Gate entry won’t shut Front screen door won’t close Toilet seat in main needs tightening Smoke alarm not replaced since 2016 Battery beeping 2 deliveries whilst there and one disappeared from in house Toaster not working Electrical output near bin not working Light in bathroom flickering Oven doesn’t work as you can’t read settings and no manual to refer to. Plant in garage scratched car & one person Bed in studio unsafe and unstable The owner accessed the property and walked through a number of times to walk her dogs in full view of the outdoor bath. Head down and did not look at us. Manager said it was a friend who didn’t know the house was booked but we had our 2 cars in the carport that she walked straight past. Very disappointing experience in multiple ways!

Lovely home in perfect location in Byron! Vibrant and home with charm. Some things requiring maintenance, but we had everything we needed and the space was clean and welcoming.

Nice place but beds, stove top and coffee making machine could be significantly better.

The house was rented by our 18 year old daughters. The girls had a wonderful stay and wouldn't hesitate to book this accommodation again.

The owner of this property has no interest in anything except taking a customer’s money (and lots of it too). He reaped a few days worth out of my family and I and it is very sad when a person has to stoop to those levels for some cash. Paul, if your situation was so desperate we would have donated money, you did not have to stoop to such sad, opportunistic levels. We feel very sorry for greedy philistines like this. Stay away from this person and his two properties and his ‘antiques’. He is a sad, little conman and it is very pathetic someone has to go to such desperate measures to make money. Well done Paul, you’ve outdone yourself.

Thank you so much for allowing our young men to stay at your property to celebrate the end of year 12. You were very accommodating to the whole group and a great communicator. The boys had a fantastic time. thanks again.

The house is situated in a quiet lane with very little through traffic so it was very peaceful. It is only a short walk to the centre of Byron and also to the beach. We had our dog with us so it was great to be able to take him to Belongil Beach which is beautiful and dog friendly. The house and garden are as in the photos and the kitchen is very well equipped. We had a lovely relaxing stay here and would recommend the property to other families.
