First of all this felt like my HOME. The CEO Sandrine was kind enough to let my 9.5 year old child stay there at the hostel because I said my kid loves to meet new people and interact. I visited twice first on September then again on October and stayed there for almost 40 days we kept extending coz we felt like home there. Sisira was always kind and helpful guiding us about the food and was patient with my child.
The beds were super comfortable and huge. Super cozy and luxurious. So many common areas to lounge around, toilets and shower were ample enough too. Lockers were provided and aircon was on 24/7 unlike other hostels in the dorms and the lobby.
Super affordable with a working kitchen and refrigerator for us to use with free coffee, tea with drinking water throughout the day. Not a party hostel but definitely a social hostel where you can meet amazing people.
My son had a nice time at the hostel made many friends and everyone was very kind to my child. He also hand painted glasses and sold some of his paintings at the hostel and Sandrine encouraged him and gave him all the liberty to do so.
I honestly have no complaints and will definitely come here and recommend everyone this hostel because they treat you like family. I really miss this hostel and Sandrine. Cant wait to stay at their new TT hostel 2 soon 😃
Sandrine even invited us home so that my son can use her pool and we had an amazing barbecue at her home. She is like family to me now 🩷
Wishing TT hostel loads of good vibes and success

Gratis dricksvatten, varmvattendusch och tvål och schampo i duschen.
Inte så städat i alla utrymmen och trånga rum. man var dessutom tvungen att gå igenom andras rum för att komma till sitt eget

Beds are comfy
I had the worst sleep… the upper bed was moving a lot and very noisy so felt like an earthquake in the lower bed. Also there was a super anoying dripping noise ALL NIGHT, probably from the AC. I guess I wasn’t lucky…

Super clean, comfortable beds, nice ambience with music playing and common areas are really lovely. Free water and tea which is a bonus! Great facilities and really friendly staff. Location is also great, near the night market and close to everything. Would recommend highly!!
Everything was great! My only feedback would be for there to be somewhere for people to put bags/luggage in the room. Some type of lockable space for the bags :)

Price is very low so that I should not have any complain. Staff are clearning the facility very hard.
Bed: As they use metal frame, there are sound whenever someone move. If you have ear cap, it would not be any problem.
Drain is stacked. It is better to remove waiste from the pipe.

best dorm in vientiane. if you're looking for a dorm and this place is available, just book it. there was 2 cheaper than this, I stayed at one and my friend the other, both were horrible compared to this. In the end I stayed here for 5 nights while I waited for my vietnam visa, excellent all round!
it's always booked out 🤣

Central location and helpful staff
The top bunks curtains do not reach the rooms and therefore when a personal light is turned on anywhere in the room it reflects off the white roof illuminates the entire room.
This led to a few sudden awakenings due to inconsiderate guests.
The showers and sinks also being 2 floors down was an inconvenience.

Location is very central in Vientiane and walking distance from many of the local Wat’s, night market and museums. Beds are comfortable and have curtains. Breakfast available and was tasty.
Wi-Fi hit and miss in the room but worked downstairs. Some of the showers are temperamental in terms of temperature but are ok. The shower and toilet area is a little bit dirty and there are some strange smells. We booked two dorm beds but they split us up into different rooms despite being on same booking. There are two dogs and one of them is quite aggressive and barks constantly, and growls at guests.

Very nice place and the most clean hostel in Lao.

All the staff and management were friendly and accommodating.
I checked in around 7 to 8pm in the evening on the 13th Feb, I was given a top bunk bed.. all looked neat at the beginning.. I dropped my stuff on the corner of the room and went out to explore the area and get some food. The receptionist who checked me in was extremely friendly and bubbly.. great energy.. so that was the only good thing about this place..
I then came back to a shock horror, around midnight.. when I went up to the bunk bed to sleep, saw that the sheets of the bed was so dirty, had stains on it and hair also.. how can they not change the bedsheets after the last guest checked out?! They just made the bed without changing sheets. The sheets which were supposed to be white were yellowish and disgusting. The pillow case also smellled used, with no exaggeration, it smelled like a man was sleeping there for a week long without having it changed.. 😣 then the hostel just made the bed without changing sheets after he left! I was disgusted to sleep there but it was late at night and I had no choice but to take some clothing out of my suitcase and cover the pillow case with my own clean t.shirt. And even used my large white towel to cover the middle part of the bed so I can atleast sleep on top of my towel, which means I didn’t have any clean towel to use the next morning because I used my towel to sleep on it and this hostel doesn’t provide towels, not that I would use theirs anyways after all this. It was all just unacceptable. When I informed the lady at the reception the next morning, she said “why didn’t you come tell us at night” I told her it was midnight and didn’t want to wake up anybody.. but why do I have to come complain.. why can’t it just be changed to fresh clean sheets before I arrive to avoid all this? Anyways, they say you get what you pay for so it is what it is for the price.
Second thing that happened that traumatised me was, a lizard falling from the bathroom ceiling on my head then on the floor.

Really nice staff. Really good location in the city. There is a shared kitchen you can use and nice balcony
It's a bit crowded in the dorms, but still comfortable

Very nice reception and lobby area. Clean bed with curtains and private light.
Too much noise from motorbikes and trucks/vans from the streets. Rooms not very spacious.
