This beautiful townhouse is located in the heart of Torquay with three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, lounge and separate dining room. Enjoy the magic of this holiday house, situated in Old Torquay and only a couple of minutes walk to the beach.

With ocean views from the deck off the second storey living area, polished timber floors, dining setting for eight and air conditioning this property also has a full bathroom with bath along with a powder room for your convenience upstairs.

The bedrooms consist of x2 Queen Size Beds, X1 Tri bunk and a porter cot available for the little ones. All bedrooms also have heating panels.

There is also a fully equipped laundry with dryer, gas BBQ and outdoor setting, enclosed back yardand secure parking under a single carport with roller door.

This property also offers Free Wifi!!!

Please be advised that linen is not supplied or included in the advertised price however is available to hire through an external provider for an additional cost. Please advise our friendly staff should you wish to hire linen during your stay.

o Week 3 – Friday 10th January to Friday 17th January

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great venue for a getaway in Torquay. If you are looking for accommodation about 10 -15 minutes walk from the centre of town, close to Whites Beach that has a relaxed feel this is the place for you. Wonderful from the balcony of the sunrise and sunset to cap off a great five day holiday. We will be happy to book again.

Great spot for Torquay, close to the shops and is beach front. Everything is in walking distance which is so accessible. Property was spotless and beds were comfortable.

The house was great for a family, very clean, with everything you need, the beds are a little uncomfortable but ok. The location was good, close enough to the beach but a quite a walk to the main shops and restaurants. For those that like the afternoon sun, it would be good if there was an outside area set up downstairs, with chairs and a table, as the deck is mainly in shade (and windy) in the afternoon. But overall we would recommend.

Enjoyed a nice quiet mini escape. The house was a close walk to the beach. It had everything we needed and more . Beds were comfy. Nice little view from deck.

Great place to stay, walk to the beach, clean. Only criticism the bed mattress in main room and mattress on bottom bunk are not very comfortable at all. Apart from that was very happy with location etc
