Lovely, cosy, warm...

The host Giovanna is great! She was available for all the questions and made our stay as comfortable as possible. The location is perfect for someone travelling by car. We didn't have time to walk down the Arno to the center of the town, but I presume it's a lovely walk. Florence is great and one needs to come here at least a couple of times. I didn't plan on cooking, but the kitchen is so well equipped that I was inspired to cook! :)

A practical and smart place to stay in Florence.

Entering with a car, parking and staying in the center of Florence is not easy. That's why we decided to choose this hotel which is outside the center. At first we thought we made a mistake but it turned out to be a genius decision. The apartment (very large) is a twenty-minute bus ride or a fifteen-minute bike ride to the city center. The lovely bride of the place provides a pair of bicycles and it's just a wonderful trip along the river to all the attractions in the center. The apartment is clean and equipped with everything needed and of course there is parking next to the apartment which is a rare thing in Florence.

The furniture is a bit old and the bedroom could be improved but negligible compared to the advantages of the place and the charming landlady Giovanna.

A fabulous place to stay and visit Florence, Giovanna was very helpful and gave us advice on the buses. Cooking facilities perfect, has everything you need and more. Parking facilities

Very friendly host with a nice and fragrant apartment.

Miss Giovanna is very kind, loving and loves to help. The apartment is tidy, clean, nicely furnished, homey and smells very nice. Check-in and check-out time has adapted to our wishes, which is another big plus. The location of the apartment is excellent. The walk to the strict city center is aprox about 50 minutes (normal walk), however the access to the highway is therefore easier to reach if you want to visit other cities in Tuscany. It should be emphasized that next to the apartment there is also a bus station that runs directly to the city center (approx 20min to the city centre).

We used this place to visit all the beautiful cities in Tuscany (Florence, Lucca, Siena and Monterrigioni). The place was very big and de facilities where perfect. Private parking was also really nice behind a gate.

Giovanna is great host, we loved to stay in this apartment. We could easily walk to the city center by the river, and on the way back we took a bus, which was convenient, since the bus stop is really close to the property. Also there is a supermarket near by. The kitchen was very well equipped. Thanks for everything!

Giovanna is an incredibly warm, generous and open host! She greeted us so warmly and was always approachable for any question we had. One day we got very lucky and got to rent two bikes of hers with which we could ride into town. The apartment is decorated with love and care and you feel home right away.
