Lost potential. Lacking comfort and attention to detail.

The location is fine, about 15 minutes walk to the main square. Going to the square is down the hill, which means coming back is up the hill. We are very fit so it was fine for us but some older people might struggle a bit.

Considering the rental price the property is very poorly equipped. They advertise themselves as luxury homes, but I would give them maximum 2 to 3 stars. First of all, there isn't even a hair dryer provided, which is pretty much a basic requirement. Even basic hostels provide hair dryers. When we contacted the management on arrival and reported that there was no hair dryer - winter, cold outside, how is one supposed to dry their hair? The response form the management was - "Well, we don't provide hair dryers and no one so far complained about it! " that's unacceptable and not good enough reason for such response. The house is advertised with fully equipped kitchen, but the house, which sleeps 8, had only strictly 8 plates, 8 spoons, and 8 forks. There was not even 1 extra serving plate or a bowl, so really difficult to prepare and serve meal. Also not enough pans etc, I can't imagine family with kids being able to manage in this kitchen. No coffee cups either. We were there during Christmas holiday and we called the management and asked for extra kitchen/table wear, - they did help by bringing extra plates and bowls and kitchen towel. It was nice of them, but we shouldn't be going through the stress of calling, complaining, asking etc after paying a rather premium price for this property. The main issues were the beds, all single and really small, uncomfortable mattresses and pillows. I assume they are the cheapest options available. Like kids beds. There was only 1 Towel supplied per person and not new or fluffy, rather small, old and thin. It is attention to details that is so terribly lacking in the property. There is no consideration for guests comfort. Great location, nicely build houses but it feels like a wasted potential. It could have been so much more. Despite the location, we were disappointed. We had higher expectations because of the price we paid and how the property is being positioned on Booking.

Very close to main square (500m walk up the hill) but very secluded, quiet, in the morning you only hear birds etc. Spacious rooms. Clean barhrooms.
