Great location, clean hotel, easy stay!

Beautifully clean with spacious bathroom and essential amenities. We enjoyed the substantial and delicious “hikers breakfast” on our last day. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Location is right in the centre of Valldemossa so very convenient - the hotel is very peaceful and quiet, and close to multiple parking options.

Agradável estadia

Agradável estadia na pequena cidade de Valldemossa. O quarto é espaçoso, no primeiro piso, com duas camas individuais. Banheiro amplo e com ótimas instalações. O estacionamento é bem próximo do hotel, então tranquilo para parar o carro e levar as malas até lá. Gostei que havia uma máquina de café na recepção. O self-check-in foi fácil, sem problemas.

Nada a destacar como ponto negativo. Apenas que poderia ter uma sinalização melhor do lado de fora para fins de localização. Aos viajantes, informo que não há muitas opções de restaurante na cidade, então se for jantar por lá, bom reservar antes.

La persona que fa l'atenció molt trempada i sol•lícita. Les instal.lacions són còmodes, hi ha una sala a l'entrada amb un sofà, televisió, cafetera i escalfador d'aigua a disposició. Allotjament ben situat, en carrer molt tranquil. Llits i coixins còmodes, bany net i polit.

Et veldig koselig hotell med velutstyrt baderom. Det var rent og kvinnen som møtte oss i resepsjonen på morgenen var veldig hyggelig. Valuta for pengene og over all forventning.

Var litt kronglete og finne, samt at det ikke var åpen resepsjon når vi kom på kvelden.

Perfect place to stop when visiting Valldemossa.

Raluca was such a lovely, chatty and accommodating host. Our room was super clean, the beds very comfortable and of course - the location was picturesque and perfect. We will try and visit again when we pass through Valledemosa next year.

Not much I would change, except maybe adding some colour to the room. Maybe a feature wall where the headboard is or something? Other than that suggestion - cannot complain about anything!

Amazing hotel with lovely staff in the Centre of Valldemossa

The Hotel was right in the centre of Valldemossa making it very easy to wander out for dinner, drinks and the shop. Raluca was extremely helpful and always checked each morning how our day had been and if we needed anything. No key access made it easy for late check in (which we needed) and one less thing to take out or too the beach.

Fantastic small hotel, well situated with a great host.

The property is extremely well situated, we had breakfast which was excellent and lots of it. Our host Raluca was lovely and extremely attentive and friendly. Great facilities in the room, with an unusual toilet.

A lovely place to stay in the centre of Valdemossa with a very nicely appointed room and facilities.

it’s very central to Valdemossa and convenient for shops and cafés. nicely appointed and we liked being able to eat our own food downstairs. The staff member who helped us was very friendly and proactive, making us feel completely at home and comfortable.

Having stayed in another establishment in Valldemossa a few nights before, and 4 other hotels in Mallorca, this hotel wa

Location was good. The manger was wonderful and very helpful - went out of her way to help us.

Room was small and hot - could not get air conditioner to work. Booked a room with a view and looked onto apartments across the road. Nowhere to sit and relax with some privacy.

Nice hotel, just make sure you don't get the ground floor room

This hotel is very well located in the city center and its architecture is very nice, inside and outside. The staff is very friendly.

Our room - ground floor - was very disapointing: no sunlight and no window except a small one with a view on a hotel storage, big water pipes and noisy machines. If we had been informed of this prior booking, we would never chose to stay there.

Comfortable, quiet and with friendly staff.

Very easy check-in, very friendly staff, great communication, well equipped bathroom, quite and comfortable room. The hotel is 2min walk from the bus stop which connects the village with Palma de Majorca ( the bus took 30min).

The rooms don't have individual irons but the ironing board and the iron were made available immediately upon request by the reception team members.

great and central place. very clean and in an amazing romantic location.

it’s central and very clean. The lady that was hosting us was very kind and helpful and helped us warm up our breakfast every day.

what I would recommend to improve is the kitchen area downstairs. if there would be a microwave and a small fridge it would make people a bit more independent of having breakfast at the hotel. it was by the way not a show stopper. since we could eat breakfast there and warm things up with help of the staff.

Valldemossa, start of our short trip to Mallorca - it was just wonderful also thanks to hotel Marton

breakfast is not being served at this moment you can make use of the hotel facilities, coffee/tea is available for free, plates, cups, glases ....just everything to prepare breakfast, moreover you can sit outside in front of the property and enjoy the morning sun... and as an extra service - the Lady how takes care of everything - Raluca - supports you with everything, even prepares the coffee, she is just a wonderful person ....you just have to relax...
