Location. Access to Little Glen Lake. Use of kayaks and paddle board. Staff was very friendly and helpful with a small issue with TV
3.5
Great location right in Sleeping Bear Dunes. Expensive for a room but clean and comfortable and worth it to be close to the reserve.
Lovely private jetty for swimming or kayaking right on the lake.
Tv didn’t work but not a problem for us as we only wanted to catch the news for 10 mins.
3.5
Lake access and equipment was a big plus. Beautiful, shallow and clear lake that my kids loved.
See through curtain in bathroom window and old, scratched mirror need replacement.

All the amenities they had to offer were great. Loved the SUP boards/kayaks, and fire pit with corn hole and volleyball.
4.5
Great place to stay, room was extra clean, comfy bed. The bathroom got super hot and bath door didn't stay open but the positives outweighed any negative. Short walk to one of the prettiest lakes in Michigan, such clear water, sandy bottom!! Great location to dunes and Empire/Glen Arbor. Can't wait to stay here again!!!!
Bathroom got so hot and we had to prop bath door open.

It was a quaint setting with unexpected amenities including canoe and kayak use at the reserved beach area.

Loved the location and the access to the beautiful Glen Lake!! Being able to kayak, paddle boarding and swim in the clean lake was the best part of the trip!

We didn't get breakfast no breakfast is included.
My shower in our room was as wide as my daughter, smaller than a rv shower! Can't complain water was hot at least. Over priced for our queen/double room it didn't come with a microwave.

TTlocationisvery good, just a few minutes drive to sleeping bear dunes。They give us very helpful information, so we saw the gorgeous sunset, you must not miss it!check in and out is simple. There is a coffee machine and refrigerator in it.
washroom is small

Location , peaceful , rural.
Sadly the handicapped room #4 had a bed at least 4 ft.from the floor & I could not get into the bed ...I had to sleep on the uncomfortable pull out bed. My sleeping experience was horrible !Why would you put such an elevated bed in a handicap room?... it's dangerous!

There was no breakfast, but every room is equipped with reasonable coffee machine, refrigerator, and microwave. Location is great for nature lovers, but you need a car/bike to go shopping; the nearest shop, I think, is 2-3 miles away; the Bear Dune scenic overlook drive is closer. Rooms are log-cabin style, the bed was comfy. The lake and the beach with the view of the dune climb on the other shore is just here. Also, check-in is between 3-7pm, but the staff may just leave a room unlocked (with a key inside) if you're coming off hours. And the whole place is totally calm.
The shower cabin was really small

Didn't have, went to local eatery in Glen Arbor-Arts. Was very good!
Room was very clean and neat. My 2 disappointments, no hair dryer and a comfortable chair to sit in! Had to sit on the bed.
2.5
Quiet area close to Sleeping Bear Dunes. Bed was comfortable and TV had many channels.
Staircase to our room was steep & steps were narrow (we are in our 70's) I believe their in a caveat online about that, however, but didn't realize it would be THAT steep. We were told upon arrival that a "jar of apple cider vinegar was in room as there was a large fruit fly hatching recently"!! They weren't kidding as we killed many and not appetizing when you're trying to eat. Room needed a lot of updating as sliding door to dangerous looking balcony had no screen and furniture was plastic chairs (not comfortable) and overhanging vines (dead & alive).
3.5
Quiet, clean.
Need a hair dryer in room.
Pillows thin.

How close it was to Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore. Quietness and peacefulness.
Check in and check out -- a little confusion since I did not get a text message ahead of time but got as I was traveling to Empire. The lock on the door stuck when trying to open it and maybe another lock on the lock just for security.

Location near the lake.
Way overpriced, but the season likely meant it was triple priced.

The location is great. Access to Little Glen lake is amazing with the use of the beach with kayaks and paddleboards. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The fire pit in the back of the hotel was the perfect way to finish off the day with smores.
There wasn't anything we didn't like. The decor is not new and updated, however, that is part of the charm.
4.5
The location was close to everything we wanted to see around Sleeping Bear Dunes. The available activities in the back of the facility (play structure, beach volleyball, cornhole, etc.) and access to Glen Lake with kayaks, paddleboard, and canoe to use were an added bonus that allowed us to still have fun on our down time back at the room. The room was very clean when we got there and check in/check out were very easy. Wifi worked great for us.
We could've used some additional chairs at the table in the room--there were only two. But it was only a minor inconvenience.

location was amazing!!
nothing!

The location was nice because you could easily walk to the Little Glenn Arbor Lake where their was a motel dock with kayaks and canoes to take out. Plus you could just go for a swim. Also liked not being in the very crowded downtown area.

M22 Inn was a great place to stay. Check in was super easy. Our room was clean and beds were comfy. We would definitely stay here again.

location
The room smelled bad. Staff left towels under the toilet and sink to absorb water from an apparant leak or leaks. The bed spreads where tattered and smelled dirty. The "curtains" were very wrinkled. Coffee pot did not work.
2.0
There was no breakfast. Location was ok.
The place is one step up from camping. Overpriced for what it is. No black-out curtains and cheap bedding. No housekeeping either. Wouldn't recommend this place nor would we ever stay there again. The place doesn't even have a sign out front. Hard to find. Needslots of upgrades
4.5
good location, nice accommodations.
light in room was too dim. you need to add more light.
4.5
We met the caretaker upon arrival he was very nice . Gave us some suggestions for places to eat during our stay and they were all reasonable and the food was amazing.
The air in the room could have been cooler or if the one window had a screen we could have opened the extra window.
4.5
Excellent bed with good blankets
The refrigerator made a very loud whiney noise
