Very good

The apartment was very especions and beautiful. The location was espetacular.

The microwave is in bad condition. The carpet was very dirty, no soap in the bathroom and kitchen, the toilet paper was old, the shower curtain was dirty, although it was replaced when I called about it, and also the toilet seat was fixed when I called.

the agents were quite rude and accused me of lying when I told them that there wasn’t any hot water. it took 4 days to f

the location, spacious.

there was no hot water or heating for 4 days. the agent intimidated that I was a liar when I told them it wasn’t working. the boiler had an alarm. my main issue was their attitude. the location is great but I’ll never stay there again because of their attitude

I would NOT go there for a second time

The apprtment is nice

The place made us wait for keys for more than a hour at the cold and didnt answer the phones. Made us chaise them and we lost a day because of this They wrote that thay have free parking. They showed the parking but i had to pay 9 euro for that when it was supposed to be free. And when contacting them about it they didn't even reply. Not recommended because of really bad customer experience

Despite the trouble with the garage / parking place we liked our trip to Lisboa.

close to the airport and good connection to the city

We received 3 keys for the flat and front door, but no remote control for the Garage / Parking place. So we could not use the garage place which we had booked. The reception could not help us.

It's hard to say single good word about the homing group.

Terrible contact with homing.pt group. I called them hundred of times but only few calls has been pick up. I lost almost 2 hrs to get the keys. No one waiting for me till finally someone pickup the call. There was no remote control to garage. I get promised that can park at street and will get refund of the cost. I must install special pay app for it and use it every 4 hours.!! At the end they not refund the cost of that ( till today). Double bedroom has the terrible mattress.

Good

Nice spacious apartmant with a nice balcony, where you can see the sea. Supermarket close by,

Key collection is really a hazzle, You have to take the metro to another part of town to get the key in a "welcome center" (even though my booking said they would bring it to the apartment). They mostly don´t answer your emails.

Great location, but property needs revamping and key collection logistics need serious re-thinking.

Great location

Despite asking to have someone to meet us at the property with the keys as we were travelling with two young children and be told that could be arranged a month before our holiday, on the day they asked us to get the keys from the office which was 20 minutes away in a taxi or public transport. Not impressed. Aside the issue with key collection, the property was really run down and in need of attention which was disappointing considering what we paid. We also had no Wifi or TV for the first day of our stay

Disappointing, over priced, poor maintenance and poor hosting from Management company

location, spacious

we hot no hot water for 2 days. Repaired twice in a morning but immediately failed again. Floor was dangerous in bedroom (laminates lifting) and in bathroom (screw visible). sink plugs didn’t work. Balcony furniture and chairs grubby. No response from agent after we complained about failure and requested a refund

Very good

Fresh modern apartment, well located and loads of space

Engagement with the agency, had to go to city center to collect the keys, luckily had a car but can only imagine doing it carrying luggage around back and forward. My deposit took 4 days to be returned after no one replied to my emails and messages. One angry call sorted it tho.

perfect for the sunrise

the entire apt is immaculate, close to the cable car among the Altice Arena, Oceanrio and Vasco de Gama.

Far from the city center... appx 30 mins by bus (#728) which doesn’t have a time schedule really so you never know how long you’re going to wait.
