
Once your beach visit is complete, feel free to pick fruit from the garden. Watch for ripe lime, banana, papaya, and lemon. We also have a fresh vegetable garden with cucumbers, capsicum, lettuce, and carrots you are welcome to pick when ripe. If you feel like some fresh coconut water, once again see Mesa.
If you are looking for a more laid back "Fiji time" kind of day, look to the salt water pool, hot tub, chaise loungers, and hammocks to help you unwind.
Our full-service staff of Fijian locals is able to help you with any needs or desires. Whether shopping in the Sigatoka market or having a Lovo in the yard, they will meet any request. We recommend renting a car if you are looking for excursions. But, we can help arrange for transports (at your expense) if your trip is going to be more laid-back.
Strictly NO PARTIES! Having more than the maximum number of guests on the property will result in immediate loss of reservation and payment.

Three Palms in Maui Beach is the place to be in Fiji - tired of the hustle and bustle of crowded resorts & high prices? Come experience the "real" Fiji and an exquisite home that is well cared for and shows pride of ownership - not to mention your OWN pool! From the moment we walked in we knew we were in paradise and could simply relax! The grounds are amazing - the beach is amazing - the views are sublime - and the breezes are colling! The hostess Saleshni is a sweetheart & so incredibly kind, helpful and a GREAT cook! Mesa the groundskeeper and Lovo master keeps everything clean and in order and the fresh coconut water stocked on demand! Everything you need is a couple blocks away - markets, restaurants, gas, coffee & culture! Do yourself a favor and spend your next holiday @ Three Palms 🌴🌴🌴

Our family of 5 had an an incredible 3-night stay at Rachael's villa. We just wish we would have stayed longer! Saleshni was so lovely & set up games for the kids to play outside and in the pool and cooked an incredible curry meal for us with homemade soup and roti. The pool and sunset views were to die for. The spa stopped working halfway through our visit, but that didn't stop us from enjoying the beautiful backyard. It is a quieter part of the island, so we appreciated having a car. The local market just a few blocks away was sufficient for basics, the souvenir shop 5 minutes down the road was great for coffee and takeaway sandwiches and wraps, and we had one of the best meals of our trip at the Crab Shack. The mud crab & fish & chips were to die for! We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time staying at the Three Palms Beachfront Villa. One of the things I loved was the location. It’s pretty secluded and definitely not in a touristy, resort area. The 90 minute drive from the Nadi airport gives you a good glimpse of the real Fiji. We saw cows, goats, pigs, and horses on the sides of the road and passed through several small primitive villages with friendly locals waving and yelling “Bula” as we pass by.
When we arrived at the property, we were greeted by Mesa and Shalishni who gave us a tour of the home and grounds. As we were unpacking Mesa gathered each of us a fresh coconut and Salishni made us a lovely breakfast. It was such a warm and friendly way to be greeted! The property is beautiful - clean and well maintained.
The second day, we were treated to a traditional lovo and kava ceremony at the property which was one of the highlights. The food was amazing and plenty! We had leftovers for 2 days – well worth the small fee they charge!! Mesa and Shalishni made the trip really special for us! Mesa took an entire afternoon teaching us how to weave palm leaves into hats, baskets, and fans. Shalishni was so friendly and helpful – she arranged on-site massages for us and had lots of tips to share.
There is a small market (with very limited grocery selections) and a gas station, diner, and café about a 10 min walk away. One thing I highly recommend checking out is the day cruise through Cruisin Fiji out of Port Denareau.

The views, snorkeling, star gazing and tide pool wandering were wonderful right there at the house. Shelsni and Mesa were amazing helpers and good cooks. We were a family of 5 - kids are now in their 20’s. There was plenty of room. We had a great time! Thank you so much. It’s everything the description states. Highly recommend- we loved it!

Amazing property with stunning sunset views. High ceilings, modern amenities, and yet built to feel connected to Fiji. Staff were incredible, their cooking was a highlight of the trip. If you're considering a Lovo then do it early as the food is plentiful. Host was easy to communicate with, always helpful. This is the perfect spot to unwind, relax, make yourself a fresh fruit smoothie and live life on Fiji time :)

We had a great time during our stay in Fiji! The house and help were great. We enjoyed getting to learn a little about the country and culture while we were there. There was a market close by along with a few restaurants. We were also able to dive 10 minutes away. If you want to experience Fiji and have a relaxing time, I would definitely recommend!

The place is amazing. Photos don’t do it justice! This is not a touristy resort. It’s a great place to be away from the touristy scene. Saleshni was amazing, she will help you all she can. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I came in skeptical, and was very impressed and happy that all the reviews I read, were spot on!
Food is close by, and a resort is also close by when you wanna be in the touristy scene. The Hideaway is a fun place when you wanna mingle. Happy hour is 6-7, and entertaining.

Tropical Paradise
3Palms Villa exceeded all expectations from the home to the incredible staff to the 270 degree ocean views. We had the most wonderful stay with our teenage boys and elderly parents. The home offered something for everyone. Shally, Mesa & Epeli were so accommodating & helpful; cooking beautiful meals, preparing a Kava ceremony & lovo for us to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Rachael, the owner, was super responsive & even helped us with transport when our rental was canceled last minute. We would highly recommend this beautiful beach home in Fiji & will be back!

Gorgeous location, indulgent, and private
This is a gorgeous, spacious property with beautiful views and easy access to the beach. The staff were very friendly, responsive, and helpful - we let them know how much/little of their presence we preferred. Wi-fi was a bit spotty and the a/c in one of the bedrooms was not very reliable, but these small issues did not detract from our very comfortable and indulgent stay.

Nice Property!
Had a very fun stay! High ratings in all categories. A couple of notes about the arrangement. We had our own vehicle which made access to stores & restaurants simple, if you don’t mind driving from Nadi (on left side of road) although taxi’s are available I believe. Like most if not all vacation home rentals, bring your own supplies, and especially drinking water since it’s not recommended to drink the tap water. Fun recreational snorkeling out in front (short walk to beach from property) with some gear available, but bringing your own gear plus aqua socks is recommended. The house keeper is wonderful, very nice, and she arrives about 9-ish every morning to clean. There is some highway noise, neighbor rooster noises, and some street & security lighting impacts, but certainly not problematic. Overall a wonderful arrangement, and I would definitely stay again

Private ocean view
The host was very understanding and communicated very well. We had a travel delay and they worked to make us happy. The staff at the house were very helpful and gave us a true Fijian experience. From a traditional meal to a waterfall tour this was a vacation to remember! The location was perfect and close to many other sites that it made getting around easy. Great for couples or a family, lots of open space and breath taking views, gorgeous property

Amazing
This house is everything that we could have wanted for our first weekend out of lockdown in 5 months. The setting is gorgeous with ocean and sunset views, shops and takeaway food walking distance. The house is beautiful and everything was clean and comfortable. The kids had a great time in the pool and spa! Hope to be back!

Great house; great view.
Great house, excellent assistance from staff. The view across the coast is amazing and the equipment supplied - paddle boards, snorkels etc. - are high quality. 2 suggestions: bring ear plugs to block out the dogs and roosters, and you may need to adjust the pillows: they're very soft. Small matters. It was a brilliant view into life on the coral coast.

Outstanding
Outstanding !
Stunning location with your own headland, wide vistas out over the coral reef and beyond to the South Pacific Ocean. Turn around and you have an amazing outdoor living space with multiple zones to hang out or relax in, backed up with a fabulous pool and elevated spa pool, to admire the view from. Well selected outdoor furniture needed for the space.
The owners have put a lot of thought, effort and care into this property.
Large open plan layout inside with high ceilings allowing plenty of air movement with ceiling fans and air conditioning, if required. Large format kitchen with everything available.
The staff are superb, from Mesa attending to the grounds, to the fantastic Saleshni who is absolutely the best ‘indoor caretaker’. Rachael the owner is easy to deal with, great communication and response to enquiries, as well as providing plenty of helpful information prior to arrival.
We could keep writing but will definitely run out of space. If you are keen to avoid the resorts and crowds this property will definitely give you your own haven !
