Great location, clean, and beautiful views!

Awesome location and large condo—-perfect for family/friend gatherings but mattresses not comfortable and the condo is dated. High ceilings and light fixtures need considerable cleaning. Views are amazing but very very bright so plan on getting up with the sun! Great location and close in to town for walking for coffee or a meal. Private pool and beach and hot tub were great! Lovely to have your own outdoor kitchen. But need to reserve in advance. All in all, I’d stay again.

As always, seasons didn’t disappoint. Great condo by the lake, steps from downtown. Our kids love the pool, beach, and hot tub.

Gorgeous views, well equipped.

There was no disclosure on the listing about 50 trains a day going by and shaking the unit. All day all night
The unit was not clean. Dirty patio area we cleaned when we arrived The bedding is old and needs to be replaced For the cost of the unit we expected more
With that. It’s a pretty view out the front of condo. We happened to hit the fires from Canada so put a damper in our excursions. I really think the issues with trains and noise should be disclosed to anyone renting

They place is beautiful. It’s a bit dated. No smart tv no remote access. Have to physically get a key from a different location. Also can’t park your boat trailer. All very difficult and unwelcoming for a lake town. Have to contact another company for boat slip. Lots of hoops.

We loved staying here!! It was perfect for my family!! Hope to come again!

We loved it! The washing machine was broken and we were refunded $150 for that however we weren’t notified of that until we were almost to the resort. We drove 10 hours to get there and packed very light knowing that we had a washing machine so that was unfortunate. The only other complaint was that the curtains to cover the windows overlooking the lake were broken so the sun rise would wake you up at 4am. It was beautiful to get up and watch but as a light sleeper I was tired by the end of the week.
Other than those two minor things it was wonderful! I read other reviews about the train; yes it is right behind the building. You can see it and feel it when it comes by but it wasn’t a bother to us at all. The location is amazing and is Walking distance to everything. The kids had a blast. Will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay! We spent most of our three days in the condo and on the property due to rain, but we loved it. Yes, the train is right there... but we knew that and brought fans and ear plugs. It wasn't that bad. The view was gorgeous. I would rent this home again.

We loved the easy walk into town, the hot tub & pool. It was a quick drive to Schweitzer. The condo had a great layout and views.
4.4
Great location, easy check in. Negatives were garbage disposal was inop, toaster didn’t function properly, several lightbulbs out and not a lot of supplies. ManagementOwner need to pay more attention to unit for such a nice unit/facility.

The view was beautiful and the trains are loud.

Fabulous condo right along the lake and a block to downtown restaurants and shops.

I’ll tell you what this had everything for us. A lake obviously. A beach. A pool for our son to swim around in while not on the boat. The unit was great. A tad dated but let’s face it you’re not in there much. However they could have done a better job of cleaning as the very high ceilings had lots of cobwebs. Same with the outdoor deck. For some that’s a deal breaker. To us it was what it was.

This is a beautiful place. It is so close to downtown where there are many great restaurants and shops. The deck has a gorgeous view. The beds were very comfortable. Our only complaint is too much light let in so early in the morning. The king suite is gorgeous and so big. It is like a loft that looks down to the living room. It has sliding frosted windows to close at night but the 2 story walls in the living room has a window with no window covering facing the king suite. This window faces east so the early morning sun comes right into the bedroom very early. If that window had an automatic window covering it would be an absolutely perfect place and I would have given it 5 stars.

Great unit, as advertised. Tons and tons of space and parking. 30 minute drive to the top of the mountain. Kids loved the heated pool and hot tub. Fitness room is not as big is the picture but still nice and sufficient. Five minute walk to downtown.

Great views and close to town. But the train that goes by every 15 minutes every night that seems to rattle the building is so loud. The carpets are pretty dirty and need to be deep cleaned.
Also, we got hit with a $115 charge from VRBO along with all the charges from vacasa.
I would NOT stay there again due to the lack of sleep for our three nights and the surprise add on charge from VRBO.

We absolutely loved our stay: the pool and private beach was fantastic and we loved being able to walk into town. We loved having a deck large enough for all of us to sit on at one time. The property is fairly quiet (or at least it was when we were there). There were a few minor issues that prevented me from giving this 5 stars:
1. While it was a simple process to pick up the keys, once we were on the property, it was a bit confusing to find the front desk. We were told we had to get parking passes from the front desk in order to park in the parking lot however, the front desk closed at 4pm. Given that we can't even check in until 4pm it seems a bit inconvenient to have the front desk close at 4pm.
2. It would be really helpful to have a welcome packet or something inside the condo. We were informed, after we went into the pool, that we needed bracelets in order to be in the pool or on the beach. This was not mentioned in any of the communication. (And, we needed to get the bracelets from the front desk ... which was closed.)
3. This is mentioned in other reviews but it's definitely worth mentioning ... the train! We knew it was going to be loud because others had mentioned it but it's definitely a bit of a bummer although it wouldn't prevent us from staying there again. I think it's just something to be aware of, especially in the middle of the night.
4. Another minor issue was that there wasn't a net available at the pool. One evening we wanted to go swimming and the pool was covered in bugs. We would have been happy to skim the bugs out ourselves but there wasn't a net.
Overall the property is wonderful and a perfect size for our party. If a few of these minor issues are addressed, it would be a 5-star property.

The condo was great, our family of 7 (basically all adults) was comfortable and the location is perfect to downtown shopping and dock to the lake just outside! We rented a pontoon boat from Sandpoint water Sports and we’re extremely happy with their service. A storm rolled in and so it was unsafe to take the boat out (we are not experienced boaters) and they let us either reschedule or refund our money! Talk about a company that cares about their customer’s safety and doing what is right! Overall - we are very happy with our vacation choices…been a blast!

The condo is absolutely beautiful and is just as it is shown in the pictures. The view is incredible, the unit is clean, the kitchen is stocked with the basics tools and appliances you need if you plan to cook. Not only is the unit fantastic, but the location is equally as great. You have access to the great facilities at the resort - but are also close to a huge public park and beach if you want additional people watching. Easily walkable to many restaurants and shops.

This unit has the most incredible views of the lake and mountains. The master suite and bath are spacious and the living space is very comfortable. We vacillated giving between 3 and 4 stars, mostly because of the train (it runs all hours of the day/night and shakes the unit). The TVs are a bit outdated and the unit could use a new coffee pot. We gave it 4 stars because Vacasa promptly and fairly addressed other issues that arose during our stay.

Awesome Lake Vacation
Great location - short walk to town.
Dock girls very helpful & pleasant.

Great facilities but needs maintenance/upgrade
We rented 2 units at Seasons at Sandpoint because we had a relatively large group. One through Vacasa and the other directly. The facilities were great. Clean beach and use of beach chairs. Also the pool/hot tub and grilling areas were never too crowded. We were told we had to supply our own beach towels, but upon arriving there were 4 towels labeled hot tub towels. They really need to supply beach towels since the other units do. The kitchen supplies were just barely adequate so we kept our cooking very simple. The rugs were stained and dirty. The master bath was very moldy smelling in the shower and water backed up immediately when turning on the faucet. The decor is quite dated but not as bad as some of the lake houses we’ve stayed at. We give the facilities 5 stars but the unit 3 stars.

Loved the ammenities and the resort feel
Our family of 7 spent the past week in this condo. We loved the location and layout of this property. We took advantage of the pool/hot tub area, private beach, fitness room and private dock...each exceeded our expectations. The resort is well maintaned and has a very relaxing vibe. Access to Lake Pend Orielle is very easy and it is fun to be close to downtown Sandpoint as well. Overall we were very pleased with the property, it fit our needs very well and it was great value for our money. I don't think you can beat it for all that is offered. Two things that are not mentioned in the listing that would be useful to know are first, the proximity to the Amtrak station. It didn't bother us but there are trains coming and going all day. The second is, we were driving our SUV with a Thule box and we were too tall to clear the parking garage. In this instance you can choose to get a permit to park outside or we just took our box off for the week we were there.

Great Location
Very comfortable. Great views. Nice amenities. Access limited, only through garage, but otherwise no complaints.

Beautiful views and excellent location!
We thoroughly enjoyed the condo with its views, ideal location, swimming pool, beach, hit tub etc.. The only drawback was large windows with no curtains to block out the light so the sun woke us up every morning at 4:30 - no sleeping in to a reasonable wake up time for the master bedroom or loft!
4.4
Perfect for a group.
Great accommodations. Convenient walking distance to town.

Vacation at the Seasons
