This lovely renovated beachside condo comes with granite countertops, luxury vinyl flooring and upgraded furniture. Located within steps of beautiful Cocoa Beach (2 min walk to the sand and surf). Tastefully decorated for your enjoyment and appointed in a "don't worry, be happy" relaxing beach style, with parking for 2 cars. Perfect for snowbirds, families and professionals.

This is a fully furnished condo with new queen size beds and new TVs in the bedrooms. Linens, towels, iron & board, beach chairs, and cooler are all included. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen including utensils, pots & pans, bowls, plates, coffee maker, blender and toaster. Appliances include a refrigerator, oven/range, microwave oven, and dishwasher. Laundry facilities are available on each level.

The latest amenities - 3 new 55" Smart HDTVs in the living room and bedrooms , DVD player, and high speed 100GB Wi-Fi. Perfect for professionals.

Enjoy a large terrace on each floor with a cozy lounge area overlooking the manicured grounds with tropical foliage.. I Had the pleasure of meeting Anna. She is such a wonderful soul. The stay was well worth the money spent. It felt like home away from home. The beach is in walking distance and the property is very close to shopping malls and restaurants as well as the Port and other establishments that provide entertainment while on your stay.

We picked this place for our quick family getaway to see the Kennedy Space Center. The area is great with restaurants and the beach in walking distance (good for watching a 5:15 am rocket launch!). The condo was clean and having the beach chairs and towels accessible was a huge bonus.

Everything exceeded our expectations. The property was immaculate. It had everything we needed for our vacation. Updated and comfortable, TVs in all the room, all appliances and more! Owners were outstanding and so easy to work with.

Enjoyed meeting the owner, Anna, she was so helpful! She gave us some tips on dining options close by. The restaurants she recommended were wonderful. The unit was very clean, which i greatly appreciated. The beach is literally right down the road, and everything you need is in the unit. I will definitely stay there again when we come for a cruise.

I rented the property for my granddaughter and her family. The location was perfect, not too far from us and just a very short walk to the beach. Although small, it met the requirements and was far better than staying in a motel. They hope to return at Christmas time.

when you pull up you fill like you are in the movie karate kid and you and your mom just pulled up to your apartment well then you walk into the room and it is just wonderfull everything is laid out perfect loved staying here and will definitely will be booking another stay my family was up the road at a place on the beach and i will choose this place over the on the beach spot awesome family trip

We had an amazing stay at the condo! The place was very clean and cozy. Trips to the beach were easy as its only less than two minutes to get there. We also met the condo owners and they were absolutely wonderful! We will definitely be back to stay here in the near future. On a scale of 1-10, we give everything overall a 100!

This property was 1 block from the beach and was able to walk or drive to see the sunrise every morning. The property provided beach chairs, cooler, and several boogie boards for a good time at the beach.

The owners thought of everything. Not only was the inside of the place new/nice and clean, but they provided more than I expected. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment, spices, and some essentials; beach towels, chairs, and toys were available; we had an air mattress; games and DVDs were available.

We were in Cocoa Beach for 3 nights. The accommodations were super close to the beach (3 min walk across a quiet street). We even got a chance to see a nighttime launch of the space X Falcon 9 rocket! The kitchen was fully stocked to cook meals, not only with dishes but lots of staple ingredients like spices and oil. Having access to 4 beach chairs and beach towels and lots of equipment to build sand castles was the wonderful amenity we weren't expecting. The only thing I would change, which is not at all a fault of the host, is that in hindsight we should have gotten a place with 2 bathrooms for 4 people (including 2 teenagers). The host accurately described the property, that was just one detail I didn't realize was gonna be an issue until we got there. But this does not take away from the 5 out of 5 stars I would give the property.

This is a wonderful property that is steps from the beach. We were in condo #10 and it was beautiful. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio area and ease of access to the beach. The property managers were very nice! We will definitely be back.

From the time we booked till checkout every step was wonderful!!!!! Its our for sure go to from now on out!!!! The condo was a short short walk to the beach. It was very clean and modernized. You dont have to bring nothing but your clothes and hygiene everything and i mean everything is provided. From surfboard to hydrogen peroxide it felt like home. Will 100% be coming back next year maybe sooner. Thank you all so much!!! Would give 100stars if i could. Thanks again

Property was nice, beach was amazing. Very quiet and relaxing. Wish there was more towels. Reserved parking was a great bonus for us. Patio was never crowded and was nice to sit out and dry before going into going into the room again. Kitchen filled with everything we needed as far as amenities goes. AC works great! Make sure to bring change for the laundry machines cause NO ONE wants to break cash for it. Not sure why.... but it was the most difficult part of our trip 5/5 would recommend for a family trip! Thanks again!

We loved the minute walk to the beach. It felt like home and not touristy. We enjoyed the condo and the deck to relax in the morning and evenings. Our family uses a lot of bath towels so 4 was not enough but the sun comes bright in the morning and as long as they were hung up in the bathroom the night before they dried out. We enjoyed the shared boogie boards and beach umbrella in the laundry room along with sand toys. We also enjoyed the provided beach chairs in the condo. We would definitely come back. My kids only complaint was the sun in the morning. There are only darkening curtains in one of the rooms. Overall beautiful location. We made great memories..

This condo is located 2 mins walk away from the beach with several restaurants also in 5-10 min walk. The space is clean and very welcoming. The two bedrooms are also very spacious. The host was most helpful. She gave us good places to dine and certain attractions in the area. We had a great Spring break and will most definitely come back.
