A good stay!

The close proximity to the Partition museum and walkable distance to the Golden temple. Restaurant food is decent and one can easily access other restaurants in and around 50 metres from this hotel. Staff were helpful and kind, good mobile internet network in case someone wants to work from home. Hot water and room heater 24*7 are major major plus points which one wouldn't find in small or regular hotels.

Wifi is bit slow so choose higher floors if you want to work. A slight upgrade in toiletries would definitely help. These minute things only, rest everything was really worth the stay.

Good food, low cleanliness and horrible location

Food was very good and staff/ service was good. Parking was available.

Location is just middle of a very small street (only 10 ft road), overcrowded with walking people, rickshaw, e-rickshaw. Getting there was a big challenge with xuv 500 like car. 2 small dents and 2 hours time to cover 50 meter distance. Even hotel manager told that there was another way but we checked in the morning it was same as mentioned above. So overall location and getting there was a real challenge. Secondly, room provided was not upto the mark in comparison to the charges levied. Very small and cleanliness was not upto the mark.

Only location is good else very bad property And charges are high and they written 28 sqmt room but i think its not more than 20 sqmt

Awesome stay

We found hotel to be in perfect location if your main purpose is to visit Harmandar sahib. Clean room. Friendly staff. Very attentive service and service with smile at all times. Good one😍

we were not allowed to check-in and therefore we did not stayed in the hitel. We arrived around 1400 Hrs and we were told by hotel staff that there is water leakage problem. And for this reason , the booking stays cancelled. They did not arrange anything and were very rude. They did not ring us, nit did they informed us in advance! Very poor staff, not listening and arrogant and complete chaos at hotel

Except the location noting is worth liking . The breakfast was ok ok .

Everything from the word go. No parking ( which they claim they have, Its abasement parking with a 45-degree angle ). The staff does not bother about the guest especially the lady in the reception, TOwels are yellow not white. Rooms unclean. Washroom walls dirty. Bedsheets n bedspreads dirty, Only stay if here if u have Zero expectations and are ok with sub-standard living. All plates n tea cups in the restaurant are chipped as wek

Disappointing.

Location is good, close to Partition museum and a short walk to the golden temple. Pretty cheap.

We stayed in this hotel previously but it has clearly gone downhill. The first room we were shown was very small and had no shower. We were given another room which was better, but there were no towels and it took three requests and half a day to get some. Shower floor wasn’t very clean, not all the lights worked. Generally the whole room was very shabby.

The whole stuff was soo welcoming, polite and helpful. I got support to organise my journey in and around Amritsar, including booking my train ticket. Especially, I want to thank Ritika, who helped me to accomodate my father in law at another hotel and recommended nice bridal shops near by.
