About this house rental
House of 180 m2, fully renovated in 2016, located in a residential area, very quiet dead end.
Independent house, air-conditioned with a pool of 9x5, garden of about 900 m2, table tennis, gas griddle, garden furniture.
Near the village of Villeneuve Les Avignon where you will like to stroll through its pretty streets, its craft market on Thursday and its flea market on Saturday, 3km from Avignon, near the sea and the Camargue, Saint Remy de Provence, the island on the Sorgue, the Pont du Gard, Arles, Mont Ventoux and the Luberon range.
Our home has 2 parental suites, one in DRC and the other on the floor, 2 rooms with double beds, SDB, 3 toilets and a buanderie.
WIFI access, flat screen TV.
Option: possibility to rent linen (sheets): 15 € per bed
Final cleaning of 80 €.
Deposit of 1500 € to pay on arrival.
Small shops at 500 m (Bakery, Pharmacy, Grocery, Catering, Restaurants ....)
