About this house rental

This four level townhouse, with over 2200 square feet, comfortably sleeps eight in four bedrooms and has 3.5 baths. This beautiful home offers something for everyone. From lake and mountain views with many attractions just around the corner to a private association beach steps from the back patio, this is a place where memories are made.

BEDROOMS - Four levels offering lots of space and privacy! The finished basement contains a queen bedroom and full bath as well as an additional full bed in the family room area - perfect spot for kids who are night owls. On the second level, there is a queen master bedroom with AC & private bath. The other bedroom on the second level has a full bed and twin bunks. This room also has an AC unit. Another full bath rounds out this floor. The fourth floor semi-private loft has two twin beds and is perfect for kids. It is open to the second level & has an open staircase.
*This loft space is open and has a window, skylight and fan for ventilation as well as new portable AC unit.*

MAIN SPACES - This private end unit with lots of light makes it ideal for families or groups of adults wanting a getaway. The main living level offers a half bath, lots of closet space and a deck with gorgeous views off the living area. On this first level, you will find a large open living space, fully stocked kitchen with a breakfast peninsula and large dining table that seats 6. A dishwasher and microwave add to all the comforts of home. In the basement, there is a large finished basement family room with wood stove, a TV and lots of space for lounging!

AMENITIES - A separate laundry room with a new washer and dryer make it easy to do a quick load of wet towels and bathing suits. A downstairs extra living space is a great place for teens to hang out and watch a movie or access the green space through a large slider and patio. Three kayaks and a paddle board are available to renters as well as lawn games and the grill on the lower level patio.

Whether enjoying a glass of wine as the sun sets or watching your children play on the expansive yard, this patio, and the deck above it, will soon be your favorite place to relax. The soft sand of the lake will beckon you to put your feet in the water or take a dip. With over 500 feet of private beach just feet from your backdoor, you may never leave the compound. There are plenty of beach chairs, a wagon and floats for your use in the patio closet.

Situated between North Conway and Lake Winnipesaukee, activity abounds in Ossipee. From hiking Mount Chocorua to sliding down the natural rock slides of Diana’s Baths, the outdoors are waiting for you. Lots of mountain activities in the summer can be found at Attitash, Cranmore and King Pine! Hiking, swimming, boating, fishing, antiquing, leaf peeping and just plain relaxing all can be found here. Explore rivers that dump into Ossipee Lake and swing off the rope swings as you kayak by. Find the Ossipee sandbar and join the locals as they play a friendly game of volleyball knee deep in the clean Ossipee water.

We enjoyed this spacious and well kept property. It overlooks a grassy square and the lake. Light enters from 3 sides. There were plenty of cooking implements for making family meals, dishes and platters galore. The kayaks were a nice touch. Our hosts were responsive and not intrusive. I would recommend this property to any group of more than 3.

We had a great time hanging out at this condo. There was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked and having a dishwasher was wonderful. We only had one small problem with the TV and our awesome host Kristin responded immediately and she and my husband fixed the problem in no time! The location was beautiful, a very quiet neighborhood and the water views were fabulous! The weather wasn’t all that great, but there were plenty of games to play and a walk along the water was wonderful! I would definitely recommend staying here!

This is a very comfortable and spacious condo that is less than a minute's walk to the beach. Very quiet and beautiful area. Lots of activities for everyone including swimming, lawn games, TV/video games, a nice kitchen for cooking and a spacious living area for playing board games or chatting. Very pleasant deck for eating outside and lovely views. Would highly recommend staying here, and would definitely stay again. Remember you need to bring your own sheets and towels.

It is a beautifully appointed and comfortable condo with views of lake Ossipee. The kitchen has everything you will need. Master bedroom very comfortable and a great shower. Well furnished. Very clean and has the conveniences you need. We were by ourselves but it is spacious for a larger group. The owner was always responsive.

Lots of space for everyone - 5 adults and one 4-year-old - three generations. Plenty of room for everyone. Beautiful view of the lake and great green space to play lawn games. We have extended family who lives next door so it was a great place for us to vacation and spend time with family. We'll be back again.

Our vacation rental started off great. Kristin was in contact with us a number of times to talk us through the process and to make sure we knew exactly what was going on. She even was willing to tell us that we were able to check in early due to scheduling! We arrived and immediately loved the condo. The layout was spread out over 4 floors with ample room for everyone. There were 7 of us and everyone got to choose their own space and there were still rooms/beds left over. The place was clean and inviting, with local décor and great view of the property. Our stay only got better. The information that was left (things to do, places to eat) was helpful for dinner the first night. After investigating, we went out the slider and played one of a number of lawn games (corn hole, wiffle ball) that we were thrilled to see provided. It was good to see the family all join in for laughing and fun. A number of games were provided in the main living area and were enjoyed immensely. The lake was also cool and refreshing, and the paddle board was a hit (along with the kayaks). Our stay could not have been better and we thank Kristin for our great vacation!

4 adults and 3 small children spent 6 nights. The condo was very comfortable and allowed for everyone to have their own space. Owners were very responsive and forthcoming of information as needed. Owners put a lot of thought into making their property feel like our home for the week (family games, all necessary kitchen supplies, new washer/dryer, fresh linens and a complete check-in/check-out guide of the property and suggested things to do/see/eat while in town). Year round neighbors also very friendly. Great place if you are looking to rent on Lake Ossipee!

We had two families (total of 4 adults and 4 kids) and the condo had plenty of space and everything we needed. Location couldn't be beat (close to and nice view of the lake as well as the open green space for games). Kristin was very helpful and responsive throughout the entire process as well. We would certainly recommend and return.

A great house!

We had a wonderful time at this house and the owner Kristin was super helpful. The house was clean and check in was easy. The neighbors are friendly too! The view from the house and at the lake was gorgeous. I can’t say enough good things about this place and our stay. Definitely recommend. A note: if traveling here with young kids, bring 2-3 gates to block the stairs as there are a lot of levels.
