Bring the sunshine of your life to this sunny 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom getaway!. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and an ensuite bathroom boasting a huge jetted tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed while the third has a pair of twin beds, and they share a second full bathroom. A fully stocked kitchen is separated from the spacious living room by a breakfast bar with seating for three, and a kitchen table with room for six! The living room and master bedroom has the added luxury of window seats from which to read a favorite book, or simply daydream while gazing out the window. Each bedroom is outfitted with a flat-screen TV, while the living area has both a flat-screen and a DVD player for cozy nights in. The wrap-around balcony is accessible from the living room and master bedroom, and the full-length sliding-glass doors allow the sunlight to stream in all day!
This condo has a large corner balcony with a view of Center Street out to the beach boardwalk entrance. All of our condos have elevator access. Covered parking under the buildings is optional. This condo also offers washer and dryer, full kitchen with all full size appliances, linens, private WiFi connection, and cable.

Unit was a disappointment. Furniture and furnishings were worn and out dated. We found a hairball on side of cushion in couch. We found food debris under toaster. Bed coverings had stains. Just not what you expect for the money we paid.

Gull reef 611 faces Center Street with sheer curtains. No side view of ocean. Can’t sit on balcony because no table and chairs. The chairs provided are low to the ground and very old.

The property is amazing. My only two complaints are the dirty and sticky floors. The tiles are off white and the grout should be as well but the grout is black in high traffic areas (off white closer to the walls) and in need of a deep cleaning. There were long strands of blond human hair all over the unit. The hair was in places like the shower and on the floor so a good cleaning of the shower and rinsing of the walls, along with a good vacuum would have taken care of the hair issue. Other than the dirty floors and the hair, the unit was nice, in a nice location, convenient parking, a restaurant on the property and a short walk through the property to the pool and beach access. I would visit again after verifying that the dirty floor issue has been resolved and the hair issue has been taken care of.

Overall great stay! Kitchen was well appointed as were the bedrooms and bathrooms. The place was clean-except for the floors and air vent. The balcony was nice with a peek a boo view of the ocean. The pools were great with a lovely restaurant attached-to wet your whistle in the hot sun. Dog park was not The condo entrance was from a parking garage probably attributed to the dirt on the floors.

We enjoyed our stay. The only downside was the windows that faced out to the parking garage...People arguing and cussing and being extremely loud right outside our window late at night was aggravating....Otherwise we had a great trip.It is close to the beach and everyone was very nice and helpful.

Condo was spacious. We have three young kids and the kid room having 3 twin beds was a great feature. Kitchen had everything you’d need. Even though we didn’t bring our dog, I loved how the room had a dog kennel available. Couch was comfy. It was also nice having a washer/dryer in the room. It was chilly during our stay so the heated pool was very nice! We’d stay here again!

Our condo was a corner unit with view of the beach and ocean; easy walk to the beach; convenient parking. Visit was during Tropical Storm Ian Warning; we were fortunate to see strong winds with rain. The property management staff, Doreen, Stacey and Heather were very helpful at checking, during our visit, keeping us current with the weather and at checkout. Tybee Island was accessible within walking distance to local shops; beautiful sunrise and sunset beach strolls. Easy drive to enjoy Savannah historical district. We have stayed at Beachside Colony in the past and absolutely love it. This condo has a great location and is very easy to get to the beach. It is a very short walk. You can see the beach boardwalk from the balcony. It doesn't have a direct beach view which made the price more affordable for us. The condo was very clean and the housekeeping staff were wonderful. The onsite office is nearby and we loved stopping by to get recommendations for restaurants and island activities. We would definitely recommend this condo and plan to come back in the winter this year.

The condo was so gross. Food on beds, dirty floors, and no fitted sheets. Pillows and mattresses were stained. The kitchen was not stocked well. The bunk bed room was so bad with food all over the bed, was never cleaned. Kids didnt even stay in it. Everything in there is old. rugs on floors were gross. Stacey the manager was so rude, grabbed stuff out of my hand when I was trying to explain what was wrong. Said " I know how to read". She said she would not tell me who her manager was because she didnt have to tell me. She rolled her eyes. I said I guess we will leave. She said when are you leaving, what time. I am on vacation and she treated us horrible. She really should not be working there in customer service. She never apologized for anything. I would like to know who her boss is still. She is awful. The list I asked for never even was completed. I spent 1000s to stay and it was not worth it. We have stayed at Beachside 2 other times and it was great. Wont be back, needs new management.

The location is great, however the floors were filthy. We called the desk and they had some come to "clean" them again - they weren't much better than prior and they left a huge pile of bait next to the bed.
For what they charge for cleaning I should not have had dirty feet.

Fine accommodations. Perfect place if you are out and about alot and need a place to shower & rest your head. On-site restaurant is great and the pool was nice too, though slightly undersized. We enjoyed and will be back someday.

When we arrived we could not enter the room for almost an hour. The office said they would send a code, but did not. The place was so fiflty our feet turned black just walking across the floor. Most of the outlets would not hold a plug either. The sliding door was broken to the front room deck which was very inconvenient. All the drawers to furniture in the master were broken and not usable. The master tub was black with filth and we cleaned it, the jets were full of mold and could not be used. There was no dustpan, so we bought one. There was not enough flatware to last a day. The beds were sandy and some of the sheets had stains. For as much as we paid we were dissapointed to say the least.

Within a few minutes with bare feet the bottom of our feet were black. We complained to property manager and she sent two cleaning ladies who brought a mop and some spray stuff while we waited on the balcony. Seemed clean after that but again with a little while our feet were dirty again. They must be using some really weak cleaning products . Very gross !!!

Clean and perfect for our 4 adults, 3 kids, and small dog. Small but very clean pools with restaurant/bar attached, we enjoyed pina coladas while watching the kids swim! Easy walkable access to the beautiful beach and a short drive to the downtown area. We would definitely stay here again!
